Bit of a toy really ideal for the hobbyist. I did use it for cutting through 1/2 in bolts which it did reasonably well without stalling. I don’t know what the supplied saw blade would be good for though.
By the way, there is no diamond cutting wheel included so don’t be disappointed if this is what you were hoping for!
Well what can I say, have been looking for a really small grinder/cutter for a long time and I found this, it turned out to be a great surprise, lovely to hold and use, came with two batteries so you can carry on going for longer, i recommend this to everyone interested, check it out. Alongside my full size angle grinder sits this little beauty. For smaller lightweight tasks the full size grinder is overkill for smaller cutting in crafts which I have recently gone back to. The grinder is cordless so no annoying trailing power cables to worry about, best of all the grinder with battery is light enough to hold with one hand. Easy to setup and use, with a brushless motor its quiet and power efficient. The grinder comes with a guard to help provide protection from the spinning discs. I have used this to recently cut some plastic pieces I have been looking to cut for some time. This did the job very well like hot knife in butter. In addition to the angle grinder you get 2 x rechargeable batteries (with charger) 3 x diamond cutting discs 2 x polishing discs 1 x wood cutting saw blade, and a hard plastic storage box. I love this, it wont replace my main angle grinder however its a great companion when I dont need all that cutting capacity for lighter weight cuts.
Thus is a great bit of kit, it’s sooo good I bought a second one to keep in the car, so I now have one on the house and one in the car. Its mote powerful than I expected very useful cuts well and the case and kit is just right.
