The mattress arrives in a tightly packed box. Roll out the mattress and the phase change material works wonders in two days it is amazingly firm. It’s just 5 cm thick and provides an significant amount of support.
Ideal depth /thickness warm but overheating firm enough and stable

Wow ! Sleeping on a cloud

Made a huge difference
The firm option has made a huge difference to the comfort of my existing (relatively new and quite expensive) mattress. Recommend if you have back problems and your current mattress is sagging slightly…

I have been suffering with lower back pain for months, my mattress is only a couple of years old so I was unsure if I needed a new mattress so I thought I would try this first.
We are on our 5th night and the back pain is gone and not waking up in agony.
Definitely recommend as you will not be disappointed.

Bought this topper after I had purchased a mattress that was supposed to be one of the best on the market but turned out to be one of the worst buys ever! My partner complained every morning that the mattress was hurting his back so rather than having to pay out another small fortune on a different mattress I decided to give this topper a go. Honestly what a difference!!! So soft you sink right in and don’t want to get back out. My partner says it’s like sleeping on a cloud and no longer wakes up everyday complaining of back aches! If anyone is on the fence about buying this topper my advice is to do it!

I’ve got a fairly new mattress for my back but it’s was starting to get painful to lay on due to vertabal fractures top middle and lower back and only weigh 8 st so I cut into mattresses.I got this topper because I liked the idea of it, and I was right it helps a lot with my problems I do spin it around once a month

As a sciatica sufferer I had high hopes for this topper and even though it’s not perfect it is not bad either the main complaint I have is it is supposed to be for a king size bed but could be wide
My mattress has been killing my back and hips for years but couldn’t afford a new one. Finally went to a bed shop and they told me I wasn’t benefitting from the mattresses I liked there, rather it was the mattress topper. Asked if I could just buy the topper – no. So I came to amazon and bought this. Thought at 10% of the cost a new mattress, if it doesn’t work its not the end of the world. Oh my days. This is like sleeping on a cloud. I used to get up just because my back hurt. Now I struggle to get out of bed because I just want to stay in it! I no longer have back pain! It is also warmer, which is a bonus in the winter. But a little concerned how warm its going to get in the summer…
Look no further! Great quality mattress topper. Worth every penny. Super comfortable and so soft. I had a great nights sleep for the first time in ages. I really like the fact that the topper cover is like a fitted sheet and it fits the mattress like a glove keeping the topper completely still. It is like floating on a cloud to sleep.

I suffer with a bad back and get horrible pain through out the night and upon waking but since having this mattress topper on I would say it’s halved the pain and I’m sleeping so much better .
It arrived vacuum sealed so you need to open the packaging take the foam out of the padding and lay it flat on top of your mattress to let the air get back into the foam . I left mine for a couple of hours and when I came back it was so thick and spongy definitely worth the money . So happy with my purchase thank you
I was having back pain when I woke up in the mornings and this was getting worse over the last 6 years or so. I never actually felt comfortable in my bed before but put up with it because it was so expensive when we bought it. But… Having this mattress topper has made all the difference. I wasn’t sure I could believe some of the reviews I read but had begun to feel desperate. I dreaded going to bed as I knew it was not going to be a soothing and comfortable experience but that has all changed and I am so relieved and grateful. My husband and I had been sleeping terribly on our mattress, and talked all the time about the bad sleep we were getting. We didn’t buy our mattress that long ago and spent hundreds on it, so were very frustrated we needed to buy something new. I then started looking into toppers, found this and ordered it – I am writing this review after several months of owning it.
What a difference! Honestly, it gives support but you’re sleeping on a cloud. Elevated, extremely comfortable. The foam layer is thick and holds its shape, and the white fluffy topper that goes on top is a sort of topper and fitted sheet hybrid, that has very large sides that reach around to the bottom of our mattress (which is 30cm thick even without the foam layer) so it’s all secure. The foam topper never slides away from the mattress no matter how much you move, it’s gripped onto it pretty tightly because of the texture of the surface. Our mattress has a fabric top so that probably helps.
Really transformed our bed, sleep and therefore our energy levels, and it saved us the expenditure of buying a new mattress!

I have fibromyalgia resulting in pain in my knees and hip amongst other places. This resulted in me changing my sleeping position many times during the night. The first couple of days I didn’t notice any great benefits but since then I have found that I am most definitely sleeping better.

Absolutely amazing
Our mattress was really bad you could feel all springs in it when you just laid on the bed sat on it or even moved around. I was a little sceptical and said to partner we should buy a new mattress. I’m so glad we didn’t. This is honestly amazing you can’t feel 1 spring through it or even any part of a spring. It’s comfortable to sleep on. My back used to be in agony after sleeping on our mattress now I can get up with no pain at all. Highly recorded
My old double bed mattress was once very good, and made to use over a slatted bed frame with a lengthwise steel central support. Over the years, the central support bar created a couple of uncomfortable sags on both side of the bed, and also was felt through the mattress. (see picture 1)
As I get older, my hips ache terribly, and my old mattress was adding to the problem. I looked into buying a new mattress, but… OMG. The cost of them is astronomical!
I read the reviews about this one helping relieve pain, so after looking at about a hundred different mattress toppers online, decided on the Elemuse 5cm deep memory foam one. Not the cheapest, to be sure, but a heck of a lot less than a new mattress.
Pros:
1. It definitely ‘fills the gaps’ where the sags are, when I’m lying in bed, and allows me to sleep kitty-corner across the bed without that hard ridge giving me gyp.
2. The separate deeply-quilted mattress cover adds hugely to the softness, and will be washable separately. It covers my original mattress depth of 25cm, plus 5cm of memory foam with plenty of depth in the ‘skirt’ to spare and go under.
3. I like that the cotton quilted mattress cover is cotton fabric on both sides, so can be use ‘inside out’ (although obviously the seams will show)
Neutral:
I will wait to see how well the memory foam keeps it’s depth over time. it does flatten quite a lot when I sit on the edge of the bed, but comes back up quite quickly, once I’m lying down. I am also unsure of how much it will ‘remember’ of the dips and ridge, in the old mattress, and whether it starts to flatten into them, also. Wait and see.
Negative:
1. O.M.G. This memory foam mattress smells AWFUL when first opened. It fluffed up within an hour, but a chemical smell (like stagnant drains is the closest I can relate it to) coming from it is very unpleasant.
I aired it over the bannister, tried putting it outside in the sun, then left it in my summer house for a few days, and while much less, still the smell was there. It took over a week for it to dissipate enough for me to put it on the bed. (And believe me, I was desperate to try it!) I was beginning to think “How am I ever going to get this thing compressed enough to return it?” The box it came in was small by comparison!
But I remained patient, and the smell FINALLY went away enough to put it on the bed, and what I am now sleeping on is like a cloud. It has stopped smelling bad. And, thankfully, the aches in my hips and knees are much reduced when I’m in bed.
Absolute HEAVEN (once it no longer smells)., and worth every penny.
EDITED: One month later.
I have used this mattress pad for the past month, every night, and it still remains extremely comfortable. The smell is gone completely. The questions I had about the memory foam spanning the dips in my old lumpy mattress were confirmed, as it does ‘remember’ them, even when I not in bed. (See picture 2)
It also ‘remembers’ the place I sit when preparing for bed. I can see that this will press down more and more as time goes on. (Picture 3)
When I’m trying to roll over, it feel a bit like rolling ‘uphill’ from the shallow dip of the original mattress… although I soon level out. I can also *just* sense the ridge of the centre support beam of the bed frame, although the 5cm of foam does lessen this considerably.
Apart from these niggles, it has definitely extended the life of my mattress, and I do sleep better. All in all, a worthwhile purchase, although I’m coming to realise that at some point, I will need to splash out and actually buy a new mattress. I’ll use this topper on that, as well, as it is really comfy.

A double bed size memory foam mattress topper. This comes rolled up quite small and needs a few mins to fully form when opened. This is 5cm thick, it’s soft, somewhat stretchy. When fully formed, this is roughly 190cm x 135cm.
You also have a fitted sheet, which has a thick, quilted style centre on it, for the top of the bed. This fully goes around your mattress as well.
This has made a huge difference in comfort on the night. I was a little skeptical with it having such a ‘deep sinking feeling’ when you’re lying on it. I do suffer with a chronic illness, so sleep is not something I get continuously throughout the night but I can admit with this one, it has helped more than I thought it would.
This is possibly one of the best mattress toppers I’ve used before. I would definitely recommend it. Worth the price.

This mattress topper is so comfortable, a lot more comfortable than I was expecting it to be, when I lay in my bed the difference is amazing, I’ve slept better since. No joke.
It’s a high density memory foam which contours to the shape of yourself, the top of the mattress cover is machine washable.
5cm memory foam good enough for pressure relief, I really do feel the difference on no body, I did not think it would work as well, I wish I got this sooner! It’s also anti slip, doesn’t move about on the bed.
Reupholster your mattress
If your mattress is too hard, uncomfortable or just old, then this may help breathe more life into it and help you get a better night’s sleep. It comes in two parts and each is vacuum packed and so needs to be liberated from the packaging before use. The foam expands rapidly, so don’t open it until you are in the same room as the bed.
There is a foam layer that you lay on top of the mattress and a padded, quilted mattress protector that goes over that. The foam layer has no wrap or cover, which seems a bit odd and I imagine could be a problem as it gets older and perhaps starts to degrade. The quilted protector is washable and, as it covers the foam, helps to keep the latter clean, but I still feel that a cotton cover would be useful to have on the foam.
Anyway, once fitted, this did produce a very comfortable top to my hard mattress and made it much more restful and I didn’t wake up with aching limbs as I otherwise would. It has definitely made my mattress and thus bed a more inviting place to sleep. Just add a cotton cover to the foam element and it would be perfect.
When this arrived it came in a box with the foam mattress and the protective cover what I didn’t like that much was the fact there were no instructions and you had no idea whether you could use it straight away, like some memory foam products, or if you had to wait. Having checked the Amazon page I see that both items need to be left in a ventilated area for a minimum of 24 hours. The mattress topper is fairly heavy when you lift it out and once the air gets into it, you need someone else to help you lift it as it’s just too heavy for someone on their own. The protective topper feels very soft and peachy under your finger tips.
The mattress has a bit of an unpleasant odour when you first open it and we had to move to another room as you could smell it in the room. Had it been a sunnier warmer day, I think I’d have considered putting it outside. It did seem quite thin when we first got it out the bag but it has thickened up since. Unfortunately as the price is currently unavailable I can’t comment on this but I vaguely remember when I ordered it, it was cheaper than some brands out there.
It’s very comfy, but does make the bed high up. The topper feels like it’s giving you a good support and does give an older bed more life.

Oh wow this is absolutely amazing, I’ve had the best nights sleeps in a long time since popping this on my bed. Came in 2 separate parts and is so simple to make up the bed.

So comfortable, BUT, have to ensure you open it correctly and don’t puncture it, nor try it before it is fully expanded after a day or two first.
The Blue foam mattress IS exactly memory foam and the white cover sheet is super soft too.
I like that it cant be returned and that any NEW potential customer will be given a brand new item, rather than a returned one.
Also, ensure you don’t accidently puncture the foam by using a cutting knife, but be careful and use scissors instead. If you don you will score and create holes in the foam itself.
The blue foam and the cover is vacuum sealed separately, for hygiene and convenience, and has to be aired for 2-3 days first before use.
It is super soft and Super comfortable to lie on, and slept wonderfully!
WELL MADE AND PRACTICAL
2 vacuum sealed bundles arrived in 1 box. When the bags are cut open the items SLOWLY expand allowing plenty of time to remove the packaging. We have a king-size bed and a double bed. A double is just 2 inches shy on both sides of the king-size mattress… for us that’s a good enough fit. It is comfortable and encouraged a good night’s sleep.

Mistakenly purchased an extra firm mattress thinking it would break in easy. I was wrong and needed something to soften it and quick. I looked at a variety of different toppers and went with this one. It’s great! Covers the mattress securely without slipping at the corners. I exchanges beds for a medium plus and added this on top. It’s really a great purchase.
I was surprised at how thick and full this is considering the cost. It’s really dense and adds inches of a pillow like base to the bed. For me this has been great. It sinks in rather than just pushing back like foam.
Soooo soft. The perfect topper at a great price. And extra east to put on the mattress. I didn’t have to fight with it to stretch it on there. I love it.
This 2 layer system is sooo nice. The bottom memory foam layer did have a “smell” so let it air out 2 days in spare bedroom. Washed the top ayer per instructions, no issues.
The bottom layer/memory foam fits right at or just 1/4″ outside our Tuft & Needle king sized mattress, Toper layer has fitted elastic band at bottom to keep both layers in place and on your mattress.
Let me just tell you the top layer is amazing on its own. The feel of it is like nothing else, it feels a million layers of silk which gives and almost springy (not a memory foam and not a poly batting) type feel to it. Almost like that topper might even have been enough formable support. It’s pretty great.
After my husband and I both sleeping on it 3 nights, we both love it and do feel it gives just enough cushioning yet just enough support.
The best part is it stays cool! And!! I think it’s helping my husband to snoring less! Yay me. Lol
