Comfy chair lovely to have the massage feature plus it looks grea
Great chair bought for my summer house which arrived in a couple of weeks so saving it till then, but no problems building it and so comfortable, then took it down till it’s needed. Well recommend
Assembling the chair was difficult because the pictorial instructions were tiny, and contain a mistake regarding the back flap, so I had to improvise a solution. The chair itself is comfy with an extensible foot-rest, but if you were to use it to recline, it needs to also have a head-rest, otherwise your head will just dangle. The massage functions are a bit light, rather like putting your back against an air conditioner, and the operating buttons are on the side of the chair, inconvenient to reach, when they should be located on the arm-rests. Altogether ok, but not intelligently thought out enough.
A very nice chair well made very easy to assemble. This chair is made to last.

No instructions came with the package. Screws aren’t the sturdiest. Comfort is good
Had a small gap where stitching had come apart, but not sufficient to warrant the hassle of returning for a replacement. No instructions for use included, had to Google. However a good sturdy chair and very comfortable.
Easy enough to put together, massage works well with multiple speeds. Really comfortable. Also, came a lot faster than stated 🙂
I found it difficult to assemble the back of the chair where it fits the seat of the chair and you have to tuck the flap onto the Velcro.

Got this for my wife as she suffers from bad back and it is excellent. Well made and good quality. She is only 5 foot so nice to have a chair where it can be adjusted to fit, I am over 6 foot and find it a good comfy chair as well
I bought the grey one for my husband how suffers for back pain & this chair does wonders for is back, neck & thighs after working from home! Easy to put together, strong & comfortable to sit on for even long hours! & With it recliner & legs rest as your recline it’s PERFECT! To bad I never saw this product when the whole country was in lockdown in 2020! Thank Heavens he has it now!
The chair was well made and comfortable. I am not a big fan of the massage function, but the chair itself was a good one. The seller was very helpful and understanding when I contacted them for a return, since the chair I received had a defect. They responded quickly and were willing to resolve the issue.
I was very sceptic about small box, have made me thinking about less quality, but there i was very very wrong, this precise quality, guidance, screws, everything was planned through with accurate precision, making assembling easier, now i am writing this I’m sitting on it comfortably and for this price I would say extraordinary quality.
I would recommend do this to people.

I had a small issue with the gas strut on the unit sent to me but the supplier provided a replacement immediately which solved the problem. The chair goes together easily is very sturdy and the built-in massage is a great little feature during a long day in the chai
Followed the instructions but couldn’t get the seat back into position in a slot in the base. Eventually (after several emails to support) loosened the seat base to swivel it into a place where the seat back could go in its slot – and then was able to re-fix the seat base. Supplier also told of ‘awkward’ fitting instructions.
Very happy with the assembled seat – comfort and price.
he chair is as comfy as it looks. great for long time sitting at the computer. and added bonus is the massager which runs along the spine. best to use this seperate when not at the desk, working or gaming.

It looks like the black parts were not sufficiently wrapped and caused black lines on the seat area.
Its a nice chair and I couldn’t stand the fuss of sending it back. I have tried to clean it with leather cleaner, which has made it lighter but it is still there.

Only negative is I find foot rest useless. Though I thinknthis is because I’m 6 foot 4 and the weight of my legs is too much for it. Started to bend from word go

Value for money. Really comfy gentle massage and is lovely.
Although, it must be said, I screwed the arms in VERY tightly, and one is a bit wobbly now, so i think it needs some TLC every so often in tightening things up here and there.
Although it arrived later than forecast (please ignore my earlier complaints) the chair is an excellent acquisition – looks good, feels good and is good ! Having said it was late, it did in fact arrive on the actual Birthday date so all was well in the end but it did make us sweat !!!!
great product, strong and sturdy assembly, good quality Materials and comfy to sit on for periods of time
On the positive side, the massage works great and has different motions to make you feel relaxed. Had back issues with my previous chair and this seems to compensate all my previous misery. If you are looking for a compute chair, this is not going to disappoint too. The recliner and height adjustments are as expected.
