This has to be one on my best tool purchases in a very long time !!!!! It paid for its self in about 2 weeks.
The inspection camera is easy to setup with a phone and being able to use fiberglass rods to customize the reach of the device came in very handy for me. Picture quality is very good and I thought the ability to focus and zoom worked great and was very easy to use. I used the Ferret to reach 8 feet into an area that was otherwise unreachable for me using my old inspection camera. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This product is absolutely fantastic. I am a pest control technician and this product has been a valuable addition. The set up is dead simple and only takes a few moments to link the camera to your smart phone after you’ve downloaded the app.
I love that I’m able to view difficult to reach areas safely.
It’s also very helpful that I can record or take pictures to show customers exactly what the problem is…
All in all a very good and well made product with excellent customer service.

Fantastic CAM! Worth the expense. It’s a bigger CAM then others, but fits a purpose.

First about the delivery; It arrived two days earlier than supposed to. Thanks for that.
When I received my Ferret Plus, it didn’t work and I tried everything in the manual and support webpage without success and at this point I requested to return the item which approved by seller in less than couple of hours. But befor send it back I sent an email to Ferret and explained my problem and received a response in less than an hour, and after second email exchange problem solved and I cancelled the return process.
Just be aware, sometimes Ferret cameras come with completely dead battery and it needs to be charged at first, which I tried and it didn’t work, however in second email Ferret costumer service suggested to me to change the charger that I am using and when I tried another chargers everything sorted. (consider that the first charger that I used works absolutely fine in other USB C devices that I have but for some reason not on Ferret camera, this was the misleading factor that made me think camera is broken)
The point I am making is the seller and Ferret customer service both have been excellent and very quick to respond)
I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Hope to use it and discover more hidden problems.
Havent used yet, but borrowed a friend’s and it worked grea
This is a brilliant addition to the SuperRod system and allows remote viewing of what is happening at the end of the rod set, even if it’s 7 or 8 metres away. I use it to go into floor and ceilling voids to pull cables through. SuperRods are invaluable for this but it’s not always possible to see what is happening at the end of the rod, picking up a cable remotely for example. The Ferret allows a cable to be picked up using a hook or magnet with a degree of precision rather than have to spend ages trying to hook the cable by “feel”. You have to get used to viewing things in “mono” but once you do it’s relatively easy. I have even used it to recover a pair of specs from behind a bed-head without having to move a very heavy bed! The camera can use one of three levels of light or even turn off entirely if appropriate. I have the Pro version and the only niggle I have is that the automatic focus doesn’t always work – there is a manual slider to adjust it whereupon the image becomes crystal clear. It’s well built, waterproof when sealed correctly and comes in a neat case with some essential accessories. Connection to my smartphone was (and is) easy having downloaded the Ferret app. All the SuperRod accessories are usable with the Ferret. I have also used it with a long decorators pole to put up Christmas lights at roof level and the same pole can be used to inspect gutters etc. For inspecting remote and enclosed spaces at a distance the Ferret may not be cheap, but it really is brilliant.
This Ferret camera allowed me to fish across 60′ of a peaked suspended ceiling to install audio, Ethernet and fiber from one side of a church to the other. I attached it to the end of my glow rods and I could see the j-hooks to Kai the cable in without repositioning my 18′ step ladder at every 8′. It saved hours of time and was well worth the investment.
Product arrived next day despite original expectation of 3 day delivery time. Packaged extremely well. Easy to set up and get going. Everything as advertised thus far. have only used it at close distance so haven’t tested the WiFi outside at range. My intent is to affix to painters pole to inspect gutters in our community. Will provide a further update at that time.
Small and with detachable bendy arm, I manoeuvred this into ceiling light holes to spy out hidden audio cables. Set up is a cinch. Picture is crystal clear. Image options are a wow. It comes with a short rods but they have standard screw fittings and adaptors to attach your own pull-rod kit.
This is a complete and perfect solution to finding hidden electrics, well done Ferret!

Works great as advertised. Have not tested it in an actual work environment yet but works great and easy to set up. Case is great quality and keeps things organized. Video quality is a little under than what I expected but still very useful. Overall its a great camera for the price.
Have used this unit when running and fishing wires in the ceiling and walls. Have also used for other remote viewing projects under auto dashboard, inspection of machine parts and other remote viewing needs. Sure saves time and is a great tool for any toolbox.
