Boils water fast, almost Jetboil quick. Fantastic little kit. Only issue i had was that the canister stand was broken, however the seller responded really quickly and sent out a replacement the next day.
A brilliant cooker to take on my kayak journeys. Fast working and lightweight.
Does exactly what its meant to,sturdy and flame can be adjusted right down to simmer.Cannot see that a jet boil would be any better.
Basically a cheaper Jetboil.
Works great, well constructed and does what I want it to.
Like an original jetboil, it’s too big and heavy to take on a hike – get an MSR rocket for that – but great for our van. Making a cup of coffee with this in the morning is much quicker and more convenient than having to get out the main stove.
Bought this on sale, way cheaper then other main brands, comes with more accessories and packs down small.

I love the fire maple products. They are well thought out products. The designers must surely use these products in anger themselves. As they are no frills, do as they say in the tin type product. Value for money is great. And I love using mine in all manner of conditions. Two thumbs.
This unit is great for use on day walks or from the back of a car, beach, lake etc.

It isn’t extra lightweight or small but it’s not designed for minimum space and weight.
Great as a first stove for youngsters.
The pan has volume but foods stuffs stick to the base alot so Brillo pads recommended.
