This is exactly what I wanted – the bench folds down super quickly and smoothly. It has a solid and high quality feel. Exceeded my expectations – I’m very happy
This bench is perfect for my purposes! Sturdy, approx 18″ high, great for hip thrusts, step ups, chest press, bulgarian squat, tricep dips/skull crushers, the list goes on. Then, it easily folds away into my “home gym cupboard” when not in use. Ideal for taking home workouts to the next level As others have said, the mat it comes with is low quality/useless for intended purpose, but I plan to use it for outdoor workouts when I don’t want to get my primary mat dirty. It arrived much sooner than the original estimate on Amazon. If you are looking for a foldable bench, look no further. Mine arrived with minor scratches on the metal legs, but I can’t be bothered returning a 15kg item so I can live with it.
A solid and sturdy bench with no wobble. Comes fully assembled. The instructions say the maximum weight it can hold is 1,000lbs (454kg). The locking screws are easy to use.
The mat is a bit of waste of time, so if you want a mat, buy one seperately. Can’t fault it otherwise and seeing as I didn’t actually want the mat, top marks.

I have recently suffered from lower back pain and a frozen shoulder. I am used to gym Quality equipment having worked as a trainer for some years. Since Covid has been around I am reticent to go into a gym to work on my back and shoulder injuries. So I bought this bench, it is gym quality build for under 70 which is astounding when you think what most workout equipment costs. It is about 12kg in weight, sturdy build and made with quality materials. The legs are sturdy and lock into place easily. The bench came already constructed so not assembly required. I could not recommend this bench more 10/10.
Love the fact it opens up and closes so easily. It’s sturdy and stores away nicely when not in use. Looked at lots of benches and this is by far the best. Very reasonably priced too.
