Great laptop stand. Really sturdy holds laptop well. Doesn’t wobble or anything. Really well made
Really well made, if you have a silver MacBook it almost looks as if it was made by Apple, blends in really well and looks great on my desk.
Purchased for a works HP 17 inch laptop, the product was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. It’s well made, good quality aluminium and it’s both sturdy and well balanced. Being able to elevate the laptop and to adjust the tilt and elevation make it easy to put the laptop at eye line and because my office have discovered the fad of hot-desking it’s easy to fold away and stick in a rucksack. The laptop is securely held in place by the curved bottom of the holder and it’s well planted.
Testimony to the design and price, three others in the office have since ordered the same one. Good enough for me.

The Gokeda Grey Laptop stand is a premium quality adjustable stand that is designed to suit laptops and tablets from 10″ – 15.6″ devices. It’s constructed from ergonomic aluminium alloy and has heat vents cut into the stand to ensure your device doesn’t overheat.
It is adjustable by both both tilt and height with its Z shaped design. The stand has silicone protective pads on the holder to keep the laptop/tablet in place without damaging them and the stand also has silicone pads on the base to keep it steady on your desktop.
I’ve been using both my MacBook Pro and HP Elite Tablet at seperate times on this stand and both devices sit neatly whilst the holder itself feels stable and solid.

My granddaughter has been using this Gokeda stand with her 14-inch HP Pavilion laptop. The stand is more of a rose gold colour and matches her laptop. It has a really high-quality feel and good resistance, which increases its stability. The safety hooks and non-slip silicone pads keep her laptop firmly in place. The stand’s bottom is padded to prevent slipping. Overall, a good laptop stand gives her comfort and ergonomic support while preventing her laptop from overheating. The stand collapses flatly and neatly. The product is better supported by a separate keyboard and mouse.
I am very pleased with the quality of this laptop stand. The laptop stand looks very modern, is easy to use, and works great. Feels solid, very sturdy, stable, and well-made. WE use this to bring the laptop screen up to a good height while working from home. We also use a keyboard, mouse and second screen, but this brings the webcam up to a reasonable height when working on video calls. It’s quite stiff to move to different angles and heights so take the laptop off before moving, but we are really pleased with this.

I have used a couple of laptop stands in the past and they are built mostly with plastic and some metal material, however this laptop stand is made of aluminium entirely and you can feel the weight and quality when you hold it. I am also impressed with how stiff the hinge is, maybe too stiff. But I understand the reason that they make the hinge relatively stiff, so over time it does not move on its own.
The stand is advertised for laptops between 10 and 15.6inch, however depending on the thickness of your laptop, it may slide on the laptop stand as the stopper is not tall enough.
But overall it is a great laptop stand.
I found that this laptop stand was really quite stiff to set up, but I guess that it needs to be like this in order for it to be secure. It’s really handy as I can adjust it to any height. It packs away quite small so it is easily portable.
This takes up much less room on my desk than the other wooden stand that I’d previously been using, but it doesn’t look as visually appealing. At the moment it feels secure, however I’m not sure whether it will stay that way after constant use. but I’m guessing that if it had clips to slot it into place for security, then it wouldn’t be so handy to position.
Use this for my 13 inch MacBook Pro sits on it perfectly and good height adjustment.

It is easy to use and you can leave it at the height where is suitable for you.

First up, just a heads up that the gold colour is actually rose gold.
I really like this, having changed jobs a couple of months ago I am more regularly using a laptop without an additional monitor, which started to give me upper back/shoulder ache. I have a few raisers already, but none brought the screen to an ideal height still. This is excellent, you cam really adjust it to bring a laptop from desk level to fully eye level, which is what I wanted it for. If you do go this high however, the keyboard becomes less well placed if your typing a lot, so a separate keyboard is recommended, likewise mouse.
Grips the laptop really well, the rubber straps hold it good and proper. Solid design, does its job better than a lot I have used before. Slight sticking point for me is that price, 30 for a raiser is top of the range, although it delivers better than others! I would recommend i
Ideal to raise up your laptop so it sits at eye level or inline with another monitor, the stand feels extremely well made and very solid even when the laptop is on it, the hinges are sturdy and don’t move/drop when the stand is moved or under load. Generally a great laptop riser/stand.
I have a Chrome Book and I use it quite a lot at home, just in the kitchen etc. Mainly watching YouTube Videos and a bit of Netflix. I don’t like having it on the surface as I worry it will get splashed and it’s also not the ideal height.
This Gokeda stand is simple by design but works incredibly well. It is at a slant that’s enough to really display the screen but makes it just about possible to type on the keyboard. It has vent space on the holder allowing your laptop to breathe and not overheat, and when you are not using it, it folds down nice and flat so is easily stored. Overall I am very pleased with this.

I’ve had my 17″ laptop sat on it now for well over a week and its position hasnt altered so it seems very stable.
it has anti slip rubber pads in several strategic places as well as the underside to stop any slipping or scratching of table or laptop.

Light, and sturdy, gives me a much-improved angle for viewing my keyboard especially when I am doing presentations. I do not use this at my desk, I have no need to, but at least once a week I am doing a presentation using a projector on a big screen behind me and I am standing facing an audience in front of me. Looking down at a laptop laying flat on a tabletop is far from ideal and breaks eye contact with the people you are talking to so, this stand has changed all of that meaning that the keyboard and screen are now in front of me and tilted towards me. So far the joints are stiff enough to stay in position whether that will be the case in the long term I do not know. My laptop is quite heavy too, although a 15.6″ it is packed with tech so this has put this stand to the test and it has done well. I did not make it go as vertical as some of the pictures show though. It looks good as well, it is not tacky or cheap but elegant and conveys a good impression. So what is ther no to like? Nothing that I can find so far, so full marks.
This stand supports my 13″ laptop really well. It’s easily adjustable to the right height for you but once in place it is stable and doesn’t move thanks to the protective pads on the base. The grille allows the heat from the laptop to disperse safely. It looks stylish and well made and folds down easily when not in use.

This is a really sturdy and attractive stand for my LG Gram laptop. It lifts the laptop to a comfy height and provides genuine usefulness. I use a Logitech keyboard and mouse as accessories when the laptop is on the stand. It is strong, easily collapsed when needed and truly lightweight for its strength, all at a very good price for such quality.
This stand is very sturdy. It is very well made, it looks like a quality item, it works for our laptop wonderfully.
It takes effort to unfold this stand and I like it a great deal. It is difficult to say, for now, how long it will keep its reluctant flexibility (which is a great thing for stability), but I should expect it lasts a good while.
It looks great anywhere in the house. It is pretty enough to go in the bedroom and it is not out of place in an office. Children can handle it when it’s unfolded and I no longer have to worry that they will be hurt or the laptop will collapse as soon as I have to turn away from it.
Highly recommended, for work, for your own personal self, for your shared one with a family with lively children zooming about.
This was definitely worth the purchase. Study, portable and finally, no more neck pain. My only issue is that it is a bid stiff to move into position but other than that. Worth it!
A simple but sturdy laptop stand that can easily be folded flat to fit in a laptop bag then folded out to raise the laptop to the correct angle and height. Allows the screen of the laptop to be at the same height as external monitors or eye level reducing the risk of neck strain etc. The stand is quite stiff to open but this means that it can support the weight of most laptops. It doesn’t take much force to open it and get to the right angle. Useful for using a laptop in a home office or taking with you to work.

This is an absolute truck of a laptop stand which is exactly what you want really! Once erected (stop it at the back) this thing doesn’t budge or slip a millimetre.
I like the fact that it has a solid base but with ventilation built-in so if your machine has its vents on the underside it shouldn’t overheat.
The weight is really impressive too, there is nothing at all flimsy about this stand and it appears built to survive anything thrown at (or onto) it!
Nice looking and highly adjustable laptop stand which has a large vented section to avoid overheating of your device. It is fairly stiff to move, but this means that once you have it in the position that suits your needs it will not be easily knocked out of it.
The base is full sized which gives it stability, the legs make it height adjustable through a good range that would suit most needs, and the actual plate/stand that the laptop rests on is moveable to whichever angle suits. You can adjust your angle whether you are using it for typing or for watching movies/programmes or gaming, the movement of the legs and stand are smooth rather than notched, and when not in use it folds down again to a compact size.

This is such a well made laptop stand. Arrived well packed. Easy to assemble. Looks stylish and modern. Fits a standard sized laptop well. Being fully adjustable can move until laptop sits in a comfortable position for the user.

I have a Lenovo YOGA 15.6″ laptop which is actually rather a heavy laptop even though it’s sleek and thin. There are stands I have used in the past that I no longer use because the 2300+ laptop did not feel ‘safe’ enough for me to be confident that the laptop was totally secure. With the GOKEDA it’s a totally different story. The stiffness of the hinges and the good grade aluminium used are very reassuring.
The underneath of the base has a good grip on the surface because of generous amounts of rubbery silicone that adorn all four corners. The ‘ledge’ for the front edge of the laptop is also sufficiently deep to make sure the laptop cannot slip off when raised at an angle.
The stand also sports good ventilation slots so that the back of the laptop can get air circulation to help prevent overheating.
I was most impressed with the range of heights and angles that are achievable with the GOKEDA stand. The laptop could be literally just slightly raised off the desk surface at a variety of finely adjustable angles, but also the stand could give a great deal of elevation when needed.
I cannot really fault the stand. It’s super-tough and yet lightweight. I think that the hinges are superb and without doubt the best I have experienced. It’s good value at under 27.

I was dubious about buying something that wouldn`t be robust enough, but also not too bulky. This is perfect.
Hold new and old macbook 13″ securely. The adjustments a little stiff but a benefit of that is that it isn’t easily knocked or moved. Sturdy.
Really love this it is beautiful and functional and 100 X better than the plastic one I had before. Adjusts to any height or angle that you need. The aluminium finish feels classy and there are neat rubber pads in all the right places. Best of all it folds flat and is a compact size so great if you need something to use occasionally on the coffee table for example. Mine though I use for every day in my home office, so great to have found something that saves space on a small desk (you can store things under the riser), looks nice and functions perfectly.

This looks overengineered and in person, it feels that way too, superb quality throughout and a great range of motion to have my laptop exactly how I need it, not just laptops though both my tablet and graphics tab work with this too, it might seem expensive for a laptop riser this is by far the best I’ve ever tested, buy with confidence.
The Gokeda Laptop Stand is a Solid build, yet not too heavy, so can be slipped into the laptop bag when traveling to client site.
The Z design give you so many options and level of adjustment, as well as folding down to a compact flat pack 4cm size.

I’ve been getting neck aches due to looking down at my laptop.
This stand is lightweight and the height and tilt can be adjusted to meet my needs.
The stand is sturdy, easy to adjust and stays firmly in place. The silicone pads hold the laptop in place – providing adequate protection.
Easy to fold down to either store away or to take on the go.
With its rubber base plates and rubber sections to grip and protect my laptop there is no need to worry about it slipping or scratching.
It is a very sturdy and stable stand. It takes a bit of effort to get it open and then to get it into the position ergonomically you are most comfortable with. This is not a downside – it just shows how stable it is and it holds its position once selected.
Also a lovely rose gold colour which makes it very pleasing on the eye.
I work a lot at the dining table so this is great to keep my laptop away from potential coffee spills and crumbs. It is a different way of typing but I have got used to it quickly.
This is a great addition to my ‘home office’ and I will be using it every day.
Construction
This arrived in a rather nice sturdy printed cardboard box, which would be good for keeping it in. Now I thought that the four articulated joints on this would be easy to move with some kind of locking device, for when you arranged it how you want it. Not a bit of it – it turns out that the joints are very stiff indeed, so much so, that it takes quite a bit of force to move it to the position you want. I looked but there doesn’t seem to be any way to adjust the tension on these joints – I’ve known hand strengthening exercise devices that needed less effort than this!
I’m really not sure that this is a good thing, being a bit worried about what happens if these joints lose their tension after a bit of use, as there is no way to re-tighten them.
I thought this might be handy as a tablet stand for watching videos etc on my Fire 10″ tablet, but it was a bit insecure at the angle I like to watch at, as the tablet is too light to stick to the silicone grip pads on the stand very well, unless it is around 45 degrees. It does take my 15″ laptop perfectly well though, with space beneath it for my bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
Conclusion
Works good for laptops, but, hey, that’s what its for, right? Not so good for tablets. Probably would be good as a recipe book stand in the kitchen too. Don’t buy this if you don’t have a strong person handy to adjust it!
Perfect fit my my 15″ laptop and this gives it increased height which is much better to avoid hunched back.

Nice solid stand that holds up to 10kg, impressive.
Using my touchscreen display on it, very solid even the multitouching, still stable as a rock, despite not very heavy. The height is just right and provide enough space for my mouse and keyboard, just need to adjust the viewing angle.
Currently have it on my cupboard as my standing work space, and easily folded away.
Also good ventilation, being aluminium alloy, away for the surface and few holes in the middle.
This is pretty solid to adjust, you will need a little bit of force and try to do it while noting on it.
Both the base and the stand have good grip, to the surface and your devices.
Price wise, it is pretty good for silver @ below 20.
I actually use this for my MPC One and it’s really good. I would say though that it’s almost too hard to adjust the height and angle due to it being too tight.

I purchased this stand for my workplace. Perfectly holds my HP laptop with no issues. Great stand that collapses slim enough to fit in backpack with laptop and other items. Simple to use and stable. Lots of range for different angles of my laptop.
The air vents are great for not overheating the laptop.
Overall I find it very useful and functional for worK.

The stand is great looking and matches my MacBook. Though it does seem to reduce the wifi and Bluetooth signal strength, but not a problem if you work near it.

My previous laptop stand was fragile and broke! This one is sturdy, durable and of high-quality material.
It has rubber strips and heat dissipation holes on the inside to protect my laptop and a rubber pad below to prevent it from slipping.
Adjusting the stand was a bit tricky and required some effort. The silver color makes it looks smart.
Very sturdy laptop stand that doesn’t take up a lot of space, seems as if it will be long-lasting, and, unlike my other stand, doesn’t vibrate horribly when the laptop fan is on. Four stars.
In my opinion, the stand looks like it’s worth more than the asking price – it looks at home with the most expensive of notebooks or Macbooks. Due to the rigidity of the stand, it easily accommodates 15.6″ notebooks as well as smaller 14″ notebooks.

Not exceptionally heavy but the metal structure and size does mean this is not as lightweight as comparable plastic stands but I definitely prefer it to plastic ones. It will likely last a lot longer and is not as bad for the environment.

I have reviewed several laptop stands and find this one to be one of my favourites because it provides you with the ability to adjust the height and angle to your preference which makes it more ergonomic for you. Having said this, it does matter if you use the laptop as your main screen. If you use another screen, then the ability to adjust does not matter and you can purchase a cheaper static one.
Arriving in branded packaging, I got hold of this stand to use whilst I’m working from home as it’s very similar to another brand I use in the office.
This metal stand is extremely robust, way better than the one I previously used, which whilst doing the job it always felt like it would fall over if I moved anything. This on the other hand feels like it would need a good shove to make it move.
You can open this stand up to various positions to suit your requirement so lots of flexibility. It can be a bit still to open, my office one is the same. This stiffness however means that it doesn’t start sagging in anyway which is great.
I’ve got a 15″ Dell laptop on this stand and it fits perfectly and the two feet on the front edge prevent the laptop from moving off. This has been in constant use now for a month and neither the stand or the laptop has moved so I can 100% recommend this if you’re looking for a stable laptop stand.
Yes it’s a little more expensive than some, but trust me it’s totally worth spending the extra – my old stand is now in the desk drawer!
It folds flat and can be carried easily. It takes some force to expand and fold down.
Because of the design, it can be used with a keyboard under it while keeping the laptop screen pretty close. so quite suitable when desk space is limited.
Also, it can be lowered so to keep the laptop screen still elevated to an extent, but with the integrated keyboard low enough to work on it.
Compared to shrinkable models, it takes a bit more space to store and costs more, but it is also more versatile and better looking (will anyway fit in any rucksack or bag large enough to fit a laptop). Also useful as a book stand or music stand on a table.
Most positions are stable, however for large laptops one needs to be careful with the angles because it could tip backward.
The current price of 30 is average for this type of product, but I see that there is currently a discount bringing it to 23, which is pretty good for the quality.
The stand is made out of metal which means it’s very rigid and I doubt it would topple over even if you gave it a nudge. It’s got a silver coating very similar to the colour of my laptop so it blends right into the desk. Importantly for me, it has a pretty small footprint as well which helps save that much-needed desk space. I also store my wireless mouse and notepad underneath the laptop at the end of the workday which is very helpful.
The best feature is the adjustable hinge, it has a pretty big range of motion from a steep incline to flat. This makes it perfect to match my workstyle and to ensure the top of the laptop monitor is in line with my natural eye as recommended by the NHS and other health organisations. This is also helpful for me because I use an external monitor so having the ability to have it in line with the monitor is great.
For 22.09 right now I think it’s well worth the money as it’s cheaper than similar models and is built very well so it looks like it should last. I hope you found this helpful

The product itself, I love love, love it… well-placed rubber strips for protection, sturdy and lightweight. If I want to I can carry this with me and don’t have to struggle to prop the laptop at the right angle when working from hotel rooms or client offices where I may have to hot desk during zoom calls.
I will recommend this product to my friends and associates because many struggles with the same issues with laptop stands when travelling.
I’ve tried a few laptop risers whilst homeworking since the pandemic started, and this is my favourite. I like to use my laptop screen as an additional monitor, but really like the screen to be the same height as the monitors. This offers the most amount of flexibility as the angle of the stand is fully variable so ultimately any height can be achieved.
Once the laptop is placed on the stand, the screen can also be angled to suit, meaning it’s adjustable in two different ways.
It’s designed for laptops up to 15″, though a larger one would sit on it centrally, just with more hanging over the sides so less secure. It would also take an iPad quite well.
The stand is very stiff and needs a firm grasp to open out, this does mean though it holds in place really well. It looks great with my silver MacBook, less good with my black work Windows laptop, but overall it’s a smart and useful bit of kit. Highly recommended and excellent quality.
I am sick of looking up people’s noses on zoom calls! The trouble with laptop cameras is that they’re so low! These stands bring a laptop up to a really nice height which is a much more natural ‘face to face’ angle for the zoom calls we all live on. It should be law people have one! There are other varieties obviously – this one is well made, and has a couple of adjustable positions – I’m happy with mine!
I got this laptop stand branded by Gokeda to provide a better viewing angle for my MacBook Pro and it does a great job.

The stand is made with high quality aluminium alloy which is sturdy and can withstand a maximum weight of 22lbs. There is a rubber pad located on the holder to hold the laptop in place securely. Also, there are ventilation holes designed on the top which can help increase air flow to the laptop to stop it overheating.
Since using this I can feel it really improving my body posture, as well as relieving my neck and back pain from sitting slouched long hours at my desk.
Overall, this laptop holder is a fair price and works according to its claims. Happy to recommend.
This is a good sturdy laptop stand. It’s a nice solid metal and looks very smart. It has non slip rubber strips to prevent scratches to the laptop and stop the laptop sliding. It’s got holes in the stand to allow ventilation and prevent overheating. My only issue is that it is so stiff to move into positions, so if I adjust my seat and want to lower the laptop I have to take the laptop off to adjust it using 2 hands.

Though initially, I would have said this was quite expensive, when you start using this you realise exactly why it’s priced a little higher than other stands.
The quality of this model is amazing. It both looks and feels well constructed and the design is just perfect. It is extremely strong and really does hold up well, plus it looks so good on the desk.
Two of my laptops work well on this and I’ve had no issues since using it. Best of all, it offers that extra elevation compared to many other stands that I’ve used in the past (and as someone who works from home, I’ve used a lot!)
I can’t recommend this enough and personally feel it’s well worth the investment.
It was supplied in a Godeka branded box dimensions 294 x 248 x 60mm, the contents being the stand wrapped in a polythene bag and a small note describing the stand and how to best use it, along with a few warnings about moving it when in use — all good. Taking it from the box and inspecting it, I was immediately struck by the aesthetics, a very nice sort of mottled aluminium finish with strategically placed rubberised sections to prevent slippage or damage to the device used upon it. On the surface upon which the device would rest was a series of vents in a nice pattern which would aid airflow and thus cooling of the device. The hinges looked very strong indeed and the arms that held and allowed for the lift of the device surface were also equally strong. The underside of the base had rubber feet which would protect any work surface it was used on. Even though the robustness and sturdiness of the stand is evident, it is very light and could easily be transported — though I would have it in a small sack of some sort to prevent it being scratched or otherwise damaged (yes, it is that nice.) A lovely piece of engineering and if I may say so a perfect match for the MacBook in terms of the colour and finish — you’d almost think they were made for each other.
In use I did find one small issue, my daughter did struggle to open it out at first — whether that was her not wanting to damage it (which I doubt she could) or just the newness, I’m not sure — it is a little stiff even now but once I’d shown her how to use it, she managed and has subsequently used it away from home. The stand is sturdy with a device upon it — I also tried my 15″ DELL Precision Laptop on it and it looks and feels solid and stable, I had every confidence that it was safe on the Godeka stand. The adjustability of the stand is excellent, you can set this just about any way you would like and it retains its stability. The rubber areas stop it from sliding in any direction and the vents do a great job of allowing heat to escape, you can feel the air through the vents when driving a device hard as I did with the DELL unit.
The big question then, would I recommend the Godeka Laptop Stand? Yes, absolutely. It is a lovely, classy, well-engineered, portable and functional piece of equipment and at the current price I believe it very good value for money.

I’m impressed with this and I’ve tested a few stands but non as good as this one, the quality is outstanding.
I’m not using this for a laptop, I’m using it for my 10 inch tab, I’ve been using it for a few days now with no issues.
I can reccomend and the price is average but if you buy at the moment you can save an extra 8 as there’s a voucher, the voucher can dissappear at any time tho…. The voucher brings the price down to just over 20, not a bad price!

This elevator stand will not fail and will withstand a heavy machine on top of it with no movement.
A lip on the front end prevents slippage and it folds down when not in use.

This seems to make typing quicker and easier on the smallest laptop I’ve ever had – this is an 11.6-inch and it’s compact and good, but with it on my lap, especially with the additional clothing on due to the cold, I was finding that it was getting hot and that I was slower at typing.
This has immediately cooled the laptop down and I’m back to typing as fast as normal. The stand is very, very sturdy and carries some weight but it feels solid and doesn’t wobble in the slightest, however fast I type. Whilst you do need two hands to lift it into position, adjusting is quick and easy – you just push down on solid parts of the laptop, open or closed, and it’s adjusted. It has rubber pads on the base to avoid it slipping on a desk and it’s of excellent quality. I would have liked a fan element to have been attached to the base, but it’s still a very worthwhile product as is.
I was surprised by the quality of the item when I received it. I had tried a few generic laptop stands previous and they always seemed either too cheap in materials used, flimsy, looked rubbish. The product came in excellent condition without any tears to the packaging.
It is very ergonomic and helps with reducing neck strain.
Finally, the delivery was on time without any delays even in busy times.
