Delivered on time and been working as expected ever since
My old fridge decided to stop working after 15 years so I opted for this one as I saw it had good reviews. I wasn’t expecting it to be up to much but it exceeded my expectation, there’s loads of storage, the icebox defrosts itself and I found the delivery drivers very helpful they placed it exactly where I wanted it and with care too. I highly recommend i
This is a good fridge and excellent value for money. Looks great and is fairly quiet.

The red colour is lush and the fridge internal space is more than expected. It is quiet running and a stylish addition to my new kitchen.

Delivery was excellent…..wve got rid of a massive american fridge freezer which looked awful in our georgian house. This looks perfect.
Fridge is bigger than it looks and the little freezer box if good for essentials (we have anothet freezer in the garage)
I love the look of it. Very retro and looks very cute.

I love this fridge and have had it now for several weeks! I looked at another well known vintage look fridge at first and had wanted one for along time but the price of that fridge was ridiculous! I just couldn’t justify it! It looked so similar to this one so when I saw this one on here I had to have it! I’m so glad I bought this one it’s the perfect height that I needed to and I really can’t find any faults with it at all. Definitely love this purchase’s functionality and looks amazing!

Cant really tell the efficiency at the moment but it looks really good in my kitchen and was a good price on Amazon but it was only delivered to front door which wasn’t a problem for us

When the Hisense fridge freezer first arrived the first thing that became apparent was how well the product had been protected from any transit damage, bearing in mind the distance that the unit had to travel from its place of manufacture. In my case the product was absolutely spotless and in great shape. However, having said all that, it does take quite some time to remove all the padding and protective membrane, but you’ll be pleased with the result.
Don’t forget that you need to rest the unit in an upright position for at least 4 hours prior to plugging the fridge in.
My initial reaction to this retro appliance was that it reminded me of the large fridges you would see in homes in American movies of the 50’s and 60’s, even down to the large chrome decorative handle, now, how cool is that! This is a class ‘F’ energy rated appliance which I believe is the equivalent of an A+ as measured by the old system. Although the fridge is designated as being cream, I would have said it was more of a pale cream but of course everyone is going to view their fridge differently.
The fridge is well spacious, with a 25 litre freezer compartment, the dimensions of which are approximately D: 280mm x W: 400mm x H: 180mm. If so desired, the door to the freezer compartment can be adjusted to open from the opposite side by simply following the instructions relative to that in the manual. The main body of storage, the fridge unit, clocks in at 229 litres of capacity and has three shelves, a wire bottle rack, two bins, the bottom one of which is a crisp zone fruit and vegetable bin with humidity control and a Multi-Box designed for the storage of pungent foods. This bin has a silicone seal to help in the containment of such culinary odours.
At the back of the fridge unit you will find a fan and the switch with which to control it. This fan will help in circulating the cold air around the main fridge unit and will also lower the temperature in the freezer compartment to. Be aware though, that by using the fan, it’ll cost more to run the fridge, so I intend to use it sparingly once I’ve got the fridge temperature set where I want it.
Like most electrical household appliances there’s a certain amount of noise associated with their running, but at 40 decibels, the Hisense retro fridge is barely noticeable under normal circumstances and just becomes part of the background noise of your home.
This is an excellent fridge regarding its style and quality and has been well designed throughout its interior, with ample fridge space, shelving and drawer compartments and although 25 litres isn’t a huge amount of space, the freezer compartment could still hold its own in a small family. Indeed, if you’re not into the storage of large amounts of frozen foodstuffs, then the Hisense fridge would make the ideal purchase. For larger family situations, this fridge could serve as overspill or possibly just for the keeping of wines, cold drinks and fruit and veg.
In summary, I’m absolutely delighted with the Hisense freestanding retro fridge. I love the retro look and the amount of storage space available. This is a great product at a decent price. Thoroughly recommended.

The fridge is very roomy, with lots of door shelving, the bottle rack is useful,my only grip is the temperature dial there are no numbers so it took over a week to get it to the correct temperature with daily adjustments
