This was by far the most difficult furniture I’ve had to assemble. The instructions hardly made sense; I had to improvise and be imaginative for the most part.
Anyway, the end product was really good and funny enough, the quality is quite good.
The instructions could have been clearer but we managed ok in the end without too much problem.The video links for a demo of assembly were not that helpful as the person assembled it in a different way to the written instructions. Also there are part holes that you have to be careful piercing as the skin/ laminate covering can split. Overall a sturdy desk and I would buy again.
Can’t understand all the negative reviews. All the parts are numbered and the plans are very easy to follow. All the screw holes are in the right places, apart from two for the drawer sliders.
Very easy to put together as long as you look at the plans and make sure you understand them prior to fitting any parts together.
Only issues I have is the bottom of the drawer needs to be an extra 5mm longer, as it’s too short and not supported on all four edges.
There’s also some poor quality folds of the plastic vinyl covering which makes it look cheap, and lots of dust from the factory covering the parts inside the box. Not sure why they don’t wipe the parts before packing, just lazy in my opinion.
Wife is very happy with it, but I think it’s over priced for the quality of the finished product.
I have to start by saying I really like this desk. However it is very difficult to put together. I followed the instructions step by step but still had problems.
Neither the instructions nor the pieces themselves are clearly labelled as to which way around they should be assembled. For example there is a piece that forms the bottom of the left pedestal. This piece has a rail fitted on the right side and then the vertical pieces which form the shelves are placed on the left and some feet are nailed into the bottom. However it wasn’t clearly labelled which way up it should go so I assembled it upside down and then had to remove the feet which I had nailed into place leaving nail holes behind.
Similarly, the instructions state that the two pedestals are to be joined together by a back piece and then the desktop put onto the top. Unfortunately this was not possible so the back piece had to be removed then the desktop attached and then the back piece re-attached otherwise the receptacles for the pins on the desktop would not align.
It was a similar story with the drawer in the right pedestal. With the sides and the back of the pedestal screwed together as per the instructions, the drawer would not fit. I had to unscrew one side of the pedestal and then tighten up the screws again – but not too much otherwise the drawer would not move at all.
That was the negatives, now the positives.
The desk is huge!! There are smaller islands in the Caribbean! I exaggerate, of course, but you get the picture. There is plenty of shelf space although the shelves are only big enough for CD cases rather than the more modern DVD style cases that most physical games media come in nowadays. There is a shelf on the right pedestal large enough for most home printers (although, like me, you may have to turn it sideways to fit); along with a shelf underneath to store your paper and spare ink etc. Like many home desks there is no cable management to speak of, but since all the cables run at the back along the floor this isn’t a problem. The desk is also very sturdy but surprisingly easy to move even “fully loaded” on a carpeted floor.
All in all I would recommend this desk but with a warning about studying the instructions very carefully and being prepared to pull previously built bits apart in order to fit other parts.

Firstly, the package came 3 days early, which is normally a nice surprise but given that I’d planned to be at the premises on the due date and not that early, I wasn’t impressed it was left on the doorstep and would’ve been there for 3 days had I not found someone to help me out!
Then came the assembly. The items are really helpfully numbered by sticker which clears up any confusion as to what piece you need. The downside is the instructions are really lacking. They don’t make it clear which way up items need to be and you need to flick ahead to work out where the securing holes need to be (top or bottom etc). On top of that, because the wrap has been added after the holes, one side on every piece had all the screw holes covered in vinyl which you need to pop before you can actually screw into. I get this may be by design and makes sense to hide the holes, but when assembling the drawer runners, the holes were so small you can’t see them because they’re covered meaning my drawer is now out of alignment.
The desk is nice when finished and feels strong and sturdy which is why it regained a star for me. Definitely don’t get this if you’re expecting a quick and easy build, but if you’ve got a bit of willingness to overcome then it’s a good product.
Also – don’t bother with the QR code to the video… it’s 5 minutes of watching a bloke assemble this from a distance with absolutely no help whatsoever on how it’s meant to fit (I bet the holes on the one he was using weren’t covered up!).
Looking at other reviews got me ready for this. The large drawer is not intuitive as the markings for the runners are not on all panels. but if you line the runner up with the bottom of the drawer you have a good fit.
All the rest of the assembly holes line up and fit well. I think I would have preferred countersunk, less visible black screws. Just a personal preference but overall as you can see I have made full use of the space and it all works very well.
Great desk, easy to assemble and has lots of space. The shelving is really good, especially for storing all my little bits and bobs, like DVDs and my console controls. If you do consider purchasing this. Know that the drawer doesn’t have to be installed, and if you do… You best have a lot of room as this desk is huge when fully assembled. But all in all, a fantastic desk.

It too 2 very intelligent adults way too long to build this. The ‘instructions’ were just drawings and the premade holes did not line up with the pictures. We took it apart twice! BUT that said, it’s it’s cracking desk and sturdy despite being taken apart.
Very pleased with the desk and as an update from an earlier review the desk is now in use and I am very happy with it. The instructions need to be reviewed and all holes marked on the instruction diagram. The drawer is just ok. Not perfect but just ok an this is probably down to the poor quality of the runners and quite possibly the badly written instructions.
A very robust desk. Lots of spaces for smaller items required on and around a computer ie. back-up facilities. It took quite a while to assemble but worth the effort.
The desk is very good and utilitarian. But it’s a bit tricky to assemble although we could do it in the end. The assembling process is not foolproof hence one can easily to mistakes and have to redo things.
Once assembled though it’s a breeze to use.

The instruction is set up step by step but the illustrations are not detailed enough. The panels required for assembling are pictured without the holes which makes the positioning of panels a bit difficult. It takes a lot of guessing. Few parts was also wrongly numbered. But once you go through it then the desk itself is great.
Impressed with this desk and the delivery. It looks great and for the price the quality far exceeded my expectations. Unlike other reviews, the two parcels arrived together and arrived within 24 hours of placing the order! My husband needed a few tools to complete the assembly and he said the instructions could have been better – more information and a larger font! A great purchase.
When we first got the boxes one was damaged and one had a part missing. I emailed company and I had a reply within the hour. Customer service was fantastic never left me waiting for a reply and replaced everything within a day or 2 would recommend produc
I switched the Pc stand base with side bar around making more room for the chair and allowing the monitor to sit square with the slide out shelf.
Makes it more gamer friendly .
So the pc now sits to the far left of the table.

Fits my 2 monitors perfectly. Although I keep my tower behind as don’t wish for it to collect dust on the floor. I found the draw sliding things tricky to do, but apart from that there wasn’t any issues assembling and very sturdy
I really struggled building this I had to get my boyfriend to finish it off for me, and he even struggled understanding the instructions . It’s a beautiful desk, but Jesus building it was a nightmarejust bare that in mind because looking at some of the reviews I didn’t think it would be that hard to build but it really is. However apart from that I’m happy with it, it’s exactly like the picture, it’s sturdy (I had to stand on top of it to put some LED lights and it held my weight without a problem 50kg) and also looks very modern. Considering the price I think the value for money is pretty good. Would recommend! My boyfriend actually bought one himself after building mine. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the unclear instructions
The desk itself is sturdy but unfortunately there were chips out of it which had been coloured in with black pen, the screw holes weren’t put through and when you tried to poke through the lamination around the hole bubbled and stretched. The instructions were not clear,some of the parts were numbered but others weren’t and there was no guidance on the instructions as to which side holes were supposed to go on etc. Took me 3 hours to put it together.

This is such a smart desk for its price ,had a few delivery issues but the company were on the ball and got it sorted for me ,the only other issues I’ve had is that the drawer on the right side doesn’t sit properly as the pre drilled holes aren’t quite right hence the drawer not being in the picture hopefully I can some how sort this problem not sure how but I’ll give it a go,instructions aren’t great but there not the worst a few headscratch moments and at one point I put parts on back to front and had to start over due to screws not lining up my own fault but it’s recommended to build it with two people ,I managed it on my own and it’s the first time building flat pack on my own so it isn’t too complicated, just got to scratch your head a bit and be patient ,overall good

in figure 1 you can see the package very well packed and the screws marked with capital letters.in figure 2 you can see how to disassemble the rails to fix in the drawer,in figure 3 you can see that the holes come ready to fix the drawer tracks, you can use a square combination to align the tracks and so the drawer will be aligned.in figure 4 you can see how the keyboard table was assembled and the table rail does not need to be disassembled and in figure 5 you can see the final quality. Instructions for assembly were vague awould benefit from labelling pieces left/right, front and top to facilitate which way round to build. Took us more than 4 hours, a lot of patience and 2 attempts to build! However, once built this is a sturdy table and looks great. My son is really pleased. Good value for money and very functional.
Lovely larger than normal computer desk. Plenty of room for study materials, notebooks etc. Only real downside is the drawer. It’s a nice size but it’s really difficult to attach to the desk. It doesn’t slide right in, it sort of overlaps the top instead of going into the space, but it’s a minor thing and doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s a really sturdy desk and a really good size. You WILL need 2 people and a couple of hours to put it together, though.
This was verry easy to assemble. The instructions verry clear. This is a great and strong computer desk. The seller was verry nice and they have a great team.
All you need to install this computer desk is minimum assembly skills. I have done this assembly in around 3 hours by myself, dont listent to people who said 6 and 8 hour, thats just impossible.

This desk really is outstanding for the price, has lots of space for storage with a nice size workspace size. However the instructions are extremely difficult to understand, and some of the predrilled holes have been painted over. (Keep an eye out)
Yes. I agree this is a very hard to assemble piece of furniture however the pre manufactured holes, institutions and numbered pieces and screws the process is easier. I suggest you build with 2 people, as I struggled on my own.
The desk it’s self is very aesthetically pleasing and the quality and strength is also very good. The desk arrived in two separate packages earlier than expected (which is always a good thing.)

Takes a little while to put the thing together, but it all fits well and by taking one’s time there are no issues. Everything in marked bags makes thing easier. Instructions easy to follow. Makes an excellent computer desk and my grandson is very happy with it.

Relatively straight forward to assemble – around 2 hours. Surprisingly solid for the money. My granddaughter was very pleased with the results.

Good desk, good lay out, doesn’t seem well looked after in the warehouse, small bashed edge on the front an on the draw front.
Instructions were pretty bad and some bits were damaged. Spoke to seller and they sorted it out for me. V satisfied.
