We think it’s the best washer all round we have ever had and we have been married a very long time!!!!
Love this machine. The auto dispensing of washing liquid and softener works perfect giving outstanding cleaning to the washing load. Looks are modern along with the easy to use app on your phone. Only advise the machine a little more noisy than expected from vibration. After purchasing washing machine feet the vibration is practically gone. Third Hoover machine I’ve had and I’m not disappointed with my choice.
I’ve had this a few months now and I love it, if you’re after a quiet washer this is it, it barely makes any noise at all. The extra settings are amazing, it automatically changes how it washes if you put too much weight in or wash liquid/powder.
I am loving my new machine, work it off my mobile it’s great!! The only thing it’s missing is it can’t pick the washing up and load itself lol

First off the cleaning quality is very good, 2 young kids and it does a solid job, the wash load is large enough for several days and no complaints here, However the care dose feature is a little hit and miss, and i mean this in the sense of smell or fragrance, you see i like my clothes smelling fresh and my choice of softeners based on this, but the care dose feature takes in only tiny amounts of softener meaning the clothes come out smelling clean but not overly fresh and fragrant and for some people this may be a good thing but for me its annoying because you cant adjust the quantity it takes, However on the upside it does 15 plus washes without a refill so it is economical but worth thinking about if you like nice smelling clothes.
The machine spins at 1600rpm and on occasions does like a jump, the Fett and balanced and the machine is flat but now and again it sounds like a Elephant coming in so again be warned.
Otherwise spot o and a good choice .
Once I balanced the device, the noise cut right down; thereafter easy to use and efficient in operation.
My daughter and son-in-law installed this for me this afternoon and we did a trial run with it. More than happy, very quiet and lots of programs to pick from.

A bit confusing to set up but when we eventually did it works perfectly. Very quiet even on the highest spin. I’m very happy with the purchase, highly recommended 🙂

This is a very good machine, predominantly wi-fi in using. Easy ap to install and use. Very pleased with how I control what this machine does from wash cycle to spin speed, start time to finish time.

First day & I’ve done three washes & am very pleased with this machine – no problems so far. I was attracted by the WiFi connectivity, but now am wondering: what is the actual point?
I paid for the delivery option of unpacking & removal of the old machine, but the guys installed it as they are required to test that it works in situ: so there no point in paying extra for installation for a Hoover washing machine.

WiFi is so easy to use as well top marks for the design and technology this is a must for anyone who is thinking of getting a new one brilliant idea of the smart detergent drawer as you fill it up and it just takes what it needs and you can do all your wash without filling up the detergents draw till it’s emptied then you just fill it up as and when you need to loving i

I’m really pleased with the features and value of this machine. Took a bit of working out and still not sure if I have the automatic dosing right but so far so good.
Bought this machine as I had good experience with previous hoover machine
While the machine seems to perform ok it is noisier than expected on spin
Also the touch pad pad sensitivity is not good and can take several presses to activate the function
Instruction booklet is very poo
Even my 84yr old mother can use it, much more efficient and washes better than her old one.
Enjoying the larger capacity from my previous machine. Instructions could have been better. A little tricky working things out. Believe I have it sorted now. From now on it’s just a matter of time to see how it performs.
The auto doze in this machine doesn’t work and never has since I bought it , I’ve since found that it doesn’t work in hundreds of this Hoover machine
So best stay away from this one as you can’t put fabric conditioner at the start you have to wait till washings done and then do a rinse and spin ,,, would not recommend due to these issues
