Sturdy enough for a man around 250 lbs. I wouldn’t push the weight on it much more than that though. We just needed a few extra chairs for our teak table. They look nicer than I expected!
These chairs are comfortable, a good height, and feel solid. They need a little work to be perfect. I ordered a set of four. Two were perfect, one needed some leveling, and one had a small split in the wood that needed glueing and clamping. No big deal.
These chairs are Unfinished!! You should oil/seal them for best looks and care. You can see that one coat of Messmers UV oil really makes them pop!
Overall, for the price, it’s a good buy, and with some effort, they really shine.
