The mattress was rather heavy especially if you’re on your own. It did tale some struggling to get it out of the box and on to the bed.
Once out it popped out and sprang out rather quickly took me by surprise and did knock a few of my pictures off so be warned, but it was all fine. Its so comfy I can’t wait to go to bed now.

Good size mattress (small double) for daughters old divan replacement – firm to soft – she likes it and thumbs up for first nights sleep.
Came pretty quick but beware it’s rather heavy in the box – get help lifting up stairs but box size is small an manageable.
Comes with safety cutting tool to help with cutting plastic off wrapping. Also with 100 day if you don’t like money back.
So no problems or faults as of yet with this item but only time can tell mattress self pumps up to its original volume and light enough to handle.
A new mattress, superb quality, well packaged and expertly delivered.

Once the mattress expands you can be sure that the combination of pocket springs,layers of foam and woven covers will provide a medium firmness.
After a few nights adjusting to the superior support provided I can say I find it most restful
Fantastic Mattress not had it long for a week it’s really comfortable, doesn’t get too hot/cold . Its extremely comfy and has done my back wonders and fits my metal frame perfectly.
had a really bad back and did a lot of research into these hybrid mattresses and decided to take a punt on this and couldn’t be more happier. My bad back has gone and haven’t slept so well in years. Also cannot feel any movement from my partner at all when she or I move. Amazing highly recommend
Buy it for my bunk bed, fit well. Inflated fast after opened the package, feeling comfortable and soft, perfect firmness, I really enjoyed. Good quality in this price range. And Amazon delivery is quick.
I had to come back and add more to my review after just under a week, my sleep has improved and pains in my back have subsided, I really can’t recommend this mattress enough

It arrived very fast, & so simple to unpack & amazing how quick it pops to it`s full size (a few seconds literally) only slept on it 3 nights so far but my back already feels less painful than my old memory foam rubbish
I bought this 25cm smax collection memory foam mattress, which is perfect matches my son’s bed frame.
The delivery speed is very fast and the packaging is also very good! I left it shape for 72 hours.
My son said he is feeling good to sleep on it, medium firm, it’s so comfortable.

This Mattress is for me and my husband and the reason we have chosen to get a new mattress was because our previous mattress was thin and hard, which was not very good for our back and posture.
This Mattress solved all our problem!
It is quite big and strong which can help the durability last for years to come. The Mattress also is quite soft which makes sleeping very comfortable, so no matter what posture your are wether it’s back, stomach and side, it does not ruin your sleeping experience.
Be careful when opening, it springs out of the plastic.
We used the recycling service for extra 20 – delivery guys were very helpful but be careful as the service description does not tell you that the mattress can’t be stained or damaged in any way! Seems a ridiculous policy for a used mattress recycling service and needs to be made clear.
It nearly flicked me out of the window unwrapping it so be carful and it’s quite heavy good job I had my weetabix before hand carrying.
A great product very comfy arrived on time could not ask for more .
If I sold my dogs for a quid or something I would actually be able to get to sleep on it so if you have noisy dogs that get you up early in the morning sell them and buy this mattress it will be heave
Only gripe is it could do with some loops on the sides to make it easier to lift and move as these mattresses are ***EXTREMELY*** heavy.
The ancient, cheap spring mattress on the bed in our guest room had come to the end of its life. We sometimes use the guest room ourselves if it is very hot as the sun shines on our bedroom all day and the guest room at the back of the house is much cooler.
Ordered this; delivery next day in a large and quite heavy box. It took both of us to get it upstairs and unpack.
I’m glad that we read the unpacking instructions, because once you release the vacuum in the packing, it will expand like a life saving raft!! Even so, it caught and ripped off a finger nail on my wife’s hand – it is that vicious!!!
Left it 24 hours and used. It’s on a traditional wooden framed pine bed stead with a inch thick foam sheet on top of the battens. It is incredibly comfortable with the right amount of support – I have a spinal injury and find it very difficult to get comfortable in bed – but this is really good.
And compared to the price that you see advertised for similar sorts of mattresses advertised elsewhere, it is a bargain.
There is a long sleep comfort guarantee, but no idea how you would send it back
I’m not normally one to write positive reviews – I’m one of those people who will go out my way to write a negative review, not a positive one.. however I was so impressed by this mattress I felt the need to write one.
This mattress is so comfortable. I would say the mattress is more medium than medium firm. You will not regret buying it. Very good value for money.
This is so simple, unroll, leave for stated time and then have a great sleep. So comfortable, slept well for first time in ages.
So far, this is excellent. The first night couldn’t be judged as our sleep was interrupted by someone arriving home at 3am nearby, however, we’ve slept very well in the next 4 nights. Only time will tell, but the firmness under the gentle and absorbing memory foam seems to work very well for us. At the moment, we’d absolutely recommend this mattress. Give it 24 hours. It doesn’t need the 72.
I purchased this mattress for my elderly father who was very pleased with the mattress, delivery was efficient and the mattress was comfortable. There was a problem with the mattress and the company were fantastic with dealing with the issue. We were immediately sent another mattress and the problem resolved. I would recommend the quality of the mattress and buy another without fail.
So comfy and great for my back pain and joint problems. A very worthwhile purchase!

Well packaged, easy to move up to bedroom (we have a spiral cast iron staircase.not planning to move so hopefully it won’t be coming down for a while!!) really firm and comfortable, we have the king size and we don’t seem to be waking each other up as we move during the nigh
We’ve had this about a month now and I’m still pretty happy with the quality. It’s fairly soft and the memory foam is fine. Had some great nights sleeps since using it.

The quality is really good, very soft, really comfortable to lie on, the size of the bed is particularly suitable, the thickness is also sufficient, very stable, sleeping on the whole person is particularly relaxed, there is no taste, it is very reassuring to use, the price is not expensive, it is very cost-effective, I like it very much .
Buying a mattress is a minefield. This one is reasonably priced and very comfortable. Neither too hard or too soft. My friend has had this mattress for over 2 years now and it has proved to be durable too. I’ve now bought myself one and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
A charming, complete, and firm bed that gives my tenant back support and pain relief is reasonably priced with fast delivery. If you do not need to use it now, the package only uses a small luggage space, saving a lot of my storage space.
I’ve always go to the shop to see the mattress so i can have a try the quality and buy it straight it away. This is the first time buying a mattress online. When the moment i received the bed and tried it for a week. The quality is on spot. Worth it!
This mattress is comfortable, I bought it for my daughter, she loves it, not too hard not too soft , it just about right . So far, she has nothing to complain. The mattress has her favorite color purple which pleased her a lot.

Find it better than my foam mattress which I found to hot. This one’s mush better and soft enough for me as I’m not a fan of hard beds.
So I swapped to this mattress as I was waking up with back pain and spasms since I have been using it for 3/4 I’ve never woke up with back pain, it’s soft but not too soft excellent for for money
Replaced our old memory foam mattress. At first it seemed a bit soft but within a few days it just felt brilliant. Previous back pain has gone. Wish we’d got this sooner. Really good value too

I’ve been searching and reviewing mattresses for months. I have found a mattress that ticks all the boxes. It is 1st class, and like sleeping on a cloud.
Definitely one of the best things I bought this year, incredible quality for the price.
I laid on it to try it as soon as in position and took a two h nap with no pillows or blanket.
It comes in a box easier to carry up stairs just slide it out, put on bed roll it to peel off 1st layer of plastic, easily done with hands, then it slightly starts to resume its thickness once it unfolds, now cut along 1 end of 2nd plastic and voila it spring into its correct shape, now just peel back the plastic or cut it down 1 side with the tool that is supplied, then enjoy. I Recommend it because at half the price of my daughters, its a no brainer…..
icely compressed in small box for such a large mattrass and very easy to open and roll out. I have had issues in the past with deliveries to north east Scotland but dispatch was fast and delivered within five days. very comfortable to sleep in and firm just like it said online . fast dispatch and delivery. thanks will defanitly recommend to others.
I’ve also noticed that i no longer get back aches if i’m lay down for a while. On older mattresses i’d have to twist and turn after a period of time, but i guess the foam is supporting so it’s comfortable at any angle.
After a long time deliberating and going through reviews I finally picked this one and my god I’m glad I did!
I got in in the morning, let it expand and slept in it in the same night and honestly it’s probably the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time and that’s even after I considered my last mattress a great one!
Still to see the longevity of it but so far so good! Would recommend to anyone looking around this budget!

After price, feedback comparisons, I finally decided to go with this mattress. As this is a brand I have never heard off, I prepared myself for the worst experience.
The one I purchased was a double, and it came in a very heavy box, I suggest it best handled with two people.
This is a rolled mattress, unpacked from the box, pop it on the bed frame and cut the plastic wrap off (a safety knife also came with the packaging) and watch it expands. I popped the roll on the bottom of my bed, and I had to drag up as it kept popping. I think it might made things easier if I had placed the roll near the headboard.
The package arrived at about 3in the afternoon and ready to sleep on by 10 pm. The mattress is so deep and fully fit in my double bed when completely expanded. It feel a bit soft when sit on the edge, but not when you sit on bed against the headboard.
When lying on my back, I feel my back is fully supported without sink in.
There is no issue with uneven body weight distribution at all. My sleep was not disturbed by my husband’s twist and turning at all Bravo!
I was a side sleep on my old mattress, but I found sleeping my my back is the most comfortable, it feels a bit hard when lye on my side. I found no more back ache when I wake up in the morning.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
Mattress was delivered quickly, very tightly packed, took a couple of weeks to shape itself back to normal, first couple of weeks wasn’t good, waking up with pains, but now getting used to it, pains are getting less and less, apart from 1st couple of weeks we are now beginning to enjoy a more pleasant sleep.
Was a bit worried ordering a mattress online without being able to try it out but read reviews and I would definitely agree this is a lovely comfortable mattress.. I have slept really well and it’s a lovely looking mattress too. It seems whichever position you like to sleep in it supports and cushions your body perfectly. Would describe it as medium firm /comfort. 10/10
Came well packaged. Outside box was ripped but mattress was well protected with plastic. Pretty sure it was directly imported from China.
Very comfortable with memory foam top. I do find I get a lot hotter with this mattress rather than our old traditional one.
All in all if you want a cheap and comfortable mattress that’s medium soft this is a good buy.
Bought this product as I was isolated due to covid, I was in bed 24/7 and desperately in need of a new mattress. Price was reasonable and delivery was fast. I was a bit dubious as to how comfortable it would be since it was vacuum packed and put in a box but as soon as I opened it puffed right out and you couldn’t tell it had been packed that way. I bought it 2 months ago and I have no complaints what so ever. Very soft and comfortable. Could not be happier with my purchase. Definitely recommend. I’m saving up now as I need a double mattress and will absolutely be buying an Inofia.

I would say it’s medium/soft but it has the required firmness too and suits me perfectly. I left it for 48 hours too ensure it was fit for use. Delivery was fast, easy too unpack with the provided tool and has a 10 year warranty for peace of mind. Read the reviews prior to purchasing, but was still surprised to find such a small box arrive at the doorstep. We unpacked the box and left the mattress for 48-72 hours before using, very simple to unpack. For the price, it is such a good quality product. The mattress is soft yet firm, if that makes sense, and gives a really good night’s sleep. My son loves sleeping on it. Would definitely repurchase.
Always a little nervous buying a mattress when you cant lie on it first but more than happy with this one. This mattress I would describe as medium soft. You sink slightly into it but its very minimal. It curves and supports your body superbly as you sleep. I’ve had this mattress a week now and I’m finding myself sleeping much better than previously. For the price, it really is worth every penny.
I wasn’t sure which Sofia to order as there’s quite a few different types with all sorts of names and descriptions but this seems a good choice.
It’s for one of my son’s beds, he’s in love already but tonight he’s making a den so won’t sleep until it’s fully settled out of box.
I think I will need deeper bottom sheets although I’m yet to try. Happy with the quality as really wasn’t sure what to expect from a mattress in a box.
