Bought this and I absolutely love it. I think the best thing I can say is that I let a friend have a go with it and she bought herself one within 10 minutes of trying it. It is easy to assemble, once you ‘get’ that it just clicks and then making it bigger or smaller is dead easy. When changing the size, just hold it to prevent the weight holder coming out of the hoop. The same with the actual hula hooping, once you get going, you’re away. I’ve been using reguarly and you do need a bit of space because the weight swings out, but it’s brilliant fun. I know one review said the weight came off, but I think you could easily add a cable tie for extra security if you wanted to, but I’ve had no issues with regular use of mine. Brilliant weighted hula hoop , would definitely recommend, need to wear it tight to make it turn otherwise it won’t work right , the more you do the more you tone up .

It is weighted and I found it easy to use but as I have a bad knee using the product aggravated it , I have never used it long enough to see if I could have lost weight with it but I think you could as it takes some energy to keep it spinning .
