Used this on a road trip for 10 days. Works great. As some noted, the attention to small details could be better and the finishing could be better, but the “nuts and bolts” of the unit operates great. If you’re expecting the quality of a $400 cooler, then you will be disappointed. But if you temper your expectations in line to the price these go for, you will be pleased with it.
I’m a long haul truck driver and use this to keep my drinks up front nice and cool. I have used it all day 24/7 for a few weeks and it works just as good as the name brand coolers costing 3x! Time will tell how long it lasts.
I bought this cooler based on the recommendation of my daughter. She has one that her family use all of the time for both outings and during their workday. I found it keeps things very cold.
I like that I can per cool in the evening. Unplug over night and it is still cool in the morning. Buy the matching adapter to plug into electrical outlet…home, camper ot truck.
We liked the cooler but it didn’t come with 120v adapter which was extra n we decided to send it back, n that wasn’t a problem so thank you for the great service.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the cord did not work in our vehicle. I did purchase a cord when I bought the cooler but the sent the wrong one. I purchased one locally. We are drivers so we are on the road alot.
It’s cold not bulky holds lots and can be used anywhere

We went on a 50 day road trip in 2022. This cooler kept the beer cold and lunches cool. Was a bit of a pain to haul in and out of hotel rooms but overall met our needs
This works perfectly for travelling with food that needs refrigeration.
Convenient…keep it in my truck at all times. Just plug it in when needed.
Could stand to operate at a couple more degrees colder though, but more than sufficient.
Handle came out of the side first time I used it but it does work well.
The cooler works fine, but if you want it to work at home you have to buy a Koolatron adapter, which costs almost as much as the cooler. That’s why I gave only 2 stars.

I was genuinely surprised how efficient this coolbox worked. Everything kept fresh on long journeys and the sound of the fan was not a problem.

Good little cooler. Beer in, fish out. Does the job for a great price. Fan is a little noisy, but still less then road noise.

It’s the perfect size. Can handle large drink containers such as if needed a gallon of milk if needed probably would hold 2 and a half of them. Big enough to handle lots of food as well. Also it’s not too ginormous for taking up too much room in your vehicle.
Would have liked a plug for home to be included.

Recently went on a 2 day road trip. I always pack my food–so awesome to have a salad that is actually cold! And, at the hotel I just carried in the cooler and plugged it into the wall. Awesome. Definitely recommend it.
We took our toolbox on a trip to Swanage and despite the heat this toolbox kept all our food and drink chilled and safe – always a worry when you have meat stuff in your picnic. Really pleased with the cooler.

The reason I left 4 stars and not 5 stars is because after about 6 months of everyday use one of the handles popped out of the socket on the side and wouldn’t stay in correctly so I just drilled a hole into the center of both sides and inserted a 8-32 X 2″ machine screw to keep the handles in place and the handle is still working perfectly to this day. Another negative I found is that since the lid is removable it will come out on one side sometimes if I try to open the lid one handed while driving and I ended up breaking one of the hinges because of it getting twisted while only one hinge was in place. I accept some responsibility for the breakage but if the lid was permanently attached this would have never been an issue in the first place.
In conclusion this is a great little cooler for the price and should serve you well and probably last for many, many years unless you use it daily as I do, but most people will just be using it on occasional trips now and then. This little cooler is a great bargain in my opinion based on my experience with it.
