I had been struggling with finding the right chair-mat for my office at home until I found this one. This is the perfect size for a small office area but still gives you room to roll around. I have used it for several weeks and it is still not forming dents where my wheels tend to usually rest. It came rolled up, but it was easy to carry and also lay down. Even though it is rolled, it flattened out quickly. It is thick enough, but flexible enough, to be durable for a very long time.
I have purchased several in the past for my in-person office and this was a great price for a chair at of this size!
It was *extremely* difficult to unroll when I unboxed it. The plastic is very sturdy/thick and had to be weighed down overnight in order to stay in place when in use. Once that was done, though, it’s perfect. The best thing about it is that you can roll off the edge and roll right back on without your wheels getting caught and having to pick up your chair. It has lots of gripping spikes on the bottom, which poke down into your carpet and hold the mat in place. The size is average for this type of mat.
I placed this mat over our hardwood floor to protect it from my chair in my home office. It’s not gotten much use yet, but I am very happy so far!
I opened up the mat and it lays flatly on the floor. I even do not need to put any weight on it to flat it. The size is large and it has a lip, exactly what I want.
I just got new LVT flooring and it probably can survive my desk chair but I figure I would get a protector anyway. Its been nice. It really is easy to clean and it lays out flat especially with the help of a hair dryer (warming it loosens the curls, it comes rolled up). The only negative is it “slips” a little on the flooring kinds spinning it counter clockwise. Its not a problem really, but if you are OCD watch out haha.
Bought this so I would not ruin my wood floors, I use my computer every day and roll around on it all the time, it looks awesome, and there are no chair marks on it. easy to clean, good thickness. very happy with it.
As many of the other reviewers said it is somewhat hard to flatten out, but after a couple of days weighted down on the edges, it stayed perfectly flush with the floor and not budged in the several months I’ve had it. I have it on laminate flooring and I can roll my chair around without it shifting at all, and because it is so thin it’s easy to roll the chair off and back on the mat.

Bought this “budget” chair off a wire cutter review, and I’m very happy with it so far. Super easy and quick to put together by myself and the lumbar support is good, adjusts easily, not too much or too little, I definitely feel like my lower back is less sore at the end of the day. All the up/down features and wheels working smoothly. I tried more expensive chairs and I feel like this one is just as good, definitely more comfortable than the company chairs at the office.
I got this for my daughter, for her office chair. It looks invisible on the floor, it is very sturdy and it is a good size, it laid nicely on the floor, both of us are happy with this item.
When the mat first arrived it was very curled up & we had to use some weights on it to get it flatten out.
However it is now on the floor under the desk chair & protects the floor from the chairs wheels which is why we bought in the first place.

Mat was tough when it arrived. The material is thick enough that took a lot to unroll and I had to make sure to place heavy duty weights around for couple of days for it to flatten out. Strong scent as well but also disappeared after couple of days! Great to use after a couple of days of flattening now!
Mat does it’s job protecting the floor and allowing chair to roll easy, however it does tend to slide across the floor so I’m always adjusting its location.
Good sturdy mat, but tends to slip on the wooden floor under the chair.

This mat replaced one that was 1/4 the thickness of this one. Reviews say people had trouble uncurling theirs and had to let it set to make it flat. I pulled mine out of the box and put it on the floor, no rolling on mine. It also doesn’t bunch up the way my old one did and it doesn’t creep around the floor.
This mat works great for me and I would but it again .

Por pandemia he tenido que trabajar desde casa, compr una silla con rueditas y fue lo peor que pude haber hecho, en el lugar donde tengo mi escritorio el piso tiene mosaico con separador (concreto), despus de unos meses el rodar la silla por ah, desgast la parte del separador.
Compr este tapete para solucionar ese problema, va de maravilla, ya que se limpia fcil y se instala fcil.
Se recomienda desdoblar en una superficie plana y hacer lo que dice el manual para que no tenga relieves
I read the reviews about the mat curling but when I recieved the mat, I let it sit in the box to get to room temperature for a day. Took it out and BOOM – perfect. Fits perfect, lays perfect, and allows my chair to roll around on it perfectly. I would recommend.
Purchased to protect a new floor. Secured under desk and there have been no issues with it moving. It would be better if it was slightly bigger but maybe that is my fault for securing it under the desk.

It serves its purpose – but it’s far too expensive. This should be 15 at most, not 24.
This is not as ‘hard’ as I thought it would be and am slightly disappointed. I have this over hardwood and am concern that it is not sturdy enough to protect it.
This definitely won’t work over carpet.
Lesss prone to sideways creep than my previous mat as underside is smooth. Big enough for my office chair. Thick, durable clear plastic. Works fine.

Put weights on it and it protects the floor from any scratch.

Pretty good for what it is. Only issue that it still does slip around on the hardwood floor so I have to adjust it every so often. Seems durable to last a while. I have dark floors so it’s also more visible than I would like
1. The mat is almost transparent so I can see the nice hardwood floor through it.
2. The mat makes rolling very easy
3. The edges of the mat are thin, so rolling beyond the mat doesn’t make a thumping sound (like the rug did).
I like this product.
Product came rolled up, but released easily once placed on the floor. Good size for a chair to have plenty of room to move forward and back. Quality is good. I wish I bought this a year ago before damaging my hardwood floors.

The sheerness is surprisingly good, it doesn’t really draw attention to itself. I’ve been using it for a few months and there is no noticeable wear and tear yet. It did take several days to settle down flat after unrolling but now that it’s flat it stays flat. It doesn’t grip the floor as much as I’d like it to, but I put my computer stand on top of it to keep it down so it’s not going anywhere.
Rolled out pretty easily. Had to put weights on the corners for a day to straighten it out. Overall happy with the product.
This mat holds up to me sitting in an office chair for 8 hours a day on it. It’s not too difficult to wheel around on it. It did take about a day with weights on each corner to get it to lay flat and stop rolling back up, but it does say the warmer the mat, the faster this happens and i live in a basement suite, so i was expecting this to take longer.
Very smooth transaction. Delivery was fast. Driver was very courteous and wore a mask. Extra points there. Mat was just what I was looking for. Unrolled easily, no smell at all. Sturdy. These days everything is expensive, but you get your money’s worth with this mat.

The floor protector does what it says, glad I purchased them.
I walk my dogs at least 6 to 7 times a day so we are in and out of the front door constantly. I kept getting muddy paws and footprints on my floor. I always tried to put a rug or blanket in front of my door, but the door would catch it. This is flush to the floor so I can open the door, my floor does not get messed up, and it’s easy clean up. Great purchase!
Sometimes it shifts slightly but I think that’s because there was a layer of dust on the hardwood floor when I first laid it down. I’m hoping that when I get around to thoroughly cleaning the floor under it, it will result in less shifting/slipping.
Pefect for my computer chair its making a big difference when guiding on the kitchen floor. And its the perfect size I need.
A little difficult to get it to lay flat initially but one achieved its fine. It seems to attract a lot of dirt and dust, may be due to a build up of static?

Rolled out super easy, placed large text books on it for a day or so and it’s remained flat ever since. Seems very study as well.
I’ve only had it for a day but I had no issues rolling it out. I left it outside for the day as it smelt strong when I unrolled the mat but I didn’t need to put weights on the corners. I ordered the one with the lip which was unnecessary as I need to turn it sideways as I tend to move more side to side than back and forth so important to think about where you need more coverage before ordering!

Initial rolling tests show that it stretches a bit as you move around, thus slightly shifting the mat. The movement is most noticeable when rolling “in to” my desk as my feet are on the small portion and I can feel it bubble up a bit under my feet as I move.
Would I recommend this to a friend? Beggars can’t be choosers during a pandemic.
Ive had a few floor mats and many of them end up scratching the floor regardless of the material but this one so far is great. Its smooth while most others are textured which i believe is why the floor scuffs. there are a lot of reviews on here saying “it didnt roll flat” but those people didnt read the instructions to put a heavy box or weights on it in a warm room for a few hours. i put a weighted blanket on it overnight and it is perfect now. I read all the reviews so I was a bit concerned that this mat wouldn’t lay flat and would smell strongly. Both concerns were unwarranted. I took the mat out of the box and there was a very slight plastic smell. I laid it on the floor and within a couple hours, it was perfectly flat and didn’t smell at all. It is also quite clear so my floor shows through. I’m very pleased!!
