Very nice bench and comfy as well plus can put away tidy
Both myself and my wife use this very versatile bench. It fits in beautifully with both our “at home” fitness sessions. Seems to be robustly built and the quick release slider knobs work smoothly and efficiently. Overall, very pleased thus far.

5’6″ female here. I have ordered three benches before this one, two from Bowflex (apparently made for a 7′ viking) and one from CAP (very poorly made). Returned them all. Read the reviews of this one from all the other females and decided to give it a try. THIS BENCH IS AMAZING. Its well made, folds down super small (I live in a tint cottage), its small enough that I can do all my workouts without sacrificing my posture and my feet touch the ground.
My only qualm is that the feet are plastic and if your floor is vinyl the bench slides all over the place. I therefore put a yoga mat underneath and the problem is solved. But looking into some rubber footing for this thing. Aside of that it’s the best one I have found.
The bench was delivered in two days, super fast. Set up is very easy. Comes with a wrench and is the only tool needed. The bench does sit down low to the ground. It is perfect for me to use with strictly band type workouts and crunches. Cannot beat this bench for the price!

This is an excellent bench for under $200. It was well packed and only the foot stands needed to be assembled. I’m surprised it does not make those springy sounds you hear when you assemble cheaper benches so it’s very sturdy. I’m 191cm tall and was worried it would be short but it’s not. It does the job. However, I am much smaller these days weighing around 80kgs. I think if you weigh more than 100kgs you might have a different experience given the padding is not comparable to $400-500 bench for obvious reasons. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it so far but it’s only been a week. I’ll come back if anything changes.
Ill keep it short and simple im 220 pounds and i commonly use heavy dumbbells. which in total would be about 400-500lbs and i personally never had a problem with feeling unsafe or anything like that, its pretty sturdy. I recommend tightening everything commonly.

I personally wouldn’t recommend using it as a chair or something to sit on for hours, I used this bench to game in and the spot i sat in, the cushioning inside flattened out and exposed the board inside which made the bench weak and i had to buy another which is my fault not the product. mind you this was over a 5 month period.
Everything else is good quality, fabric, materials, etc.
This is a really sturdy bench. We set up an at home workout area at the start of COVID lockdowns and bought a lesser bench. The old bench felt flimsy and was tippy. This bench is much more stable and feels really solid. I’m 190 and pressing 75lb dumbells, and the bench doesn’t bat an eye. Very satisfied so far.

I was looking for average size bench and medium weight. Something that I could move around easily yet sturdy enough for a good workout. A very good bench at an affordable price.

This isn’t the 1st weight bench I have purchased over the years but its definitely the best so far, I use it everyday and I have total confidence in it, it doesn’t move or creak and is comfortable enough. I’m very happy with it.
Very stiff. Leather quality ok super quick delivery. Even earlier than the written date many locks to ensure it’s tightened
The only gripe is for some reason they don’t have a notch to set the bench at around 30 degrees (which is probably my preferred angle). There seems to be a space where there should be a hole but its just not there?
If you are looking for a portable (but still decently heavy) adjustable bench, you cant go wrong.
I’ve been using it for 2 or so months, 3 -4 days a week and its been great. Easily big and sturdy enough for a 5’11” 180lb guy to work out on using up to 2 x 80lb dumbbells.
Double check the two versions on sale, one effectively has 3 “legs” or touch points on the ground. Two at the back and a central one at the front. The other (the one I went for) has 4, or two at the front and 2 at the back, I thought this would be a little sturdier and its been great.
It works, it seems sturdy. Material isn’t high quality but it’s also not cheap. My only real complaint is the top panel feels short, my head gets close to the edge and I’m only 5’10”. It needs to be taller and the seat could be longer also so it’s more comfortable.
The seams are not perfect but it’s nice and sturdy and is exactly what I needed.

Bought this bench based on the reviews, and I’m pleased to say that all my expectations have been met! Have had the bench a few months now and it is well put together and sturdy. Extremely good value for the price.
The bench seems sturdy and well made. The size suits me well (I’m 6’2 and 180 pounds). The bench arrived almost completely assembled, I had only to attach the back and front supports (6 bolts in total). Will see how it stands the test of time. (I only had it for a couple of days).

Se siente muy estable y firme. Peso solo 67 kg, ms otros 40kg de mancuernas, por lo que no le exijo demasiado, pero aun as no se siente inestable, al contrario da confianza de cargar el peso requerido, muy slido.
Sin duda es para cumplir el objetivo de Home Gym, para alguien que busca algo ms profesional o que aguante mucho ms peso, quiz no sea lo que busca. Pero aun as 300kg en teora, es bastante para la mayora de un usuario casero. Es un banco a un buen precio y cumple totalmente.
El producto en general es bueno. Tiene la ventaja de guardarse plegado y por el otro lado las mltiples posiciones que tiene ayudan a hacer gran variedad de ejercicios, lo nico que no me gust es que el forro de piel sinttica viene grapado y ya se le cay una grapa, lo cual hace pensar en que la construccin en esa parte no es del todo buena. Los puntos buenos es que es su estabilidad y comodidad, tiene una calidad cercana a la de los aparatos de gimnasio.
I love it. Super easy to assemble. Only 3 pieces to install, the rest is already assembled. I gave it a try and I went hard on it. Pads are confortable. It’s very stable. Easy to switch position settings. Solid build. Just like at the gym. I recommend it!
Nice bench easy to use and very stable with heavy weights
I’ve used this a couple times. Based on the construction and how it feels when I’m using it, I’m satisfied that it’s sturdy enough for reasonably heavy dumbbell workouts, maybe even some reasonable bench press if you had a rack.
The steel seems to be a reasonable thickness, the welds look good, and they use pretty thick bolts. The spring-loaded angle adjustment knobs for the seat and back were an unexpected and nice touch.
I’m ~200lbs, and press about 50lb dumbbells in each hand, and the bench felt sturdy while doing so, and while sitting up and laying down during. Minimal wobbling or shifting in the bench.
It does still take up a bit of room when folded down completely, and the foot/leg brace makes this worse: considering removing this piece and/or replacing the bolt with a wing-nut for tool-less removal.
Just what I wanted. I am aware there are better ones out there but they cost twice or three times the price. This price is reasonable and will do just what I want. If I ever get into lifting heavier weights, I will get a more expensive and different built bench. The bench looks nice as well.
Great bench for the money. Pretty easy to reconfigure and so far seems pretty sturdy. Folds up pretty compact for moving and is a shorter bench which I think is ideal.

– Soy una persona de casi 100kg y 1.70mts de altura.
– La silla llega armada en un 85%, es decir, solo tienes que ponerle las patas y el lock de las piernas, cosa que armas en menos de 10 mins.
– La uso para hacer ejercicios sencillos (abdominales, tricep, pecho) con un peso aprox de 15-20kg (mancuernas o barra).
– Llevo 1 mes de uso (3 a 4 das por semana por 1-1.30hrs) y sigue en su estado original, es decir, no se ha doblado, roto*(leer hasta abajo) ni algn otro desperfecto.
PROS:
– Soporte al cliente + garanta.
– Super fcil de armar.
– Muy estable, gracias a las patitas como las tiene.
– Si no tienes mucho espacio para almacenar, es perfecta, al doblarla te ocupa muy poco espacio.
– Muy resistente, hasta el momento, ha soportado un peso de 120-125kgs (aprox).
CONS:
– Si no tienes cuidado de apretar los mbolos (girar las perillas para apretar) al posicionar el respaldo, se van a salir del hueco y te vas a caer. Lo aprend mientras la probaba, as que no sufr ningn dao.
*NOTA:
Debido al manejo de la paquetera, lleg rota una de las patas de plstico de adelante.
Empec a usar la silla con esa parte rajada, asumiendo que en algn punto se rompera, y mi sorpresa es que, despus de 1 mes de uso, sigue viva y no se ha extendido ms el dao, pero ah no acaba la historia…
Apenas vi el desperfecto me comunique con el vendedor (leikesports) y le explique que haba pasado, les proporcione las fotos, a lo que ellos respondieron:
– Muy rpido (en menos de 6hrs ya haban respondido).
– Envindome, no 1, sino 2 repuestos de las patitas de plstico delanteras.
Esto es soporte al cliente plus.
I’m happy with the purchase it’s study and does the job what it’s suppose to do .I recommend the incline bench.
Decent product for the price. I’ve weighed as much as 260lbs and I’ve benched 315lbs on it. Sturdy, doesn’t wobble. It’s light so it will slide around a bit, but I just made marks on my lifting platform so I know where to set it for certain exercises and then I notice if I’ve moved it getting on/off, etc.
I am really happy with this bench!

It was easy to assemble (came with the tools necessary).
It has very little ‘wobble’ considering it’s collapsable.
Comfy padding, stitching looks good so far.
Folds up easily for compact storage.

For the price its only fair and the quality isn’t far from what you’ll find in a commercial gym. These always room for improvement however 5 out 5 price, stability and convenience. For myself at home its great.
The equipment came in folded. The instructions were not super clear but I was able to screw in everything easily and assemble the chair. I like the pull out lever to change the back position. This is easy and smooth. It is sturdy and well made. Great value for money.
Very pleasantly surprised with quality of bench for A$189. Nice soft back. I’m 5″10 and good length. Folds in 30 sec. Reasonably compact. Solid steel feel.
UPDATE: I have had it for a few months now and can really recommend it. It is very sold and comfortable. Adjustments are very easy and quick.
I have not used it yet and just set it up. But seems very strong and solid . Also very good sizing, considering I am 186 cm height.

I gave it 4 instead of five stars because the adjustment knobs broke twice. The company, however, was very responsive and sent replacements. I use this bench 4-5 time a week. I am 6’2″ and the bench fits my needs well. I use dumbbells and I weigh 200 lbs so I do not need an extra heavyweight bench. This bench was worth the price.
Strong and sturdy and does the trick. It was a little on the pricey side in comparison to others but it was rated highly by others so I thought I would jump on it too. No regrets. Works perfectly without any issues or hassles. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t wobble and the adjustable seat and back work as expected. Feels similar to benches from my gym I have used in the past (good thing) instead of gimmicks or cheap parts. I bought the Amazon basics flat bench before and it wasn’t flat and wobbled so I am very happy this one hit the quality bar I needed. Also 660lbs gives me extra safety factor as I am 220lb and bench up to 200lb.
Sturdy piece of equipment that’s easy to store away, a small gripe would be that the foot rests stick out when folded. But I am very pleased and would recommend this item.
Nach einigen Trainingseinheiten mit der leikefitness Verstellbare Hantelbank” mchte ich mal meine Eindrcke mitteilen.
Lieferung & Aufbau:
Die Bank wird gut verpackt im Originalkarton geliefert und ist bereits vormontiert. Es sind lediglich noch die Fe anzuschrauben. Alle dafr notwendigen Schrauben und auch das Werkzeug (2 Maulschssel) werden mitgeliefert.
Die Trainingsbank:
Die Plastikkappen an den Fe der Trainingsbank lassen sich durch drehen leicht in der Hhe verstellen. Damit knnen kleinere Unebenheiten ausgeglichen und die Bank stabil aufgestellt werden.
Die Bank ist recht leicht. Das bringt sowohl Vorteile als auch Nachteile mit sich.
* Vorteil: Sie kann ohne allzu groen Kraftaufwand bewegt und verstaut werden.
* Nachteil: Die Verstellung der Sitzflche und Rckenlehne funktioniert bei mir sehr straff. Das hat zur Folge das man beim verstellen z.B. der Sitzflche eher die Bank anhebt als den Sitz zu verstellen. Hier ist etwas probieren notwendig, um fr sich eine geeignete Verstelltechnik zu finden.
Was mir nicht so gefllt sind die Verstellmglichkeiten der Rckenlehne.
Die Schritte in denen die Lehne verstellt werden kann sind mir teilweise zu gro. Sie kann in den Winkeln -20 (Lehne nach unten geneigt, [negativ]), 0 (Lehne flach), 20, 45, 60 und 90 (Lehne senkrecht) eingestellt werden.
Da wre zwischen 20 und 45, sowie zwischen 60 und 90 durchaus Luft fr eine weitere Arretierung gewesen. Die Bank wrde das meiner Meinung nach auch hergeben.
Oder am besten gleich Einstellmglichkeiten in 15 Schritten (-15, 0, 15, 30,, 90).
Fazit:
Alles in allen bin ich, trotz der kleinen Einschrnkung mit den Einstellmglichkeiten der Rckenlehne, mit der Bank zufrieden. Wer eine Trainingsbank fr das heimische Fitnessstudio sucht, findet hier ein gnstiges und solides Modell.
Ich kann diese Bank bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
Very sturdy and I like the fact it’s foldable I have a limited space in my garage for my gym … this works out perfect fold it up and out of the way for squats and dead lifts …

No me gustara tener que devolverlo y perder dinero en el proceso.

I just received this bench today (one day early) I have to say it beat my expectations as far as comfort and quality. It was very easy to assemble and sturdy for my 185lb body. I would definitely recommend this bench for this price range.
Pros:
All benches out there seem to have been made for men (taller people), I am short 5-1″ and I wanted to buy something where I could have my feet on the ground. This bench has a good height and I can do that.
It is sturdy, seems well made in terms of the structure, strong, and heavy.
So far seems heavy enough that it may help it not to move it around… maybe on top of a foam may be accomplished, to avoid sliding.
It is wide (as wide as my chest), I have read lots of complaints with other benches that they are 7in – 9in.
The place where you wrap your feet moves, so adapts to one’s height.
Generally it seems well finished.
There is a handle to lock the seat and back positions.
Fast and super easy to finish assembling it.
It is easy to fold, or to set up but not necessarily to be moved around.
Cons/problems:
The actual product does not match the folded sample, see photo.
The place where the feet holder seems quite awkward when folded and protrudes, in addition, I had to screw it with the legs, rather than in a supposed additional hole, which is missing.
I wished it could stand up and stay that way, rather than laying flat for storage or against a wall.
The seat’s sewing was off, so it looks wrinkled.
It is heavy to move around and also difficult to lift, considering that the weight can be a positive thing too.
So far I recommend it. I still need to use it.
