I purchased this to help with my lymphatic drainage and to improve balance. I absolutely love it! It works great for back pain relief as well. I got one for my parents and have had two friends purchase them as well. Very happy with this!
Don’t look for anything else. This is it. It is worth more the price you paid for it.

The first time my wife used it her arthritic knee felt better immediately. The remote is a little odd to get used to.
The LifePro 3D performs as described. My wife and I both use it to build muscle strength, bone density and help with circulation. We both like it immensely.
Only just set-up and brief test of the machine this evening. So far I like it and think it will be a great improvement to the using the rebounder. I’m feeling a bit of improvement of my chronic heel pain after only 5 minutes.
I’ve had my vibration plate for 4 months now. It is more effective than I ever expected. My arthritis pain is better than it’s been in many years. I now do most if my strength training on it and the time goes by so fast. I used the mini resistance bands that came with my machine, along with regular bands. I actually look forward to it. It is oddly calming and comforting. So I exercise more than I would otherwise and am growing stronger! I love it!
I purchased Lifepro, based on reviews and am happy with my decision. This vibration plate is sturdy and works as promised. I’m hopeful there will be hip pain/hip flexor relief with continued use.
At 75 guess I can’t do everything anymore. I am glad it’s heavy as it makes the movement more effective.
First program at the lowest end is a wow as to how much movement. For me this machine will be a.game changer as I have not been able to get out n walk but seldom do to the north Dakota winter. Not good for anyone. For anyone but a big plus for seniors but if alone get some to do the simple set up if possible n then your off to bettering your health physically an mentally.
Just taking out of the box dodo not know how it works. Gone for batteries for the remote. Vibrates welll. Hoping it helps with our balance
I’m still getting to know the equipment and hope to use it to warm up and relieve leg spasms.
I have only been using the LifePro for less than one week. I am trying the unit slowly only doing 3-5 minutes at a time as I have had numerous leg joint surgeries in the last three years.
its too early to comment on this but seems encouraging and look forward for better results. will definitely post my feedback after three weeks of use. Fingers crossed. But definitely an innovative equipment.
The product came while I was out of town. I have only been able to use it a couple of times, and I’m still getting used to it. I’m sure I will get better results the longer I use the product. It does seem to relax my lower back after standing at work for 8 hours.
Setting up the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate was very easy, and within minutes I was ready to start my first session. As someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain, I was especially pleased to find that the plate had a program specifically designed for the relief of pain. With the recommended setting at three, after only ten minutes on the plate I could feel a noticeable relief. Moreover, the plate operates very quietly and without disruption, so I can continue my regular routine without distraction.

Contrary to what some people have said online, the warranty is actually very easy to obtain. All you have to do is watch a short video on the warranty page and follow the instructions.
I have only had it set up for two days. I’m still trying to understand how to use only one motor at a time in manual mode. The best I have figured out is to set the motor I don’t want to run for one minute then it stops and the other one carries on. I believe there is a learning curve as to how the plate works.

It has definitely helped alleviate my painful and restless legs!! I stay on it for 10 min at a time and the base itself is built very sturdy. You have room to stand with your feet shoulder width apart. I have not used the resistance bands as of yet …. but I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this one!
Seems well constructed. The motors are powerful. Runs very quiet. I noticed the Pause and Start/Stop buttons on the remote do not function as explained in the manual. The Start/Stop only starts and does not stop the program when pushed again. The Pause button stops the program and resets it back to the beginning in manual mode. Not where you left off in the program mode. Not really a pause function more of a reset button. Other than that, I have no major issues.
I am a 70 year old woman that has had foot surgery a few years ago. I am trying to increase my strength and balance. I have only used the machine for a week so far but I have confidence that it will really be a great exercise tool! So far, so good!! This is a heavy duty machine. I wish the cord was longer as I don’t have a lot of choices as far as placement and it is too heavy to keep moving around!
I have not had it long enough to form a full review but so far I like it. It feels very sturdy, you can basically use it right out of the box. It is heavier than I expected but it has wheels on one side so that helps to move it easily.

I got it as a Christmas gift. Just trying to learn how to use it. Not sure what to do yet. Wanted it to help with osteoporosis . They have a lifetime warranty which I liked.
I’ve only just started but it feels great. I feel an all over calming experience and it forces me to hold my core so i know there is a benefit.
I bought this to use while visiting my son and the plan is to leave it with him for future visits. It is my hope that he will use it himself after using his home gym.

It is large and stable. Easy to set up. The pre-set program feature is great. The vibration is powerful so I can feel it on my knee joint, legs and hip.
Update: LifePro contacted me, and went out of their way to make this a great experience for me. Product quality outstanding, customer service is 100% committed to making things right for the customer. Lots of companies could learn a thing or two from them.
First review…Really liked the idea of this, and the reviews were outstanding. Customer service also excellent. Have used it twice, and I really really don’t like the experience, which completely surprised me as I have been using a mini tramp and love that. I experience the oscillation as unpleasant / uncomfortable, and the vibration meh. So unless a family member wants it, I am returning it.
This is an early Christmas gift to myself – I’ve been working with a physiotherapist at a sports medicine clinic and she recommended the LifePro Turbo to me to help with underlying health issues causing pain and balance problems in my life. I made the purchase hoping it will help with my hip pain and chronic shoulder tension. I’ve used it three times in less than 24 hours and I think I feel some relief. Time will tell. 🙂
Easy to use, you can follow a set routine or improvise. I’m looking forward to learning more ways to use it for pain relief and muscle conditioning especially in this cold winter environment I live in.
I like it so far but I’ve only tried for a few days. There has not been enough time to provide details about my experience with it.
I used it the first day I got it. The next morning when I got up, my knee and foot pain were nearly gone.
I used it for 20 minutes on low and then used it 2 more times (about 5 hours apart) on medium for 5 minutes each.
I’m stocked at how well it works!
It gives me such a good workout in less time! My boys use it after high school sports and say it helps them feel looser and aids in recovery. This was also used to help recover from back pain, high blood pressure, and hip flexor.
If you are looking for a reliable model, so far, this one passes the test. It is HEAVY. I advise putting it somewhere and leaving it there unlike me who tucks it away and pulls it out every time. It has rollers but I don’t use them. I don’t use a remote either. It is very simple to press the button and stand up. It gives you a couple seconds after you press the start button before it starts so you don’t fall over from it vibrating immediately.
The vibration is mild. I have migraines everyday and I am not bothered by the vibration. I feel it in my head but it doesn’t trigger a headache. If you bend your knees, the vibration stays with your lower body. If you stand straight, it travels all the way up to your head. Depending on how you stand, you can affect different parts of your body. I didn’t have my back pain go away in 3 days like other people did on multiple machines but it does provide relief and it does loosen muscles.
I get hives easy and I get them with vibration. I can’t hold a drill because it gives me hives. This does not give me hives.
I think 15 minutes would be better than 10 minutes that all these machines stop at. WebMD mentioned 15 minutes for using these if I remember right so I guess if you want to do that, just start it over again after it stops.
Will it help you lose weight? I am not sure on that one. I haven’t lost weight but I haven’t had it long. I gained a little but I think that was all the good food and not this machine.
All in all, I would recommend it. If you can’t exercise, this is certainly better than doing nothing. If you can exercise, this is supposed to be a supplement. If your muscles tighten, this should help loosen them. That is why I bought it. It reminded me of the old weight watchers bands people would put around their waists and turn them on vibrate. Hard to stay stiff with all that shaking going on .
This machine came highly recommended by a friend. I’m hoping it helps me with my hip and back pain. I just received it a day ago and I’m reading the book before I get on.
I just received it today, but haven’t used it except to turn it on for a quick test. The experience was pleasant. Seems like a high quality and very substantial product, very solidly built. Am very much looking forward to using it. I like the items that came with it — the remote, the resistance bands, the straps.
It’s a great way to warm up before getting into our sauna!
I also enjoy using it after coming back from running or randomly going down to into our sauna room.
It is very easy to use. Much more affordable than others on market!
I am using it 3 times a day for a few minutes at each session in hopes of helping with swelling in lower extremities. I have only used it for a few days but I am hopeful it will help get the swelling down and I can start using it for longer sessions soon.
I’m a beginner, have used only once but it’s very easy to use and will take some getting used to. I’m using the low setting till I get more acquainted to it. I’m so excited to see the results. I’ve had a knee and foot injury so I need to improve balance an muscle strength, the reason for my purchase.
It only took a couple of days to get here, but the box and unit were damaged (see photos). However, I got in touch with LifePro, filled in their return form and added the photos. Within a few days a new unit arrived from LifePro today. Outstanding service from the company. I haven’t even opened the box yet, but will review again once I’ve used it a few times. I still have the damaged one, so have to call Amazon by phone to return it so they don’t refund my payment (as per Lifepro’s instruction).

Bought for myself (continually ‘tired’ legs) and for my husband (two knee replacements and circulation issues). Truly excellent. Solid. Really feel the difference even after only one session (my legs aren’t so tired and my husband’s joint pains (even though titanium!) eased. We are both unfit and overweight (husband is 120 kg and machine takes him with ease) and am really pleased with this machine as fits our lifestyle (for me, 10 minutes a day x 3 whilst listening to Radio 4). I suffer from balance issues but feel safe on this as sturdy (although I do have a small shelf in front of me just in case). Two niggles. First, the power chord is very short. Had hoped to keep in kitchen in front of food counter but not long enough from floor to wall socket) and the connection is a bit dodgy (if moving it). Beware it is heavy so if buying for an older person might need to consider if to be kept in one place for them. Other than that, expensive, could have got cheaper but so far a good piece of engineering and the start of getting a bit fitter.
I am not really an ‘instruction reader’…instructions bore me…. and three months in, I am still getting round to reading them at some point… I probably never will….however, you don’t need to read them…. you press programme 1, 2, 3, 4 etc and it goes a bit more shaky each time. That’s all we need to know, right? The machine sits in its spot in my room in front of the TV, and doesn’t move. It has suckers which stabilise it to the floor. It is quite heavy so I wouldn’t recommend moving it around a lot. Pick a place for it, and stick with it I would say.
The pre set programmes 1 -10 are all in 10 minute stints, so you can fit them in around your day, and do maybe one, two, three sessions a day.. I’ve done it on a low setting (number two) whilst drinking a brew and doing emails on my phone, I wouldn’t recommend drinking brews after setting four though, might be a bit shaky ha!
After using it for three months, I have certainly noticed some weight loss, and toning. And this is with me just stood on it watching TV! I still haven’t used the stretchy bands or the other bits that come with it. Maybe those accessories are for the more exercisey-people that want to ‘target areas’?
The best bit about this machine is whatever it has done to my lower back. I have a weak area there and I don’t know what this machine has done exactly but it has done something that has improved my day to day living. I had assumed the improvement was because I was taking a walk each day. But it can’t be – I went on holiday for two weeks and walked, but then didn’t get back onto the machine again on my return home…. until I realised a week later my lower back was twinging. Back on the machine again… improving already.
I read a review from a doctor saying how this plate can contribute towards reducing the fat we build up around our organs – the unseen fat – visceral fat. You can be skinny but still unhealthy with this fat. It is the reason I bought the machine in the first place. I don’t know if it has improved this aspect of my health, but I can only imagine it being a benefit. And just think you don’t even need to stand on it, you can just sit on the sofa and put your feet on it whilst it does all the work. I have even tried just sitting straight on it directly and letting it shake my behind and thighs – which I found helped to loosen up my flexibility in that area. If you rest your hands on it whilst sat down on it, it shakes your whole arms (I am hoping my wings will benefit ).
I found customer services to be fantastic when I wanted to contact them. I was genuinely surprised in this day and age that they do put the customer first, and their comms were top notch. They 100% believe in their products and I have recommend this vibration plate to friends and family. My friend bought one and said her neck pain was reduced after just standing on it and letting it shake her (too many hours on the laptop). My mum is going to get one too after trying mine.
Easy to set up. Full instructions and instructional support offered if needed (I’ve not used this yet as I’ve nit felt the need but feel reassured it’s available).

You have to learn to keep your core stable(I lift weights)or you will just wobble;rather than allowing the vibration to travel through you.
Definitely more toned in legs and doesn’t trigger my vertigo which was my main worry.
48 hour update: This machine is amazing! I am 62 yrs old and have long covid. My muscles are shot. I used this for only 3 minutes the 1st night and I am totally unkinked. I used it 30 min (10 min x 3) yesterday and am totally feeling like I could run a marathon. It took the bend out of my back, released the hips, and unknotted the hump between my shoulders. Wow! I am now a believer. Thanks Lifepro.
Update after 4 months of use: lost 10 lbs; my muscles have regained their pre-covid strength; my kidney disease left over from covid is in remission; liver disease leftover from covid is gone; best of all my endurance level is amazing. I purchased this machine to help with my frozen shoulder and remove tension across my shoulders brought on by stress at work. A combination of YouTube videos, a book on exercises for shoulder injuries and the Vibration Plate used daily for 3 weeks has removed all my pain, tension and the frozen shoulder is almost back to normal

The directions could have been clearer as to which buttons do what, but it’s not hard to figure out if you play around for a minute. The color is NOT what is pictured. We ordered the blue model and, although it’s got blue on it, it’s not like the one shown. The blue is more turquoise and there is a band of white underneath. I know, I know, it’s just cosmetic, but things need to be as advertised. I like to like what I’m looking at, and I expect to get what I ordered. And this is, to me, kind of ugly. I would have gone with the black if I’d known. Not enough of a reason to pursue a return/exchange. Anyhow, I’ll update my review when I have used it for a while.

I have used these machines for years – recently moved and had to order a new one – it’s a good one – and the motors are remarkably quie
On Day 1 I could not do the full standing 10 minute P1 session without stepping off and restarting several times due to balance issues and worsening pain in my left calf, back and foot. I felt depressed and hopeless.
On Day 2 I had a bit less pain in my left foot, calf and lower back and diminished pain in my body. I still had difficulty standing for the entire 10 minutes but I was able to complete the P1 program (still with difficulty) by using the side resistance bands for balance. I also added a few bent arm raises with the side resistance bands. Was it possible that something so simple could be the answer?
Day 3 only my left foot was a bit pained, all other previous acute pain had disappeared! My overall body pain has also been significantly reduced. I completed my 10 minute P1 session easily and again exercised my upper body with the side resistance bands for a longer period. Could all the claims be true?
The following days have only improved my sense of well being, strengthened my legs and balance and diminished my pain. Today, I have, “graduated” to P2 standing and P4 seated. To many that will be no big deal but to me it is nothing short of a miracle. My experience keeps improving. I feel now as if the sky is the limit with my LP Turbo 3D. I am now a life long user of Life Pro!
I am so very happy that I discovered LifePro’s Turbo Vibration Platform. It has drastically bettered my life! Not only has my overall pain level dropped but I’ve also noticed a diminishment of swelling in my legs, ankles and feet. I am feeling happier, have more energy and feel I am improving my posture and balance as well.
I was nervous about spending $250+ on something untried but decided to take a leap of faith. I’ve tried other products in the past that promised big rewards but whose promises never came to fruition. So, I did my research. In LifePro I perceived a strong sense of commitment, appreciated their lifetime warranty and promise of personal involvement with customers. I believed that if it worked, purchasing this vibration machine would be a worthy and practical investment in my future, a healthier future. I was so right.
The LifePro Turbo 3D Vibration Platform has given me new hope.
The LifePro Turbo 3D is a well made machine, sturdy and heavy (it weighs 40+ lbs) but does have a handle and roller on each short side which makes it easier to move about. I suggest you set it up some place where it is out of the normal common areas. If you have a huge exercise room place it there with enough room around it to move your arms and perform exercise routinrs on it. You don’t need to, you can just stand on it. It truly works.
If there was one negative, it would be that the accompanying instruction manual does not adequately explain the different levels and how to adjust them for beginners like me. I’m sure I could find this on YouTube. Other than that, I’m very please with the Turbo Prolife and would highly recommend it if you have arthritis or other painful conditions that limit your movements.
Final Update. The new unit has arrived incredibly quickly and works wonderfully. Joel and the company are amazing, fantastic customer service. I will recommend them and the unit to everyone. Love this platform and will be using it daily for years. Thanks Joel!
Update: Joel has let me know they are shipping me a brand new unit. Outstanding customer service, very rare these days. Will update this review again once I receive the unit and start using it. Hard to find companies that go above and beyond expectations, but this seems to be one of them.
So I received this item and was very excited to try it out. As I removed it from the box I noticed what sounded like a screw rolling around inside it. I tried the machine and while it seemed to work it was also very loud and didn’t seem to work quite like it should. Possibly due to the loose screw inside. I contacted the info email and received a reply saying he was very surprised by my concern about a loose screw. We went back and forth and I sent a picture and a video and said several times I would be happy to take the machine apart to remove the loose item. The last email I received asked me to send a video, which I had already done and I told him this. I have not heard from him again. So very disappointed and will try to return this item and look at a different brand. I had very high hopes for it and returning it is going to be a pain, but it doesn’t work right with loose pieces inside it. So not overly impressed with the customer service for LifePro right now, which is a shame. So I cannot recommend this item or the brand unfortunately. There seem to be many other options out there, so keep shopping.
I feel that it’s completely safe to stand on and would be find as well for someone who struggles with balance or weakness (it’s designed to help address those problems by improving strength, balance, and proprioception), but it may be advisable to place this particular unit against a wall to help brace elder populations or else buy another machine with handle bars. I’ve had a couple people come over to my house with reservations about stepping on it. They are quite fearful, which is ridiculous considering older people and otherwise convalescing folks use these machines all the time.
Here’s a list of contraindications which means if any of the following apply to you, you should probably avoid using this device.
1. pregnant.
2. Acute thrombosis.
3. Pacemaker or any other cardiac implant.
4. Recent surgery.
5. Recent artificial joints.
6. Recently placed IUDs.
7. Acute hernia, Discopathy or Spondylosis
8. Tumors
9. Retinal detachment.
10. Pulmonary embolism
I used the plate for the first time on 1/1/20. That night when I finished work, I noticed that my ankles weren’t tight or swollen and they felt normal. I was pleasantly surprised but didn’t think more of it. The next day, I used the vibration plate twice again (2, 10 minute sessions). Again, that night when I was done working and left my computer, my ankles felt normal. As I climbed into bed it hit me that the only thing I had changed was adding the vibration plate.
I have continued using the plate twice a day and my ankles continue to feel normal after working at my desk for 3 – 4 hours. I have now also noticed that my upper back is better. It used to crack/pop when I flexed my shoulders a certain way. That is gone and I can only attribute it to the vibration plate.
I must also say that the customer service has been AMAZING!!!! Right from the start they e-mailed me asking if I had any questions and encouraging me in unpacking and use of the plate. If you are looking for a vibration plate, I definitely recommend one from LifePro.
Joel, co-founder, has kept in touch with us from the beginning. He has sent us added material that we printed and placed in a binder. He quickly answers any questions I have. His web site has so much valuable information. The videos with exercises shown from start to finish on a platform are great. Visual people will love them.
We have found many ways to benefit from the 3D platform vibrator. We can individually manage and change the time (duration), intensity, and mode. We can change our body position or stance to target different body areas. As well, as we have become more practiced, we have added upper body exercises while standing on the machine platform.
I know there is more benefits to this machine than I have thus far experienced. But, for starters, it has reduced my chronic knee pain so much. When my knee begins to act up or feel stiff I just lie down on the floor and put my lower legs over the platform, turn it on to 15/15, and relax. My husband uses it to improve his balance and jiggle off a few pounds. Bravo, it is working.

Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this.
Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly.
We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly “Jammed Hips” for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal – Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold…You name it. No relief.
Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that.
