Good bright light, very sensitive to movements, sadly the daylight sensor did not work so it was left on constant. It is in a little used traffic area so no issue.
Easy to install, only downside is you have a molded non removable whip end wire pre fitted, which basically means you have to in some situations joins wires outside using the appropriate IP rated equipment.
The manufacturer should use a glad so the cable can be removed and swapped to suit the situatio

Third security light ordered. Definitely get what you pay for. Other 2 cheaper and didn’t work.

The MEIKEE 42W Led Security Lights were exactly what I was after – a floodlight that could illuminate around corners!
This joints on the triple head arrangement allow you to arrange to lights to point in all directions, and they are more than powerful enough to light up steps to the path, the path itself and my door (to see the lock).
It was easy to install, as it came with just over a metre of 2-core cable and fittings. I suggest you also get a good waterproof junction box so you can extend the cable.
It has been outside so far for 3 months in typical winter UK weather and is working fine.

I wasn’t expecting much from this item as I have had similar lights before however I am genuinely surprised by how good this is. It is so bright with a cool white light. I found it easy to install and the quality is more than expected!

Sensor is quite poor, it’s certainly not a wide angle and I am considering replacing it with a stand alone PIR but the side light pods that can be angled are a good feature. -Definitely bright enough for my needs
– the 3 separate heads feature is great; can target my whole driveway and garden
– easy to install
Cons –
– there is no way this detects movement 12m away; 5 to 6 at most, even when set at 12
– not convinced the waterproof cover over the switches, or the waterproofing in general, will last. Time will tell…
The quality of the light fitting is pleasing too. Easy to programme. Theres nothing worse than buying something that turns out looking cheap and comes down in the first proper gale.

That said to allow the side lights to swivel well the light needs to be mounted about 4 inches proud of the wall surface. I used metal brackets in a ‘z’ shape.

I did have issues with the first item sent, but the seller sorted the problem within 48 hours with ease.

This security light was very easy to install. It is very bright and will hopefully be a good deterrent.
The light are adjustable to give an even spread of light and you can alter the motion setting and how long the light is on for not much else you want from a security ligh
Great product enabling a very wide angle of illumination. Wall fitting neater and better than most.
Easy to install ,range of light coverage with the three lights ,easy setup adjustments.
Used to replace a broken corner mounted floodlight. Easy to install, once up the main light points directly away from the corner, with the side lights adjusted to light up further round each side. Works a treat, I just hope it lasts, has a two year warranty so should be ok.

Upgrade from the smaller and less powerful previous one I had. Powerful lighting with flexible panels to enable broad coverage across our garden. Only minor concern the seeming flimsiness of the wall mounting but so far so good. Hope it’s high weatherproof rating will give it a good longevity too. Reasonable value.
Amazing brightness, for the size of the lamp, but defo recommend.
This is the best Security light I have purchased. It is the second one I have purchased as I needed a new one for a different place in the garden So I had to purchase another 5 star rating

Installation was easy: Turn off Mains. Drill 2 holes on the wall , put plugs in and screw the support plate. Then adjust the angle with a fixing Pin. Join Load and Neutral wires of this thing with the laod and Neutral coming out of house and done.
Testing and setting is very easy. setting switch is under the PIR sensor. Lights rotate in all directions that might need to be lit. Fantastic.

The fact that it can be adjusted by the two swivel side lights makes for a widened coverage which is a great addition. Recommended due to the swivel and brightness.

I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience regarding this product. I purchased it to replace a rather inferior lookalike from B&Q. I was immediately impressed with quality when compared to the B&Q equivalent. Installation was so simple. The pre-connected cable tail is a great help. Simply drill two holes to attach the bracket, position the unit as required and connect to the main power. Job done. Very impressed.
These lights are very bright with the ability to angle the two on the sides the only thing I would improve would be the length of the electrical cable.
Installation was a bit of a baffler but we improvised and got there in the end.
The unit delivers a really good white light.

Security Light. I read reviews and noted it was not very weatherproof. O vercame this issue by positioning it under the soffit boards.
Great for providing wide illumination to a driveway or patio. Not easy to terminate cables to UK standards.
I like the brightness & flexibility of the unit, but the wires from the unit are to short & have no outer sheathing & the mounting fitments are not robust.
Recently replaced my light on my mancave and went for this as it has 3 panels and good distribution of light, very good at its job however the exposed single wires was a concern as it’s open to damage because of a lack of protection but fitted it in some conduit so overcame that, only other thing I have to moan about is the sensor placing which mean you cannot angle the main plate as much as you’d want which is a small design floor personally I’d of put the sensor lower down or in a small pipe extension off of the main body, but it still is a very good light so fa
Arrived on time . Like other reviewers I think the cable should be a bit longer. I had to get an in line junction box just to reach another foot or so. Also had problems getting the light to work properly with the light illuminating in bright sunlight and staying on. Was about to uninstall it and return it when it went out. decided to leave alone until dark and see what happened. It started working correctly with a time setting of 45 seconds which i have left alone in case I upset it and it goes wrong again. Works well otherwise.
I wanted to replace my sensor halogen flood light in the garden. So when the light blew, I replaced the whole light with this led one. It’s now been working for a few months and I can report that it is brilliant in all respects. Very bright too to light up a bigger than average garden. Sensor works a treat and I save lot of electricity too! Quids in!
A compact and bright security light. Easy to install, top tip read the instructions on the dip switch settings and if possible set then before installing as they are designed as ‘set and forget’ in a small recess with a rubber removable cover, could be fiddly to do one installed.
Another tip… If the sensor feild of view is too wide you can use a decent gaff tape to block out parts of the sensor – I ‘tuned’ mine this way to have it sense people walking on a pathway but not at the sides, works a treat.

I cut the cable for a tidier install as it was a replacement for a broken light illuminating a paved area. Colour is nice, not too white but far from yellow. I will be buying another two of these lights although these are for larger areas so will go for the 30w or 50w.
The light settings are switched rather than dials so they are easy to set up – no more guessing how long the light remains on for as this can be easily set to fixed periods.
Overall, very impressed. Hopefully, the unit and PIR will remain waterproof as this caused the failure of the old light but time will tell, however, so far so good after some torrential rain.
It’s a shame they don’t offer mix and match promotions rather than money off buying two lights of the same voltage.
