Shocked by how quiet this has been. Simple to use, not overly fancy but has the key features and the quick wash is very effective.
Needed a cheap replacement due to an unexpected failure of the previous one, that said this product does not feel cheap! Really impressed!
My washing machine has always been great, but recently it suddenly started leaking. I bought it after 3 years of service. How should I use it? If the customer service also good it would be5, im waitting for the result 🙂
Downloaded specifications evening before delivery. Spent hours removing wall in kitchen as with back and bulge of washing machine it would not of fitted through doorway. Sure it’s a tight fit but would have fitted at 47.5.
However washing machine is amazing, very quiet when washing and hardly audible when spinning, Easy instructions and does everything I need and more. Sleek looking. Washing well. At A rating I’m impressed. Very happy with my choice. Now where’s the filler..
I was dubious at first, as its not a well known brand. But to be honest we have had nearly all the branded machines and they’ve not lived up to the hype.
This machine is great, it is so quiet, I barely know it’s on, especially when it’s on spin. Love it’s little sing song to let me know when it’s done!! Cleans the clothes really well, and has a she’d load of programme options.
Highly recommend it.
The delivery was on time and the bloke brought it into the house for my elderly mother. He could not have been any friendlier or helpful

We are impressed with how easy the washer-dryer was to install and it’s pretty simple to use. Washing and drying functions are great. I particularly like the “steam care” function for shirts. It leaves much fewer creases and seems to be a function found on much more high-end machines. The machine is also very quiet compared to our previous machine, which is an added bonus.
My only quibble is that the wash-and-dry function takes 8 hours to complete. Admittedly, we have just got used to it and we use this function overnight but I just don’t understand why it takes so long, given that a separate standard wash and dry takes 2:50.
Overall I do like this machine, despite the long wash/dry programme. It is quiet, does the job well, is decent on electricity consumption, and is good value for money, compared to other high-end models.
When my old washer dryer broke down, I purchased this washer dryer, it is so different, not so bulky as old machine, I haven’t used all the programmes yet, it plays a short tune when the cycle is complete to let you know its ended, very different. And I’d like to add the installer’s where hard working too, great job done.
Overall a nice looking machine, good capacity and extremely quiet.
The 45 minute function is really useful.
Only a couple of little gripes – no 30 degree wash option and the door is so dark that you can’t see washing going round lol!
Our old washing machine gave up so had to get a replacement quickly. Very impressed with this one. The only down site is you can’t adjust the spin speed. If you use a 45min wash it spins at 1000rpm, I would have liked to adjust this to 1400rmp but that said the clothes are dry enough to hang up.
Excellent washing machine, very easy to unpack, connect and use, extremely quiet, only downside, you will require and adjustable spanner or 13mm spanner or socket to remove transportation bolts, which are quite tight, indesit machines include the spanner.
Have used for a few months now and quite happy. Looks smart but I miss seeing the washing turning as I can’t see through the smoked glass window. Also thought 1400 spin would leave washing dryer but it seems about the same as with the 10 year old washer this replaced.
I live in a high rise flat so looked for a quiet one and boy, is this quiet.
I dont hear it washing or spinning like my old clapped out one that vibrated the neighbour’s walls!
My clothes come out feeling and smelling cleaner than ever.
I’ve used maybe five of the programmes and had no issues whatsoever.
When I was measuring for a new washer, I only measured the width and height, it didnt occur to me that it could be deeper so it sticks out a little from under my worktop, not something Im bothered about but maybe something for others to bear in mind.
All in all, 10/10, fully recommend.

Positive review: It’s quiet.
Negative review: the washing time.
Basically you have many time settings, but most of them is above 3 hours wash.
Then you have only 2 time settings left.
15 minutes cold wash ( Doesnt wash properly) and 1:20h – 30C wash: ( This is the only useful setting for me. It washes clothes nicely without long wait. Althought you can do it only in one temperature: 30C )
Mmmmmm…. there is possibly better wash machines.

This is a great washing machine. It is also a good price but be wary of some of the offers on this and read the supplier reviews before purchase. I ordered mine direct from Amazon as a supplier and it was delivered on time. It was easy to set up and use and is probably the best washer I have ever had. It looks good too!
This machine is easy to use. I bought the 8kg model. Digital display. Shows time left on cycle selected in bold numbers on dial. The 2 quick washes 15 min and 45 min are cold washes. The spin speed is lower on these cycles. Some cycles you are able to change the spin speed.
The glass on the door is dark so you cant see through it. The inner side of the glasd is clear. Very efficient machine. Quiet motor. Delivery from Amazon was superb. It came on day expected. The delivery men were polite, courteous and were extremely careful with delivery. I paid 12 extra for unwrapping and removal of my old appliance and I was extremely happy with the service.
Everything perfect but the heavy dent which I noticed just after delivery guys left.
I bought this after having a Samsung for a few years. It’s more or less the same wash sett ings. With added steam setting and dryer ,I think it’s great value. It’s a little flimsy at the door but it works well. Does what it should but quietly! My Samsung was like a plane taking off so for that reason alone…I love it!
Can’t praise delivery enough ,tracked phoned by driver as to time arrival ,spot on. Service of removal old machine good value for money ,plus unpack package well worth having ,great service. Washing machine realy good value ,easy to unpack and fit ,f you do it your selve ,very quite running easy to use good programs very very pleased with product or my wife is. One very good point it’s got a countdown timer illuminated on front ,and you can whilst using look at at know exactly what time washing will be ready to come out Nice access through large front door. It’s the first new washing machine I’ve brought because previous places I’ve rented have already had them there. This is just on a whole other level to all other washing machines I’ve used. It’s crazy quite, to a level I didn’t even know was possible. It barely even vibrates. A super quick wash option. It look fresh and modern. And somehow the clothes smell cleaner than anything I have ever smel

Here we finally upgraded to a modern one that solves all my issues and also offers extras that I am looking for. The machine arrived well packed. The delivery men were very nice and handled the machine with care. Originally, we planned to get a plumber in to fit the washing machine for us. But after reading the guides, it looked quite easy. We just needed to unplug the old one and plug in the new machine, which was very straightforward. After we removed the old machine, it took us 20 minutes or so to fit in the new machine. (Warm notice: there are 4 bolts on the back of the machine that need to be taken out before first use.). The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The features that I really like about this washing machine are:
1. Steam Care, auto-clean, and drum clean are very essential for me, esp in the climate of Pandemic. I am always extra careful. I add anti-bacterial washing liquid to each wash of mine. When you have a toddler in the house, it is a must as he climbs or rolls everywhere. I do not know how much germs and dirt our old washing machine has collected over the years since it has no proper machine clean system. Those functions are really important.
2. Quick wash: This will definitely save us a lot of electricity, esp summer. Summer clothes intend to be light. I want to have a smaller load, esp when it comes to my son’s clothes wash. He plays outdoor a lot in summer. Due to the pandemic, I have to change his clothes whenever he comes back from outdoor play. I need to wash his clothes more often in summer. So, the quick wash comes in handy for sure.
3. Child Lock: When I had my first wash, I just realized how useful this was since my toddler went to twist the Lunar Dial (program selection) in the middle of the wash.
In general, super happy about this purchase: easy to use and easy to install! The running noise level is quite low as well! Highly recommend this machine if you are looking for a well-functioning washing machine with a modern design.
