Placing ice packs in the water tank fouls the pump inlet mechanism.
It is not an air conditioner. It is a small air cooler good for small spaces. Air flow is good.
It’s better than a normal fan in the hot weather. It does cool the air which passes through it but the air doesn’t get cold.
Really helped to cool the bedroom to an almost manageable temperature
Used this product to cool down during are mini heat wave , it did really well .
This air cooler does such a great job on the hottest days last week, im so lucky to have it. Strong wind power even only just in level 1, can choose with cool mode or simply only fan mode, allow swing mode and can adjust by ourself too, easy to set up and remote control. 9 out 10 is satisfied with this air cooler, but the only problem is noises on level 3 is a bit annoy, wind level on level 3 is definitely strong but noise level is higher too, so it wont be ideal to use level 3 when sleep. Overall it does help on cooling on summer, so sill stasfied.
This air cooler is better than my fan, which blows the warm air from around the room.
Even on just fan mode, but when pressing the cooler button it does make the air being blown out even cooler.
Although, I don’t understand why, when using night mode, it alternates from low, med, high, continuous because its louder on high.
I have noticed when we had the recent heatwave, if I went out & left on high, the room was cooler on return, but it’s not an air conditioning unit.
I’m happy with it.

I have had a cooler before but unfortunately you could not remove the tank hence you couldn’t clean it.
This one you can remove, slide into the cooler easily and a full tank lasts me on medium speed well over 12 hours.
The writing on the remote is a bit small.
I have this on at night on the lowest speed and the “noise” doesn’t trouble me at all.
Love the swing function and that you can move the top and bottom vents up and down.
A little bit noisy , no good for the bedroom but really cools the living room dow

This product is easy to use no installation needed, just plug in and go, it’s not quite quiet but nonetheless it works on keeping me cool and cooling the room down on hot days
After reading some reviews and seeing that some say it doesnt cool down enough i think they forget its not a aircon unit ..i use this in my bedsit which during the day can get very warm when tv and pc is on, but this unit will still give you cool air. i just put water in the tank with ice and it blows cool air not freezing cold but still better than a normal fan the lowest speed is just right for the night ..i havent had any leaks or faulty parts hanging off .the remote is good just a pity that you cant turn it off and back on on the setting you had it on but no big deal ..all in all its a good unit and cheaper than a aircon and as i said i find it better than a normal fa
