I have back problems and despite reading glowing reviews I was really worried my back would be comfortable. I have thought about a new mattress for ages.
For me this mattress really works, I snuggled in and woke up in the morning not aching, not stiff not waking up to get comfortable in the night. Best money I have spent in ages.
I got this mattress for my sister as she has a curved spine and she recently had been involved in a car accident that hurt her spine even more so sleeping at night was very difficult since she started sleeping on this mattress she says she has been sleeping alot better.
I will be getting another very soon for my dad as he said he found it extremely comfortable as well.

Mattress arrived in plenty of time. Followed instructions. Cut the bag and watched the mattress inflate quickly. Smell of the new mattress was not strong, but had window open whilst I waited for it to fully expand.
Took a couple of days to get used to the new mattress but very comfortable.
Don’t really leave many reviews but have to say What a great mattress! It’s really comfortable and such a good night sleep. Don’t want to come out of bed sometimes in the morning ! This mattress was for the guest room . Compared with my other mattress from dreams that costs 1600 this is relatively close in quality and comfort . Had I known about this before , I definitely would have bought this one considering the difference in cost . The mattress has a lot of depth and is soft and firm at the same time provides good back support and when you want to sleep on your side . Great job Newentor !
Probably the most comfortable matress I’ve ever slept on. Whether it remains supportive is another question, but for the price I’ll just buy another one if required. Delivery was very fast as well. Setup is easy. Worth noting that some matresses when compressed and delivery rolled can sometimes smell bad….Happy to report that’s not the case with this matress

I suffer from insomnia and what little bit of sleep I do get is very restless. Since purchasing this mattress, what sleep I do get is now much more deep and restfull. The reason I gave 4/5 is because the mattress is warm to lay on and whilst this time of year it is not an issue, I worry that it might be when the warmer weather comes around.
If first impressions matter, after a week of sleeping on this mattress I give it very high marks. It definitely meets its hype and very high ratings. I’ll report back again in 2 – 3 mo this to see if I still feel the same way.
Bought 2 of these mattresses as replacements for existing 25+ year olds. Everyone recommended Emma and other brands, but they were really expensive. I liked the look of these mattresses and they were doing a special deal. I thought that the savings made it worth a trial. I bought the first one and it arrived it a long box. It was quite heavy! I opened it and placed it on the bed frame and then then removed the plastic seal. It was amazing to see it expand into a full size mattress over 72 hours. I am so pleased with the quality, comfort and price I paid for each one. The only niggle is that there are no handles on the sides to help with turning the mattress, which they recommend. Highly recommended.
The mattress looks really good and it’s made out of good materials. But it is simply too soft for me and I kept ending up sinking in it every night. However, when I contacted to raise my concerns and to arrange for a return, I was surprised how great the customer service was. Elaine was extremely helpful and understood my issues at the get go and arranged for a full refund in a timely manner. Studying mattresses from brand names to no names, I concluded that the cheapest decent of them started at 1500 and went up to many thousands. That was unaffordable. I figured this was the best choice for the price and I have had it for two years, and would definitely describe it as firm, and it is not a flush fit, so it does slip.. Price has increased by nearly fifty per cent since I bought it but it has lasted well and by turning it around I see no reason why it should not last a further two years, so I consider that to be good value, given the price of higher models.
So far this has been a very comfortable mattress , I suffer with a back condition and i am disabled with Rheumatoid Arthritis . The zones on the mattress are very noticeable unlike my last mattress . If i had one criticism it would be the top of the mattress could be more firm , i am beginning to notice some areas where its leaving indentations , But i guess time will tell maybe it will need a topper at some point or returning the mattress because of this issue . I am defiantly getting better sleep on this mattress . You won’t be disappointed with the quality of this item .
Currently sleep on an Emma mattress, but thought we would give this Newentor a try in our guest room. Looks nice and was seemingly a decent Amazon ‘deal’ price. … The mattress appears medium/firm supportive while you are laying on it, although the mattress edges, (as some other buyers have remarked) have some ‘give’, which is immediately apparent whenever you sit on the edge of the bed. … If you have a first floor bedroom, i would indeed suggest future buyers ask the delivery guys to take the package upstairs, as the compressed package is both awkward and heavy to ‘man-handle’. … Will update my initial 4* rating star rating as time progresses. … Update 6/8/23 to now a 3* rating … Having now slept singularly on this mattress for a week’s ‘test’, my personal view is that our Emma Original mattress is more comfortable/supportive overall and while circa 110 more, upon having now tried both, plus that our Emma is now about 4 years old, I feel the Emma has a distinct edge and worth that extra bit of money.
This mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on good all round support and most importantly you don’t get hot with this mattress like some other memory foam ones
I purchased this mattress for my son he says it is comfortable and when unpacked it inflates and he likes the height of it as he doesn’t like it when his mattress sags.
The mattress came vacuum packed and was easy to unpack the only problem is it very heavy in the box. That aside it is the best mattress I have purchased and the best nights sleep definitely 5stars

After looking at the more expensive of these type of matress, I took a chance on this one. I am an heavy guy so comfort was a must. It has not dissappointed me in any way. Really good support with the zonal areas. Great matress. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

Since it took me 3 weeks of research, I want to give a play by play experience. You’ll see updates below in chronological order.
Day 1: The NEWENTOR memory foam mattress is delivered vacuum-packed and rolled up, I opened it according to the directions, and it expanded to almost the original size within 5 hours. It expanded evenly, even in the corners. I literally put my face into the mattress and there wasn’t even the slightest concerning scent. It didn’t even have that strange “straight off the assembly line” smell. It was easy to move, place, and set up!
Tips:
1. Open it once you get it! Freight delivery usually isn’t temperature controlled so doing it would decrease the chance for mold. Also, the longer it is packaged, the longer it will take to expand.
2. Go around the mattress and pull up on the liner to give the mattress room to expand.
3. Don’t put sheets, a cover or anything on the mattress as it can prevent expanding. Also, pull the bed away from the wall to give it room to breathe for expanding too.
Day 2: This is the first night I slept on the mattress! The default medium setting is comfortable, it should suit most people. But I have a bad neck and shoulder tension, I made it firmer, which I personally feel is just right. I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in which is something that only happens after a night out drinking! I replaced my pillows to keep consistent support of my spine. I didn’t have any back or neck pain and I slept for 6 hours straight which almost never happens! So far, so great!
Tips:
1.The highlight of the NEWENTOR mattress is that it comes with 3 layers with different firmness, which you can swap around as you like and thus adjust the degree of firmness to your personal preferences and needs. All you have to do is unzip the protective cover, and swap the mattresses according to their degree of hardness.
2.Because this mattress will conform to your body it will keep your spine in alignment so make sure your pillow does so too. If you don’t, you could think it’s the mattress that is causing back/neck pain when it’s really your pillow!
Day 8: After a week, I know my quality of sleep is better. I have more energy everyday. Even my posture has changed. The mattress is perfect! It really conforms to your body. I haven’t slept hot at all. I very rarely toss and turn anymore. My quality of sleep is much improved. My posture has greatly improved. I haven’t had any issues with it sinking in, smelling bad or molding. In fact, I’m so glad I made this purchase! My sleeping habits are healthier. I suffer from Chronic Insomnia but I’ve increased my average night’s sleep from 2.22hrs to 4.58hrs since buying this!

I really love this mattress! When I lay down I feel completely supported and instantly relaxed. I sleep on my side mostly and this usually ends up in a numb arm causing me to wake up or shift about. Not with this mattress, so far I have slept through and my sleep tracker shows a longer effective sleep. I have recommended this to my family for future purchases.

Bought this to use in a caravan we’re living in for six months while we renovate, to go with a small double base. Took a week to get used to, as we normally have a king-size but no room in a static caravan, but so far, there’s been no rolling into each other or bouncing when one person moves, and it gives beneath you, while also being supportive. I would recommend it.

I previously had a full memory foam mattress which had lost is memory. This was the perfect upgrade, no noise when moving around on the bed, sturdy, and so comfortable. I love the memory foam, my partner preferred a firmer bed, this was the perfect meet in the middle. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend.

This is my first try at a hybrid mattress with memory foam and pocket springs, I thought I would give this one a go as the price seemed good and I like the sound of the 7 zones.
I am generally a side sleeper and find that this mattress provides my plenty of support and doesn’t cause back pains like my other mattresses I’ve previously used. I’m 67kg and 5Ft5 in height and this offers me a nice level of firmness, as it’s not too soft or too firm. Laying on my back it is equally supportive comfortable.
It also keeps me cool at night and my wife is happy with the comfort also, however she isn’t as fussy as me when it comes to comfort of mattress.

I had looked at so many hybrid mattresses in search of a slightly firmer one to help ease my pain each morning with Fibromyalgia. My old mattress was a little softer and I could no longer sleep on it as was so sore. This was a fantastic choice, it is fully supportive and high quality. Very comfortable, problem is I tend to move down the bed during sleep then the curves are in the wrong place and ends up causing pain in my side. I woke up each morning with pain at the bottom of my ribs. I replaced it after two months with a normal flat mattress, and now no more pain.
This is a well made mattress. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to it but really good. More firm than expected. But I had been used to a much softer mattress. I’m sure this will be a long lasting mattress. Does not sink in. Keeps good form. Left 3 days to fully form after opening from its compressed vacuum pack. Amazing. Perfect to handle and get up stairs easily.

As soon as the wrapping was off, the mattress just came to life.

I purchased this mattress as my old one finally had to go as it had developed a pronounced “dip” in it. I have chronic back pain having suffered multiple spinal fractures in the recent past, so was keen to find a mattress that was soft yet supportive. I read many reviews and purchased this one. I have not been disappointed at all. So far it has been wonderful and I’m having just the best nights sleep. It just goes to show you can get a quality product for a reasonable price ! It was delivered in under 48 hours too
Coming up to my 100 nights and all good so far. Comfortable mattress, build quality seems good but only time will tell if it matches the durability of pricier brands. I generally prefer firm mattresses but the combination of the foam layer and firm support underneath works great.
Still not completely convinced by the multi-zone system, it’s ok when lying down but try to sit up to read a book and your bottom would be on the softer part of the bed, plunging into the mattress.
Time to replace my ‘old’ sprung mattress. Thought the leading advertised brands a bit too much in price. I am 6 feet tall in at 15st with at few sore back issues at 60 years old. However this mattress is amazing so comfortable and has indeed improved my sleep pattern. I do love it and no regrets with the purchase with this reasonable price. Delivery was quick but after unpacking (small safe tool provided) left mattress to ‘air’ for at least 24 hours to expand . No smell at all . Also love the grey colour.

I had never heard of Newentor when I was researching for a mattress but came across it and after reading the reviews for this mattress and for numerous others I finally decided on this one and I have not been disappointed. It is firm but not too firm and is so comfortable. I woke up with so many aches and pains with my old mattress, I didn’t realise how much it was my mattress and not my body. I wake up pain free and am so comfortable I don’t want to get out of bed!!

I have a broken back , that has the lower vertebrae fused with with metal structures for support, and I have excruciating back pain, and experienced pain during sleep. With this mattress I don’t feel any pain and I can sleep with no more back pain, in the way it supports my back when lying down. It is fantastic, I would recommend it. I also get out of bed in the mornings with no back pain too… before I got this mattress I had pain lying down, and pain when waking up from sleep, and getting out of bed was so painful… After a few nights , it helps so much , I forget that I have poorly back because no more pain when sleeping on it.
I was in need of a new mattress as I had been getting up every morning with a back ache but the mattresses available locally seemed very expensive so, after reading many reviews, I decided to try this cheap mattress hoping it couldn’t be worse than the one I had. My new mattress arrived quickly in a fairly compact box, after unpacking an leaving it for 2 days to settle I put it on the bed. When I sit on the edge it felt very soft so I thought that this maybe a mistake however, when lying down it felt completely different, supportive and really comfortable and I haven’t suffered with back ache when rising in the morning for the last 3 weeks. Really really surprised at the quality and comfort at this price, amazing value.
I thought I’d hold off writing a review for this until I’d used it for at least two weeks. I was a bit skeptical about buying a mattress online which I hadn’t tried out as there is always an element of risk involved and despite reading a lot of good reviews about it, that still didn’t mean it was going to be right for me. But the reviews were so good I thought I’d task the risk and I’m so pleased that I did. I can honestly say this is the best and most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had. I don’t want to get out of bed now and I’ve even been popping off for an afternoon nap just becuase it is so good. I haven’t slept this well for years, I do have a bad back and suffer with a lot of aches and pains at night, but since having this mattress, all those aches and pains have gone. This is comfort I never knew existed and I’ve slept in plenty of hotel and B&B beds which were good but nothing compared to this. A truly outstanding mattress, with perfect support for me, I’m 5’11 and 15 stone. It’s firm but soft at the same time, if that makes sense, it has the perfect amount of give in it and it doesn’t make me feel hot at all, which other mattresses have. Very, very highly recommended. It is exceedingly comfortable.

This is firmer than expected, but soft to lie on, which for me is a good combination. I noticed I moved less during the night, which I guess is a good thing.
Well ots been a while seince we received the matress and honestly its perfect. It breathes well and has softer areas to relieve pressure where needed and has given me the best nights sleep. Its a good thickness for fitted sheets and was easy to move and unpack. Its well made and has a nice modern design. Probably the best matress out there for a reasonable price 100% reccomended for anyone having trouble deciding what matress to buy.
UPDATE it’s been 10 months now since buying this mattress and it’s as good as the day I bought it this really is the best thing you can get for the money. The mattress still breathes really well has not lost shape and is still as comfortable. I’ve even bought the matching pillows to go with it that are just as amazing. Best Buy for me buy far.
I bought this mattress for my spare room as it looked to be just what i was looking for at a good price, it came within 2 days of ordering. It was boxed and vacuum packed as seen in the pics, instructions for opening the packed mattress were also printed on the box as well as on a sheet inside the box along with a cutting tool which stops any chance of cutting through the fabric with a knife or scissors. After opening the pack the mattress regained its shape almost immediately and I didn’t notice any smell as has been reported with some other memory foam mattresses. The pics were taken about 5-10mins after opening, it recommends leaving it for up to 72 hrs to regain its full shape but the next day it seemed pretty much done. The fabric it’s covered with is very soft like a fleecy type material and i could imagine sleeping on this as it is would be very comfortable but i made the bed and thought I’d try it out the next day. I ordered the medium/firm and it’s probably on the firmer side when you lie on it, it really is very comfortable, I’m a big fella and there was no sagging or dipping the support was just right, ideal for those that like a firmish mattress. It’s strange but when you sit on it it seems soft and spongy but when you lie on it it really supports every bit of you. I slept really well on it, settled into it after a few minutes settling and slept right through. I’m pleased i chose this one, so much so I’m thinking of getting one for the main bedroom for me, and I’m sure my spare room guests will appreciate it too. I can’t find any fault with this at the moment but if i do i will update this review in the future. If i could improve one thing though as it is a no turn mattress some type of non slip material on the bottom of the mattress would add a bit of an extra feature to make sure it doesn’t move on a bed base, not that it did, it was pretty solid, but if anyone is reading this from the company that makes these maybe something to consider. A good choice and I’m well pleased with it.
*UPDATE* I thought I’d give an update as it’s almost 12 months since i bought the mattress. It’s still going strong and has kept it’s shape well, it’s used in the spare bedroom and everyone that has slept on it has said it’s very comfortable. For me this mattress really works, I snuggled in and woke up in the morning not aching, not stiff not waking up to get comfortable in the night. Best money I have spent in ages.
I got this mattress for my sister as she has a curved spine and she recently had been involved in a car accident that hurt her spine even more so sleeping at night was very difficult since she started sleeping on this mattress she says she has been sleeping alot better.
I will be getting another very soon for my dad as he said he found it extremely comfortable as well.

Mattress arrived in plenty of time. Followed instructions. Cut the bag and watched the mattress inflate quickly. Smell of the new mattress was not strong, but had window open whilst I waited for it to fully expand.
Took a couple of days to get used to the new mattress but very comfortable.
Don’t really leave many reviews but have to say What a great mattress! It’s really comfortable and such a good night sleep. Don’t want to come out of bed sometimes in the morning ! This mattress was for the guest room . Compared with my other mattress from dreams that costs 1600 this is relatively close in quality and comfort . Had I known about this before , I definitely would have bought this one considering the difference in cost . The mattress has a lot of depth and is soft and firm at the same time provides good back support and when you want to sleep on your side . Great job Newentor !

I suffer from insomnia and what little bit of sleep I do get is very restless. Since purchasing this mattress, what sleep I do get is now much more deep and restfull. The reason I gave 4/5 is because the mattress is warm to lay on and whilst this time of year it is not an issue, I worry that it might be when the warmer weather comes around.
Very comfortable mattress only had couple of weeks so still settling in but great night sleeps.

I purchased this mattress for my son he says it is comfortable and when unpacked it inflates and he likes the height of it as he doesn’t like it when his mattress sags.
The mattress came vacuum packed and was easy to unpack the only problem is it very heavy in the box. That aside it is the best mattress I have purchased and the best nights sleep definitely 5stars

Since it took me 3 weeks of research, I want to give a play by play experience. You’ll see updates below in chronological order.
Day 1: The NEWENTOR memory foam mattress is delivered vacuum-packed and rolled up, I opened it according to the directions, and it expanded to almost the original size within 5 hours. It expanded evenly, even in the corners. I literally put my face into the mattress and there wasn’t even the slightest concerning scent. It didn’t even have that strange “straight off the assembly line” smell. It was easy to move, place, and set up!
Tips:
1. Open it once you get it! Freight delivery usually isn’t temperature controlled so doing it would decrease the chance for mold. Also, the longer it is packaged, the longer it will take to expand.
2. Go around the mattress and pull up on the liner to give the mattress room to expand.
3. Don’t put sheets, a cover or anything on the mattress as it can prevent expanding. Also, pull the bed away from the wall to give it room to breathe for expanding too.
Day 2: This is the first night I slept on the mattress! The default medium setting is comfortable, it should suit most people. But I have a bad neck and shoulder tension, I made it firmer, which I personally feel is just right. I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in which is something that only happens after a night out drinking! I replaced my pillows to keep consistent support of my spine. I didn’t have any back or neck pain and I slept for 6 hours straight which almost never happens! So far, so great!
Tips:
1.The highlight of the NEWENTOR mattress is that it comes with 3 layers with different firmness, which you can swap around as you like and thus adjust the degree of firmness to your personal preferences and needs. All you have to do is unzip the protective cover, and swap the mattresses according to their degree of hardness.
2.Because this mattress will conform to your body it will keep your spine in alignment so make sure your pillow does so too. If you don’t, you could think it’s the mattress that is causing back/neck pain when it’s really your pillow!
Day 8: After a week, I know my quality of sleep is better. I have more energy everyday. Even my posture has changed. The mattress is perfect! It really conforms to your body. I haven’t slept hot at all. I very rarely toss and turn anymore. My quality of sleep is much improved. My posture has greatly improved. I haven’t had any issues with it sinking in, smelling bad or molding. In fact, I’m so glad I made this purchase! My sleeping habits are healthier. I suffer from Chronic Insomnia but I’ve increased my average night’s sleep from 2.22hrs to 4.58hrs since buying this!

I really love this mattress! When I lay down I feel completely supported and instantly relaxed. I sleep on my side mostly and this usually ends up in a numb arm causing me to wake up or shift about. Not with this mattress, so far I have slept through and my sleep tracker shows a longer effective sleep. I have recommended this to my family for future purchases.

Bought this to use in a caravan we’re living in for six months while we renovate, to go with a small double base. Took a week to get used to, as we normally have a king-size but no room in a static caravan, but so far, there’s been no rolling into each other or bouncing when one person moves, and it gives beneath you, while also being supportive. I would recommend it.

Best budget bed for plus size people
I previously had a full memory foam mattress which had lost is memory. This was the perfect upgrade, no noise when moving around on the bed, sturdy, and so comfortable. I love the memory foam, my partner preferred a firmer bed, this was the perfect meet in the middle. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend.
This is the first memory foam mattress I have ever owned, and I am delighted with my purchase. It is extremely comfortable and supportive without being too hard, allowing me to sleep much better than I have for a long time. Would happily recommend it to any potential buyer.

This is my first try at a hybrid mattress with memory foam and pocket springs, I thought I would give this one a go as the price seemed good and I like the sound of the 7 zones.
I am generally a side sleeper and find that this mattress provides my plenty of support and doesn’t cause back pains like my other mattresses I’ve previously used. I’m 67kg and 5Ft5 in height and this offers me a nice level of firmness, as it’s not too soft or too firm. Laying on my back it is equally supportive comfortable.
It also keeps me cool at night and my wife is happy with the comfort also, however she isn’t as fussy as me when it comes to comfort of mattress.

I had looked at so many hybrid mattresses in search of a slightly firmer one to help ease my pain each morning with Fibromyalgia. My old mattress was a little softer and I could no longer sleep on it as was so sore. This was a fantastic choice, it is fully supportive and high quality. The price is amazing for the type of quality mattress you get. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

ook the plunge with a new matress – thought ad give this brand a go – glad i did walking up with morning back ache from my old matress has now gone – i actually look forward to going to bed now – the comfort is unreal
Very comfortable, problem is I tend to move down the bed during sleep then the curves are in the wrong place and ends up causing pain in my side. I woke up each morning with pain at the bottom of my ribs. I replaced it after two months with a normal flat mattress, and now no more pain.
This is a well made mattress. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to it but really good. More firm than expected. But I had been used to a much softer mattress. I’m sure this will be a long lasting mattress. Does not sink in. Keeps good form. Left 3 days to fully form after opening from its compressed vacuum pack. Amazing. Perfect to handle and get up stairs easily.
Air tight wrapped in a box. Very well packaged. A thank you note. A small booklet about the mattress manufacture. A cutting tool for undoing the plastic covering.
As soon as the wrapping was off, the mattress just came to life.
It was ready to sleep in after a couple of hours.
I slept on it without any sheets because the soft fabric was superb to the feel.

I purchased this mattress as my old one finally had to go as it had developed a pronounced “dip” in it. I have chronic back pain having suffered multiple spinal fractures in the recent past, so was keen to find a mattress that was soft yet supportive. I read many reviews and purchased this one. I have not been disappointed at all. So far it has been wonderful and I’m having just the best nights sleep. It just goes to show you can get a quality product for a reasonable price ! It was delivered in under 48 hours too

Coming up to my 100 nights and all good so far. Comfortable mattress, build quality seems good but only time will tell if it matches the durability of pricier brands. I generally prefer firm mattresses but the combination of the foam layer and firm support underneath works great.
Still not completely convinced by the multi-zone system, it’s ok when lying down but try to sit up to read a book and your bottom would be on the softer part of the bed, plunging into the mattress.
This is a nice soft but sturdy mattress. This didn’t relieve my back pain, but I don’t think it’s the mattress. Very bouncy, nice cosy mattress.

Not very much support on the edges. But still worth the money, generally a good mattress.

This is firmer than expected, but soft to lie on, which for me is a good combination. I noticed I moved less during the night, which I guess is a good thing.
UPDATE it’s been 10 months now since buying this mattress and it’s as good as the day I bought it this really is the best thing you can get for the money. The mattress still breathes really well has not lost shape and is still as comfortable. I’ve even bought the matching pillows to go with it that are just as amazing. Best Buy for me buy far.
*UPDATE* I thought I’d give an update as it’s almost 12 months since i bought the mattress. It’s still going strong and has kept it’s shape well, it’s used in the spare bedroom and everyone that has slept on it has said it’s very comfortable. It is still a bit soft around the edges when sat on but i believe they have upgraded their new model to firm up the edges. I’m still well pleased with it.
