The only issue I had with this product was one roll was a different shade of green to the others, but untill I had laid it cut it to size and pinned it down it was not until I laid the next roll I could see the colour difference but could not return as I had opened and laid it. So a little disappointing but something we will have to live with.
I know some might think that this is expensive to use for dogs to pee on, but I’ve spent 000’s of pounds on rolls of artificial grass for the dogs and however much you clean it, it smells, because the grass ends up sitting in the pee and you end up having to replace it These clip together grass tiles are brilliant. Because there is a gap between the grass and the ground the pee and rain is able to drain away. The grass also dries very quickly after rain or hosing down. No more smelly grass!
They can be tricky to put together. I’ve found that putting them together, upside down, in blocks of 18 (per box) and then flipping them over. I then push the next block up to the other block.
We’ve had them about 5-6 weeks so far and none have broken and they don’t smell of pee. They are in daily use. They feel sturdy to walk on, although the grass does feel crisp underfoot and not grass like, but then it isn’t real grass.
The grass has moulted hardly at all, unlike the rolled grass we’ve had.
I’m very pleased with this grass and I will definitely be buying more to extend the grass area.
