I have limited space to use a bar and weight plates on my adjustable bench, so this compact design is ideal. I still get to lift quite heavy, but without needing loads of room. Along with my dumbbells, this is all I need for my weight training sessions (and good iron plates, of course).

Bar is perfect for the money, was loud but a bit of machine oil on the barrings solved that problem.
Great sturdy ez bar. The ends have slots instead of smooth so holds weights better without sliding so no need to use the collars on lighter weight.
