Liked this very much Great security features which do add a bit more weight but well worth it.
A bit smaller capacity than I imagined because of thickness of fabric but lots of useful internal pockets.
Backpacked Europe for 5 weeks with the Exp 55 Pack.
Me: Male, roughly 265lbs and 6’4″ in height.
This backpack fit perfectly for everything I needed. I was able to fit all my clothes and my PacSafe X9 camera bag w/lenses without any issues.
The bag is great overall, great security features, high quality and very sturdy. BUT it’s definitely built for people with a smaller narrow frame, the straps on the side are a bit awkward looking when I wear the bag because I cant strap them close because of my hips
Great to have locking mechanism good cable good and one airport in India slight problem with cable getting through TSA checkpoi

Really like Pacsafe products. I also have the exp45. Works great. I’m on the road for different length trips so sometimes I take the 55 and sometimes the 45. I decided the 65 was too big
I’m confused though. In one place I see it’s “designed for women” but the amazon store shows a pic with a guy carrying it. I’m a big guy and it seems to work ok for me.
The only other thing – I really like the way the exp45 opens like a suitcase but the exp55 opens sideways. Not a big deal, just prefer the other way.
Keep in mind that any container can be opened. This just makes it more difficult and time consuming. I’ve had duffle bags tampered with twice at hotels. I’ve counted the tabs on the zipper and when I came back I was able to determine that the zippers has been moved. Nothing of value in the bags. These bags prevent that kind of activity.
A cable is included so the bags can be secured to a fixed object as well.
