I let this mattress puff up for a week after opening box. I put it directly on the floor and slept on it one night so far and I love it. I’m heavy and I can feel the inner springs but I slept so well I didn’t move and had no pain in my hips from pressure on mattress. Hopefully it’s just as great the next time I use it.
This is my toddlers mattress but when I sleep with he I have no pain when I wake up.
It fits in an RV, is slightly soft but tolerable as it doesn’t have a spring feel but more of a memory foam feel.
Its helped my back pain and I’d say worth it for price point.

I was looking for a firm mattress for back pain. I purchased this mattress while I was aware it is medium firm so it might not be as firm as I want. But because it was mentioned medium firm mattress is better for back pain I purchased this mattress.
RESULT: It is soft for me because the back pain issue. It might be good for other.
RETURN POLICY: I could not return it through amazon because I must pay shipping cost by myself.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I selected this mattress on amazon because good comments about customer service. Now I can approve how good the customer service is.
SHIPPING: shipped in a box I gave 24 h time to it expands.
I had been looking at the pricier bed in a box options – and with the cost of living it just wasn’t feasible to spend extra. We definitely didn’t need to. This mattress is wonderful. We have had it two weeks and each time I settle into bed I smile. My pain has been less. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and I am usually hurting by the time I go to bed. My legs feel worlds better. My hip pain is less. Extremely satisfied with our purchase of this mattress.

Ordering a mattress online was risky but we followed the reviews and they seemed positive. We were not disappointed. The appearance is excellent. The combination of spring coils and foam provide medium to firm support. We would have preferred just a bit firmer but still acceptable. The edges of the mattress is not super strong for sitting at like in a more expensive one but doesn’t t affect sleeping comfort.
Unboxing and setup was painless. It’s a heavy box, so make sure delivery can get to your porch. If you can’t handle a heavy box, pay the extra for delivery to the bedroom or full setup. It is compressed and then rolled. The roll is held merely by a single layer of plastic wrap secured by tape. When you remove the tape, the mattress can be rolled out, still compressed. It’s not going to slap you or anything. It’s just a rolled mattress. As you remove the inner plastic, you can hear it taking in air. We stood it against the wall to inflate. It was nearly full size before we could stand it up. We left it there overnight and moved it to the bed before noon when it looked and felt fully inflated. There has been no odor.
This mattress at least has pulls on the sides, which our old one did not. The workmanship looks very good. It’s quite nicely finished and detailed. I’m pleased with the price point. I expect it will be good for at least three or four years, which is enough at this low price.
I’ll update this with some sleeping experience and anything that is less than good.
Had this for about a week and at 18 and half stone wasn’t expecting to much its so comfortable and supportive even for a big lad like me and don’t cost the earth.
This was bought for a guest room and our visitor said it was the best nights sleep in a long time.
TL;DR – I don’t recommend this mattress if you have any intention on actually sleeping on it! Don’t be tight like I was and spend money on something more fit for purpose. But there is an UPDATE to this story, so please read all…..
UPDATE: Having seen my review, the supplier of this matress reached out and offered me a full refund. I must say this is fantastic to see and experience. I was actually made 3 offers: 1 – Full refund and they will pick the mattress up at no extra charge. 2 – Full refund and I can keep the mattress or give away to a friend or charity. 3 – A replacement mattress, keeping or returning the old one. As I’m sure you can imagine I was very happy with this outcome. It says a lot when you’re contacted after a bad experience and get a very reasonable solution.
The lady I was contacted by let me know their company supply these mattresses with a 100 night warranty and are happy to resolve any issues such as mine within that time. So I can honestly now say that you can try this mattress yourself, without hesitation.
I originally had this as a 1 star review, for the reasons you can read below, but am happy to change it to a 4 star based on my experience with the supplier.
1 — Please look at my photo’s. Unfortunately, this mattress is not the size it should be and not even close. Our bed frame is a standard double size and the correct size for a double. From the photo’s you can see this is not a squared off mattress. It is at least 3 cm’s smaller on the bottom than it is on top. This not only makes it look odd on the bed frame, but I strongly believe it also makes for a worse sleeping experience. I’ve tried my best to show you the difference in the photos and feel it is very noticeable.
2 — This mattress is super soft. On a scale of 1 — 10 I would give it a 2 at best. Before this we were used to a somewhat firmer mattress that was about an 8 in firmness. So having to then sleep on this, after the first week I was left with bad back pain for a 3–4-week duration, with my back / spine needing to adjust to it. I can thankfully say the pain did go and I now have no issues. However, it is like laying on balloons every time you get into bed. I don’t believe this is helped at all by point number 1 above and the mattress not being square at all. I feel the overhang makes for an even softer feel.
I’m sure you’re asking why I didn’t return this then. I unfortunately left it a few days too late. Whilst Amazon’s one month return policy on most everything is great. One month for a mattress simply isn’t enough time, had I been given at least 2 months for such an important item, this would have been returned without hesitation. Plus, there is the thought of how do you return such a large item? It’s great that it arrives vacuum packed, but as soon as you unseal it, it is literally 10 times larger than when it arrived. You also must leave the mattress unused for 48 hours once opened to allow it to expand, which we of course did. But then this gives you even less time to test the mattress out.
I’ve now done vast checks on the internet and would happily pay 2-3 times more for a mattress than I did for this one from a company that offer’s 6-12 months testing periods. I will be doing this shortly, with the added pain of paying the new company 20-30 to remove the old (but pretty much brand-new mattress) at the same time. Not a nice thought at all, I’m sure you’ll agree.
If you need a mattress for a spare room that will only get 2-3 days of action now and then, then maybe this will do if you don’t want to spend money. But for a room that will be used by a member of your family, I don’t recommend this at all. It’s an absolute crying shame I left it too long to return it.
Due to recent back problems I chose this mattress because it not only looked comfortable but because of it’s structure gave me more belief it would be beneficial to my needs. After a few nights sleep it proved all it’s promises were true. I really recommend a purchase.

he perfect balance between firm and squishy. super comfortable. no stiff anything after sleeping on it for over half a year. no weird smells upon arrival. a bit late, but great customer service.
I bought this mattress for myself. Only had it for a week. So far I am very happy with it. I have found it to be very supportive without being too hard. We opened it and left it to expand for 72 hours. Once we put it on the bed frame and setted down, we luxuriated in the comfort. It is described as medium firm but I’d say it is softer than I’d anticapted. Having said that, we are enjoying the enveloping comfort! My wife is finding the improved sleep particuarly enjoyable.

This mattress is great value for money but I really wanted medium/firm,as stated, but this is a bit softer. Difficult to comment on anything else as you’re supposed to take a month or so to adjust to a new mattress, but up to now seems fine.
An update to my review of this mattress. I wanted to change my rating for this mattress because of the amazing customer service I received from this mattress company.

It inflated quickly when I got it. First 2 nights I slept well but then I started waking up with some back soreness. I mean the mattress is good quality but not sure why I’m waking up sore. Another thing I though my should mention. I find the edges of the mattress way to soft to the point where if I’m not being mindful, I might roll off too quickly. So not sure about the security support of this mattress due to the edges. I wouldn’t recommend it for the elderly and not sure for kids but they’re lighter so they might not find the sift edges problematic. So, I am a bit conflicted now. Do I wait longer to adjust to the mattress or do I have to buy a topper now (which isn’t what I wanted) otherwise I would have just purchased a new topper and not this mattress.
Really good quality mattress, exactly as described. I would say this is as good as or better then the more publicly known ‘mattress-in-a-box’ companies but a fraction of the price.

Great night’s sleep, fantastic for comfort, great value for money. Just be careful when opening it up as it was so powerful that it exploded out when I was cutting the cellophane and knocked me onto the floor. But the actual item is the best ever!! Buy with confidence!!

This mattress is as good as any high end mattress but for a fraction of the price. We chose the largest 12″ deep mattress and I must say it’s super comfy! You can’t go wrong with this mattress really. It’s on the softer side so if you like a very firm mattress then this isn’t for you.

My old mattress was only about 5 years old. I have difficulty sleeping and get quite agitated trying to get to sleep. My husband is not a settled sleeper either However since buying this mattress it is so comfortable I now struggle to get out of bed. Both of us are now less restless through the night which does leave you feeling more refreshed throughout the day. It has definatly made a difference and my old mattress was orthopaedic. When I stay in hotels I use premier inn as their beds are so nice. However this mattress is just as comfortable at a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend this mattress

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3″ memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I’m at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.
Very happy with this mattress. It was delivered in a timely manner. Easy to unbox. We waited 48 hours before use with no smell issues. The bed is very comfortable.

After several back of forth I received a replacement mattress. Should it last longer the 2 months, I will be thrilled with my purchase again. I wasn’t overly pleased with the costumer service. However everything has been resolved now.

I got a Queen sized, overall the mattress is pretty good for me.
But I don’t recommend for 2 people, I like it but my partner finds the mattress is bit too soft. It’s not very user friendly when 2 people are sleeping on, it tends to sink in.
First of all, a soft mattress may sound nice but having slept on a soft coil mattress I can tell that this is not fun. The “softness” really just means low stiffness and therefore my torso would end than my legs which feels weird and almost uncomfortable, as if the bed was tilted. I am sure it was not because I slept the other way around and it still dipped towards my upper body.
I have also tried a single sponge/foam mattress with a box spring. That was the worst. While the foam is soft, the 8 inches thickness of it was so thin that laying on my side my joints would hurt (I am in my twenties), specially the knees. Sleeping on my back, my heels would hurt.
I have also tried your run off the mill medium spring mattress. Nothing remarkable, not bad, not good.
When researching for a mattress I went in person to a mattress store because I thought buying in person would be better as I would get the chance to feel it and a face to talk to if anything goes wrong. I tried the “firm” ones. Not sure how people sleep on those, they are really hard on the body.
Frustrated, I decided to look online. I stumbled upon several brands but this one was the only one in Canada with both springs a foam. I figured that the springs would provide it the “support” that people look for in firm mattresses while the foam would be less hard on my knees and heels.
I was absolutely correct. This is the best mattress on which I have slept on in years (including the ones of display at the physical store). Granted my budget does not include mattresses worth five figures but then again, I cannot imagine them being that much better. I would 100% recommend this mattress.
As for my experience, be careful when opening the mattress. The manufacturer recommends to open it on the bed where you intend to use it. That is great advice because as soon as I started cutting the plastic wrap, it exploded (yes, it almost sounded like a firearm going off) on my bed. It is heavy and thick enough that I can imagine it causing damage if opened in tight space. Plus, judging from how heavy it is, it would be very difficult to take on top of the bed if opened elsewhere.
Some comments have pointed out that it doesn’t quite inflate well or that there are bent corners. I can say that even though I allowed it to expand for 3 days, it was fully expanded by the 1st day. In addition, it is true that the corners were a little raised so not entirely flat. Let me reassure you that it is just a little bit on the corner where there is not much material anyway. The rest of my mattress is flat and free of bumps.
Lastly, some people have pointed out that the seller pays for reviews. This raised a red flag for me but decided to go ahead anyway (being the only mattress of this kind at the time in Canada). Turns out that the seller offers you some money back for writing a review, any review. I think this is the silver lining because you are not paid to talk positively about the produce, just to encourage you to let other people know what you think about it. So yes, they pay for reviews, but it is not as bad as it sounds.

The mattress is very comfortable resulting in an excellent night sleep. The bottom 10″ (approx) consist of Inner springs while the top 2 ” (approx) is memory foam. The memory foam results in great comfort but also gives a softer edge to the top 2″. The comfort is worth it. Normally we would shop in a physical store for a mattress but given COVID-19 pandemic we took a gamble and ordered on-line. I am very glad that we did as I believe we got excellent value for our money.
We are so impressed with this mattress so far! We replaced a fully memory foam mattress which had seen better days! But this is the perfect firmness and feels extremely supportive and comfortable. I hope it lasts but with a 100 day money back guarantee we don’t have too much to worry about – we also registered it online for an extended warranty 🙂

Been looking for an Extra Firm mattress for a while now, I am 36 weeks in, and as my belly gets bigger, the sense of stretch when I am lying on the side is just so uncomfortable. Just trying my luck because every mattress says the medium firm. I had not gotten up once during the night after I had it and I kept saying to my husband, that we should have bought the new mattress sooner. I do genuinely recommend it.
Also, I was hoping to buy the King Sized mattress for my in-laws because I told them this mattress is FIRM, too bad they don’t have it as an option.

The mattress itself is lovely and comfortable with thick well-made fabrics and is of medium/firm comfort. It is a hybrid mattress and benefits from a section of springs to allow body support and longevity – which pure memory foam ones also do but over time the shape can deform. The mattress also has a fire rating tag to advise of compliance with BS7177 (safe for domestic use)
We did have an initial issue with the memory foam layer but customer service was fast to respond.
I have been pleased with this memory foam and spring hybrid mattress so far. The item came packaged well and feels build to last. This is further emphasised by the 100 night trial and impressive 10 year warranty provided with this product.
As we are moving into a bigger house, I was after a mattress for the extra bedroom. In our experience a full memory foam mattress tends to be too soft so this spring mattress with memory foam seemed ideal for our requirements. It also looked a lot more premium compared to the basic ones we had looked at.
Unwrapping it was fairly straightforward as the product comes with a handy cutting tool for the plastic. The mattress itself has a nice firm feel to it and isn’t too soft. So far the mattress feels like a good buy but we are still within our 100 nights to see if anything changes.
Time will tell how good this mattress is, but for the time being I am pleased with this mattress.
This is a great hybrid mattress. it fits perfectly on our double bed and poofs up really quickly.
it comes vacuum-packed and isn’t overly heavy, but you may need 2 people to lift it when it is delivered.
when removing it from the box, you can see it has a package on the outside with the instructions and a handy opening tool. This means you can remove it from the packaging without damaging the mattress, which is a great touch.
The mattress itself didn’t take long to poof up to full size, but we did leave it about 5 hours before doing anything to it.
Sleep test-wise – this is super comfortable, it offers support in all the places you want it to, and you will genuinely feel refreshed in the morning.
