I needed a light for my front door so I could see the key this is just the job I give it five stars
For the price this light is really very good. This is the second unit as the first one had to be sent back. The first one would happily stay on all day and have nothing left for the evening so there was obviously something wrong. I had to send the unit back before I was issued a replacement. After it arrived I quickly installed it, and it has been fabulous ever since. It’s got a pretty directional beam and it’s very bright. The PIR is quite sensitive and will turn on as I walk up my drive which is great — although this may cause some people an annoyance or use up the power more quickly. I shall certainly not have that problem as no one ever comes to see us haha!
The only slight issue for me is that the cable to the solar panel is not quite long enough for me to reach a south facing position, but I shall experiment with different positions and if not I’m sure there is an extension cable available.
Great detection when any movement near our front door. Would highly recommend. Quite easy to install, and very effective. Quite happy with my purchase.
Adequate light to illuminate a path although the light goes out after about 30 seconds if no movement is detected. Good movement detection from the sensor. Best feature is that you can position the solar panel how you wish to catch the most sunshine.
When I brought these I didn’t think they would be that good but I was definitely wrong they are very bright and easy to install Would recommended to anyone
I have tried a few different solar lights and this one is the best. Motion sensor works well. Neat, compact unit and bright light. Great buy.
A bit plasticky and depending where you want it the cable can be a bit awkward, but motion detection very sensitive and the solar panel gets what it needs despite being inside shed window. Very pleased for price
