oise cancellation is perfect, but battery life is extreme! never thought that earbuds could last for 2 weeks on one charge. have airpods as well – they are rubbish vs Soundcore
They came already fully charged.
All you have to do to pair to bluetooth device is open the lid on case with them in there.
The app was easy to use and you can choose how you want to configure touch controls or even turn them off completely. You can also choose what ANC feature you want or set it normal(which is what I did). When I first set up, the right ear phone controls didn’t work but after rebooting my phone, it worked perfectly.
This is my first bluetooth earbuds and as someone who is really picky with sound quality, I think these sound great for the price. I would highly recommend.
For music, video, calls, these just sound absolutely amazing to me.
App interface is beautifully easy to use and understand.
Battery last over a week with every day use.
Noise cancellation (there’s 3 modes) works flawlessly.
Sound isolation WITH noise cancellation is great for commuting with wife and kids, or being on a plane or train.
VERY comfy, I can use these for hours without any itching, aching, weird pressure feelings.
For the price, these are as close to perfect as anyone will need!
Apart from non existence of spatial feature (who needs it anyway?) everything else is great. Sound quality 9/10, wear sensors 10/10, multi device 10/10, fitment 8.5/10.
Combine with Soundcore app on mobile, GREAT STUFF.
Great! thanks!
Very sensitive touch controls which can sometimes be annoying as you skip to the next track when trying to change the sound level.
Overall a good product and would buy again.
Great feature is the customisable “sleep sounds”, where you can mix sounds together to create your own background noise (preloaded, e.g include rainfall, wind chimes, waves crashing) that’s very handy to fall asleep to or just create some background noise to help focus on work when paired with the noise cancelling feature.
Plus the battery life is insane. I wear for hours at a time. Think it’s only died twice when I was looking to use it, as only a minute or so in the case will give a lot of charge.
Would recommend these to anyone. Didn’t want to rebuy airpod pros when I broke then, and these are nearly a better option for Android users. Plus at a fraction of the cost.
Found these for the same price and haven’t looked back. Can’t comment on battery life but the sound quality and fitment in my ears are supreme. (Came with multiple pairs of earbuds for different sizes)
Worth buying IMO. Will be sticking with soundcore/anker from now on.
When running these stay in. Lots of settings to adjust including for noise cancelling.
and to my ears, the bass is very good.
Not had them long enough to check the quality of the calls though.
P3 fit in your ears better. They are flatter. They are louder and the noise cancelling settings are awesome! I like how they connect together as a pair and the second you open the pod. Down side to these ones compared the the P2 is that they are touch not button. That is a con. But everything else is just perfec
Sound quality great you can change the setting for sound in the app to your preference.
Comfortable, I was a bit nervous about the comfort based on some of the reviews. However I find them very comfortable.
Calls – so far no issues, however have only seated in fairly quiet environments.
Noise cancellation- there are a few options to try for this in the app. When sat in costa I could certainly tell the improvement. However it did nothing about the very loud child.
Battery life – don’t think it gets close to the stated battery life. They were nearly dead after about 4 ish hours.
All in all great for the price and suit me fine.
Amazing bass
Noise cancellation is not bad
Works well with the soundcore app.
Great fit and comfortable for the ear.
Very well built.
Small case.
Powerful battery.
The noise cancellation works really well and lso has setting for outdoors and indoors.
The app is a huge plus as well as it works seamlessly.
Really positively surprise!
Never beloved Anker could create a product that good.
eally comfy great, app with loads of customisation and the noise cancellation is great too
Great sound, not as good with battery life as old cheaper pair of unknown brand but everything else is bang on.
Another major draw is the way they go in the ear. I don’t like bud earphones that keep popping out of the ear. These go in easily and are comfortable and really secure.
The piece de resistance however is the sound quality. It’s really really good, especially if you like subsonics and base. For human conversations it’s also incredibly clear. Its also worth saying that these are very well made. You can feel the quality as soon as you take it out of the box. As a Leica shooter and a watch collector I appreciate quality construction!! Lastly the battery life is very good, and the battery case is on the smaller side.
Highly recommend.
The title says it all, been using them for months and they’ve been amazing, can’t recommend them enough
Bought these for hubby as he commutes to work occasionally.
He is quite impressed with them! He says that the noise cancelling feature isn’t perfect but you can change the noise cancelling mode, depending on your preference.
Overall the sound quality is great and the battery life last for a while too.
He would recommend them.
I have a 3 quality earphones and this pair being the 3rd new addition!
I bought the Anker life P2i and I’m still very impressed with those one that has an excellent sound quality an a due EQ. They are brilliant so I opted to treat myself to a backup spare set. If the P2i has 5 stars then the Anker Life 3 gets 6 out of 5! It has a triple EQ but the battery life, Bluetooth connection and sound quality is surpior. It is different to elaborate how but you know in your gut it is. I can’t knock the P2i in anyway but it was worth spending the extra 20 for the Life 3. They look good(I got the orange set} and they are no comfortable than the P2i which you could wear all without any discomfort what so ever! I got two Anker Soundcore mini speakers too which are the same and are awesome and the earphones follow suit. Anker product wonderful speakers/earphones which I can only recommend highly for an all around excellent deals!
Like the title says. These in my opinion are better than the samsung earbuds, especially if you use whilst exercising. Admittedly the noise cancelling is not as good, these are however 4 to 5 times cheaper. Sound quality is excellent, ambient noise is acceptable. The main plus with these vs the Samsung galaxy buds is they stay in your ear. Great for use when walking / jogging.
The bass is very impressive. The noise cancelling isn’t as good as I was hoping, but I was hoping for it to be better than amazing headphones. It isn’t. But it’s still great!
The real test will be this. You’re on an EasyJet flight that isn’t cancelled. Tough, I know. And these earphones are able to cancel out the incessant whinging/sale pitch. Can’t tell you yet, as too many cancelled flights. But I will let you know.
Tldr – awesome, buy them. There may better, but these are great, and don’t cost the earth.
I looked for a long time having bought a cheaper product and sent it back. Read lots of reviews and decided to spend that bit extra. Definitely worth the money. Can imagine there is any need to spend big money on other products. These do everything really well and the quality is excellent.
I’ve used these for a few days now, and I’m really impressed with them! I’m not an audiophile by any means, but the sound from these is great – I like a good bass sound, and these live up to that expectation. I’ve worn them in the gym and the noise cancellation is pretty good, I don’t hear the gym music when I’m listening to my own music, but lots of outside sounds do creep in when listening to podcasts. Would recommend as a good budget pai
Sound-wise/comfort/app usability make these the best pair I’ve used.
I’ve had Cambridge audio melomania 1s, JBL Live pros, MPOW X3 (multiple pairs), huawei freebuds to name a few. Up until now the Huawei won personally in terms of sound quality and all around comfort/controls and the Cambridge Audio Melomania would be bottom of the list for me then these came along!
Half the price of the freebuds and sound WAY better.
Not many headphones can hit the frequency of 10Hz. Lowest Airpods pro can only do 49Hz and XM3 around 35Hz. Life P3’s 10Hz is lower than the lowest frequency that humans can hear, which is 20hz. So you can imagine what some EDM and Hip Hop tracks would sound like with these headphones. It produces distinct bass notes that don’t drown out other frequencies but being bass heavy it can sometimes overwhelm the vocals and treble but the Equaliser in the app is pretty handy and once you set it up to your liking it is one of the best sounds headphones for its price.
They sit comfortably in your ear and feel secure when running. The battery lasts a good 6 hours with ANC on. The ANC itself is good. I travel to work on the train and then a bus through the city but these headphones manage to cancel out most noises. They have multiple ANC modes to suit the environment you are in.
I would definitely recommend these if you like bass heavy music.
They deliver clear sound at a reasonable quality. They last several hours of continuous use – I use them for my desktop computer and they only need a lunchtime recharge to make it through the workday.
However, there are problems. The range is poor compared to the China Special earbuds I used to have – they would have a good connection as far as the break room, any wall at all causes these Ankers to cut out. They sometimes cut out for a few seconds when I readjust them, which isn’t a huge problem. The touch controls are poorly thought through, it’s impossible to readjust the earbuds without sending some kind of command. I can’t comment on the microphones as I don’t use them.
All told, I’d say these are a good solid purchase, and a good-value mid-range option. You get what you pay for so if you can afford something more upmarket, do consider it.
Anyway after waiting for his pocket money coming in he discovered the world of soundcore earbuds and wanted to get The Life P3 which he saw some reviewers on YouTube give positive thoughts on.
He bought his pair fairly recently and said that the sound quality is really good and he considers them better sounding to the galaxy buds+.
He also loves the soundcore app as he was explaining to me that you can customise the EQ settings in the app to your liking or through over 20 preset audio choices curated by Soundcore themselves
The noise cancellation is pretty good also (I was trying to talk to him whilst he was doing his chores and he couldn’t hear me)
The only thing which he doesn’t like is the touch controls but you can disable them in the app.
He found the touch controls to be too sensitive so when you was taking the earbuds out of his ear he would accidentally skip a song.
Overall though he is very happy with his pair of earbuds so if he’s happy I am happy
I rate these earbuds. The charging case is nice and holds the buds in perfectly. They have pretty good sound quality for mid ranged buds. Noise cancellation works well. Good bass levels and not bad overall volume levels.
They are quite comfy They sit well in my ears and they do come with different sizes.
The app though for setting the buds up is rubbish. Your better off pairing them manually through the phone settings. Some your options in the app though with an equaliser and able to change the noise cancellation to different modes to suit.
Definitely good value for money would recommend.
I bought these after losing a single earbud from a more expensive pair of wireless ANC earbuds. As these are cheaper than the previous ones I was expecting a lot less quality and less functionality. I could not have been more wrong.
These earbuds easily match the sound quality of my previous ones and the ANC surpasses them with a wide range of ANC oprions which work very well. As for features (via the app) it has some superb options including a graphic equaliser, ambient sounds (to help you sleep) AND a feature to find a list earbud.
Astounding product for the price.
As I already own a pair anker life a1 wireless earbuds which i think are great sounding wireless earbuds, the only thing is the anker app doesn’t let you use it with these for some reason so I’ve purchase the anker p3 wireless earbuds, these are great as far as I’m concerned the anker app supports the p3s letting you customise them to your own listening preferences, and did the necessary update immediately that didn’t take long at all, they’re comfortable to the ear with several different size tips to give the best in ear fit, sound quality is a lot better than i expected,i have a pair of jabra elite 85ts and my anker p3s are as good as my jabra elite 85ts,they’re comfortable to wear and with the right tips never seem like they’re loose when moving, exercising etc,i could have spent a lot more on more expensive wireless earbuds but they wouldn’t have sounded any better than my p3s in my own opinion,a great pair of great sounding wireless earbuds at a great purchase price,i really do recommend these wireless earbuds to anyone considering purchasing the anker p3s.
I have bought and then returned a lot of earbuds over the last few years so the fact that I think these are great says a lot! I haven’t yet tested them out in a noisy environment so I can’t comment on the noise cancellation. However, other than that I would say they’re brilliant little earbuds and at a very competitive price. I’ve often struggled with the fit of in-ear buds and felt that they could fall out any moment, but these fit snugly and securely without any discomfort. The fit test function in the app is a nice reassurance that you’re wearing them correctly. They’re pretty (I got the pale blue) with a cute curvy case. Battery life seems good and sound is as good as you could expect from such tiny things -obviously a real audiophile would go for over-ear headphones, but I want these for listening to music and podcasts whilst doing chores or walking to work and sound quality isn’t top of my priorities: I want something unobtrusive and comfortable to wear and these fit the bill perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend.
Great sound, battery, comfortable and design. Indoor mic is good but outside outdoor calling need some improvements.
Coming from Apple AirPods that finally wouldn’t hold a charge any more, I was very surprised at how good these pods are for the price. What I noticed most is that they seem to run forever on a charge. Anker obviously knows batteries (as you would hope). I found the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 13 actually faster than my AirPods. These have usually connected to my phone before I even get them in my ears. Bluetooth range is great too, I can wander about 40 feet from my phone into other rooms with no loss of signal. Sound quality I would say is not as good as AirPods, but it’s still pretty good. I use them mostly for podcasts, so that’s not an issue. In summary, these are very impressive for the price. If you’re an audiophile, then you need something with better music quality. If you need something you can potentially lose while on holiday or running then yes, you’ll be happy with these. In fact I’d say that even if I bought some new Apple AirPods I would still keep a pair of these around for times when I might damage or lose them – and I wish Apple would use these batteries lol.
The only issue for me is that I must have very small ear canals as even with the smallest fittings, they feel a little too big – still able to use and enjoy them tho.
I did notice road noise coming from cars but had that in the Liberty Pro 2s as well.
So if you need some buds but are not near a road these are a steal for 39.99. Liberty’s were 120 but discounted to 70 but still no match for the P3’s
I cannot speak for the higher end buds Sennheiser and Bose as you need +200 for those. If you would like me to review them please contact me, but Soundcore P are good enough for me at the minute.
The audio quality of these out the box is pretty good but with the customisable EQ you can tune these to your needs and tastes super easily.
I was a little concerned about the switch from a physical button on the p2 to the touch button on the p3 but I’ve yet to have any mistouches (however I did turn off the single touch control in the app).
The app itself is easy to navigate and hasn’t had any issues with connecting to my phone when opening the case. I’m not super keen on the social media aspect of it but it’s not mandatory to use and seems nonintrusive when not in use.
Battery life has so far been as advertised but I’ve not really tried to hypermile them but I’ve never had the battery run dry even after 4-5 hours straight listening to podcasts at work.
Comfort took a little getting used to but the addition of multiple tips makes it a little easier to get the right feel and a tight seal to your ears.
Noise cancellation is a little hissy at times but for the price I’d say it’s an above average performance. (I managed to snag these in a sale for around 50)
The case is small and compact with a lovely satisfying close and it feels sturdy enough. I could probably break it if I tried but in day to day use I can’t fault it.
Overall a great product for the price with features of a much higher priceband.
Comfort wise these were amazing out of the box they fit in my ear nicely with a nice comfortable fit, so I didn’t need to change the earbuds but it has a fantastic range of different sized earbuds if I needed it. I can easily wear these for a long time with no issues.
Sound quality wise I found these product amazing quality with good deep bass and treble. I found these earphones to be quite bass and treble heavy but the clarity was still extremely good and it has a good range of loudness making it versatile for all sorts of genres and people. Microphone quality was also very impressive with it 6 microphones it offer nice crisp vocals that are great on calls and I found the recipient can hear me with no problem in both quiet and nosier settings.
It’s packed with features such as great battery life, these things last for many hours. Good Bluetooth range I can easily have these in my ear and leave my phone in the other room with no problem just as long as there isn’t many obstacle. I love how I can adjust the sounds in the app which support these earphones to get the sounds I want. Touch controls worked well and were responsive and can easily be change to what you want via the app.
I did find the ANC to be one of the weaker aspects of these earphones. If you get a proper fit in they already cancel out most of the background noises anyways so I didn’t see myself using this feature as much, but its good to have when I need it.
Overall I’ve been really impressed with these earphones. They come in at a great price and offer all the high performance and quality you’d expect. They also look amazing and it’s a great all round earphones.
Hope you found my review useful.
The sound from them are fantastic for the price. Yes you will get a better sound from other ear buds but you will be paying x3 the price of these.
If you want a fantastic sound with a deep bass and a good noise cancellation then look no further.
5 out of 5.
These are some of the best earbuds I have used, which do not cost the earth and have a good connection to my phone and Chromebook. Setting them up was easy and using the Soundcore app, I was able to upgrade the firmware on them to the latest release. The sound quality is excellent, and they give a good deep sound, which is also adjustable using the app’s equalizer. I have been able to get a good balance of bass and higher treble without distortion and sound breakup that has plagued some of the older earbuds I have used.
One of the stand out features for me though is how well they have maintained a connection to my phone. In the past, having my phone in my jeans pocket has always meant that I got occasional audio dropouts, but with these I have had nothing so far.
The storage box they come in holds enough charge to keep these going for a few days of use at work and has an added benefit of being wireless charge capable. The only problem with this is the case is rounded, so putting it on a vertical charger is harder, with the case often sliding off. On a flat horizontal charger though, it is perfect.
Overall, another quality product from Anker & Soundcore. They are well made and look stylish, with sound quality and features to match. Recommended.
After My review customer service team contacted me and sent me new earbuds. They have the best customer service I ever had.
I have used cheaper and most reviewed item on amazon but that was not good with microphone and I have also used P2 of anker but these earbuds are on other Level. I mostly used these pair on bike but I never had problem while listening or calling.
If you need a perfect all rounder in less price that’s the perfect choice. According to me these can easily beat any earbuds in noise cancellation, calling and bass.
It’s a bummer it doesn’t have multipoint connection support. It’s a bit difficult to use if you use it with multiple devices.
I found the touch controls difficult to use (and even remember most of the time) They’re not as intuitive as I may have wanted.
Also would have been great to have aptX support because the latency is quite visible when matching videos/ movies with it.
If you are looking for noice cancellation earphone at an amazing price then these are for you. The sound quality is out of this world for the price. I do think they are better than the Apple AirPods 2 and 3. The app is also fantastic, Anker/Soundcore have really worked this well. So many options on sound, turning bass off, full EQ options.
Listening to podcasts, pop music, acoustic and snoop & dr dre albums sounded crystal clear and full of bass when I need it and crystal clear high and mid range.
The gaming mode is great too – and works flawlessly.
The case is great, has wireless charging too.
Why am I returning them…..2 reasons.
First reason which drove me wild is when I moved to my iPad from my iPhone I had to fully search for Bluetooth again and press the button in the case to make it searchable. This would happen on going back to my iPhone too. So If I was listening to music or youtube on my iPad and I had a call come in, I could have to take my earphones off – stick them back into the case, go to settings on my phone, press the button in the earphone case and let the iPhone find it in search again. By the time I did this – the call had gone.
— I do believe this could be an isolated issue….but it bugged me and i tried everything.
Second issue I have is that I suffered ear fatigue, never used silicon tipped EarPods before and yes they are great, but after 20-30mins my ears started to ache. Also it blocked sound out from the outside world, with noise cancellation on or off – so when I was doing a phone call with them, it sounded like I had my fingers in my ears and was off putting. These issues on my second one – is just for me personally.
So if you want to listen to music at good quality – and not worried about phone calls and swapping from device to device regular, these are perfect!
I tested them while vacuuming and couldn’t hear it over the headphones at all and I was 3 feet away from it.
Haven’t had to charge the case yet either, I estimate around 40 hours of music/podcasts by now and the case still has between 0-25% capacity left. The headphones themselves haven’t died on me either. Quick charge for 10 minutes and they’re back to almost full power again.
The call quality is also excellent, easy to hear people and I’ve had no complaints about the quality from my end either. Not a single complaint, or issue with these. The headphones are light but not so light you forget they’re there, they’re comfortable to wear and come with various sizes of ear caps. The provided companion app is actually pretty good too. The widget doesn’t always update on your home screen till you open the app, but it’s feature-packed and really useful for changing noise cancellation settings on the fly.
These earbuds are fantastic. I will explain why I have given 4 stars and not 5.
These are the second pair I have ordered. I sent back the first pair because they showed definite signs of usage.
I have many photos of the signs of usage but I have not uploaded them here because I don’t want to taint the Soundcore brand. Soundcore earbuds and headphones are fantastic. I may have been sent the first pair by mistake. They possibly should have been sold as good used.
After cleaning up the first pair and trying to rub out the scuffs, although my attempts greatly improved their condition, I still couldn’t get them to look brand new ( scuffs and light scratches to the inside of the earbuds case ). Not suitable for
a gift to someone. As that was my intention.
The ear buds performance is very good.
Sound quality:
The frequency response is very good. The vocals and treble (highest frequencies) is clear with no audible distortion even at high volume. The bass is excellent. It can reproduce even the lowest audio frequencies. The sort of bass you would hear from a large subwoofer speaker, Quality deep bass without shaking the house and disturbing your neighbours.
Comfort:
These are my first truly Wireless earbuds. I own and have had many wired earbuds. What’s different about these is that I don’t have to squeeze the earbuds into my ear like a cork in a bottle inorder to get the best bass sound. These are so comfortable I could wear them all day without a problem.
ANC:
The ANC is brilliant. It will greatly reduce or totally eliminate lower frequency noise. eg.. When I use it while driving my car, it greatly reduces and almost totally cuts out the engine noise and the road noise. It will greatly reduce or totally eliminate low frequency sounds (bass) coming from someone in your household playing their Hi-Fi too loud and even more so your neighbours. It totally eliminates my neighbours kids stomping noises above me. ( I live in flat, Ground floor).
I also have a soundcore life P30 over the ear ANC headphones. The ANC on the P3 earbuds seem a little bit better, Which was a surprise to me because all the reviews I have read say that over the over the ear headphones will have better ANC than earbuds.
Battery life:
The battery life is as advertised. I get just about 6 hours and some minutes with ANC on and playing music at a normal volume level.
Touch controls:
The touch controls are good. Once I got use to the small touch area on the earbuds and customised the touch controls with the Soundcore app, I was pleased with the touch controls functionality.
The Soundcore app.
This app can do so much. Firstly and most importantly to me is the graphic equaliser. It’s an 8 band EQ. When you set the EQ, the earbuds will ‘maintain’ the EQ settings. So you could connect the earbuds to any other device and the EQ settings that you previously set using the Soundcore app will be what you will be hearing. This means that the EQ hardware is actually inside the earbuds and the Soundcore app is just a user interface for it. There is also lots of presets that you can use.
The Soundcore app has too many functions to mention in this review. It’s a great app , alot of thought has gone into it. It gives me total control over the earbuds and I am able to control the ANC and the EQ in real-time with the app while listening to music on my phone.
Conclusion:
I would definitely recommend these earbuds. You get alot for your money. I use mine with my phone or my Taotronics Bluetooth transmitter, which I connect to my TV or my gaming console.

I have used Anker products for years – chargers, cables, charge banks and headphones.
Unfortunately, this is the first product which has developed a fault. The left ear bud stopped working after 3 months.
Even more unfortunately, this has led to me dealing with Anker ‘customer support’ for the 1st time ever.
After returning the ear buds under warranty as requested, my warranty claim went into a black hole. Emails are ignored. Tweets are ignored. You get a link to ‘escalate your case’ when you initially raise your warranty query – guess what, it doesn’t work! Server error on the website.
That was the downside. So strongly recommend Anker work on the Comms side of their customer service.
On the upside, a replacement set of earbuds was shipped to me after around a week, under warranty with no issue. And so far, they are working fine. So I’m happy with how the warranty claim turned out – just not with the lack of communication during it. Getting a replacement set of buds with no quibble is a good outcome.
When they work, they are a very good set of buds. They fit comfortably, the selection of tips should be enough to satisfy most. Sound quality is excellent for music. Good clarity through the ranges, and enough volume and bass to satisfy. The noise cancelling works quite well too. I’ve trialled them on a bunch of calls and asked the people on the other side if they could hear me OK – all could, and zero complaints.
Between the fact one broke within 3 months, and the poor Comms when you raise a warranty claim, I couldn’t possibly give these 5 stars. Here’s hoping the 2nd set holds up.
Battey life is pretty good with the added bonus of a box that carves them very quickly. Which means batteues running out will be a very rare occurrence.
I’m not a fan of the touch controls, I prefer an actual button to click. I end up skipping track or something when I’m adjusting them in my ear. What I do like is the ability to assign the controls to my own configuration. But this comes at the cost of needing to have an app and set up an account, which is a privacy imposition for me.
Customer service is good. I had an issue with play/pause not working but in one email I was talked through how to reset the headphones which resolved the problem.
I did a test with my friend on the call quality and he rated them 8/10. And he’s a bit of a Bluetooth headset aficionado, so that’s high praise indeed.
They stay in the ear and are quite comfortable. I haven’t been for a run yet but I get the feeling they’ll be able to handle it.
All in all I’m pleased with the quality and I will learn to get used to the niggles I have with the touch controls. Needing an app to use my headphones violates my principles, but I can relocate the app to a sandbox on my phone to help with my privacy concerns. Which is somewhat of a consolation.
I’ve had them for a little while only and use them primarily for work purposes i.e. making and taking phone calls
They fit well in ear, they are comfortable and are stable – no issue of them falling out
Build quality is pretty decent and the case has a nice feel/weight
They pair instantly when taken out of the case ready to use
Call quality is good and I can hear/be heard clearly – although these are mainly used when I’m working from home in a quiet environment
Listening to music is great as they have a pretty decent bass and use time
The Soundcore app is fantastic as it allows you to manage ANC, EQ, Touch controls and a nice sleep feature
Wireless charging – fantastic
The touch controls aren’t the best but are fully usable, they take a little getting used to but definitely a must have
The fact that you can only turn off the headphones by putting them back in the case is a bit of a faff but not the end of the world but they do snap in nicely with the magnetic feature
You get a lot of features for the price poi
(My previous earbuds were Soundcore Dot 2 which had mics but they were so poor – people didn’t hear me – I had to hold one of them by my mouth)
The only problem with Life P3 is dropouts. It happens ocassionaly. When I listen to music on Spotify or watch something on Youtube, it stops working for a second and comes back. I’ve had dropouts with my laptop and iPhone 11 Pro Max. It happenes about 3 times in 1 hour use. Luckily it never happened when I had an online meeting on Zoom and GMeets. Dropouts don’t bother me too much but I really hope the engineers will find a solution and fix with the next software upgrade.
The buds are nice and comfy once you get them in, this can be a little awkward at first but once you get used to it it is a lot quicker.
The sound is good and they have a nice amount of bass to them, not too much to ruin what you are listening to, in the app you can also turn on a base boost for a little extra.
I normally walk/jog and also go out for over 2hrs on my little jaunts and the battery lasted all this time with plenty to spare. My only gripe is the fact they are not water proof only sweat proof and are not recommended for wearing in the rain. This for me is a bit of pain and would like to see this fixed in the next generation of these buds.
The microphone is ok and you can make and receive calls with ease and most of the time the other person can hear you.
Overall I would recommend these little buds, good sound and also not too pounding on the wallet either.
Little tip, if you are using the google assistant and it is rather loud when opening via the buds, it is linked to the call volume so when you make a call turn it down a bit and that will sort that right out 😉
Ambient sound is not bad its not was good as the top tier earbuds but for the budget price they’re doing a good Job can’t complain.
Noise cancellation could have been better but they are doing descent job of blocking low to mid frequency noises, like Car engine noise,ac noises, aeroplane engine noises etc. ANC comes in three mode Transport, Indoor and outdoor modes, indoor being the strongest of them all overall ANC is one of the best for earbuds under 100 bucks.
Battery life is descent, I’ve got 6hrs 2mins with ANC on and 7hrs16mins with ANC off Very good battery life.
Overall pretty descent battery life.
Volume on these earbuds are solid, they’re come in solid and strong 9/10. Noticeable improvement Over Some of Sound core earbuds in this price rouge.
Sound on these earbuds has got the Sound core signature sound so it’s dynamic, they are packing some bass they’re strong bass punch they’re bass heads earbuds bass heads unite it bringing it for you. strong bass impact and good sub-bass as well.
The Mids are neutral to recess side it’s not forward in your face it’s a V-shape type of sound and it can be improved with the EQ adjust the bass to your liking pull out a lot of clarity while maintaining a good bass.
Treble it’s got the voice and instruments clarity it’s really good, good separation between voice and instruments.
Some cons ANC could have been strong and the ambient sound is not the strongest out there I would say but hey these are a budget TWS earbuds considering their price overall they are one of the top performing budget TWS under 100 bucks if you buy these you’ll be very happy.
The bass is clear, although the mediums and highs are relatively weak. The noise cancelling is as good as on the Apple headphones – so far. They’re comfortable, and I find it easy to get a good seal on the earbuds.
The transparency mode is OK but nowhere as sharp as on the Airpods, and I’ve had no problems with dropout, although when I use them with Duolingo you do notice they’re not as responsive when the sound input is sporadic.
The accompanying app is a little clunky compared to the AirPods Pro interface, but it’s not too much of a problem for me because I hardly use it.
So: all in all, they’re not up there with AirPods Pro across every metric, but at this price, they’re very good indeed.
