Disappointed that after 13 months one of the ear buds isn’t performing. I’ve tried all the recommendations but to no avail.

Having had this product for about 6 weeks, the sound in the left-side ear bud failed. I tried the product recommendations online to restore the sound but it remained faulty. I approached the seller to raise this as an issue and was advised to try other methods to fix the problem. When this did not work, they promptly sent me a replacement set which was received within 72 hours. They are a great example of how a retailer should operate, professional, understanding and keen to help. Thanks to you all involved at the company. I shall keep my fingers crossed that these new earbuds last longer than the last set!

For the price these are excellent wireless earbuds (I paid 40). The charging case is great, only downside is that it doesn’t have usb c charging port but doesn’t affect use, just a mild inconvenience.
Sound quality is brilliant (once they’re inserted correctly). Good bass tones, and fair noise cancellation. I haven’t tried them with foam ear buds due to reviews saying they don’t fit in the case with foam, but I would imagine this would improve sound quality even more.
Build quality is a little cheap, the case is a lovely matt with a clear power display on the front, but the buds are shiny plastic that feels and looks a little cheap. This is only a mild complaint. You can only use the right earbud on its own and not the left bud. They flash if your music has stopped so that you know to put them away.

Mine worked well for about nine months with no complaints, unfortunately one of the headphones then stopped charging, after explaining the problem the support team sent replacement headphones that work very well. They were very helpful solving the problem. Not five stars considering there was a issue in the first place

excellent sound-bass,treble , clarity of voice, music all fine. However I bought this to use with my smart Tv and the volume was too loud for my ears even with the tv volume at zero/mute. This has no volume control of its own. If there was I wouldn’t have returned it. It is fully worth the price I paid 39.99,unfortunately Anker doesn’t have volume control in that price range. Unlucky me!!. If you don’t need volume control this is fine. The return and refund is at world record pace!! and child’s play. Refund to my credit card confirmation email received in my email in box with in 24hrs of me printing the return label. I buy lot of stuff from amazon- so far their service (all aspects) has been impeccable. There are other web based sellers whom I had lot of trouble with when it comes to returning faulty goods. Even contacting them (web /phone etc. etc.) is a nightmare and time wasting. In my book a seller is as good as (or as bad as)their aftersales customer care. No wonder Mr Bezos is the richest man in the world, good on you everyone at Amazon, thank you..Merry Christmas and happy new year!!.

Started off okay, less than a year later the left ear bud only lasts 15 minutes, very frustrating when training! Right ear bud lasts about 45 minutes. They are comfortable but for the money they don’t last anywhere near enough.
Edit : I have contacted the support email and they were very helpful, issued a new pair of earbuds within a week.

I am really impressed with these headphones – I have tried various headphones in the past and these are by far the best. They are super easy to charge and it is great having the charger storage case which charges them for approx 3 times before the case itself needs recharging. The sound quality is great – very clear and has a good bass. The headphones fit really well and are comfortable and also very secure due to the soft fitting that attaches to the ear pod (also comes with a variety of sizes which is helpful). I must also say that the Customer Support is excellent – I did have a problem with one ear pod not recharging properly and the service received was really quick and very helpful and they managed to sort out the problem for me. Would definitely recommend these.

Initially I had issues with both pairs of anker headphones which I bought. But after contacting their support.and explaining the issue they sent over a new pair which are writing fine.
The earpods are brilliant when they are working fine. Refining of the software would be ideal as the most annoying thing is that the left ear pod would unpair itself and have to sync them again.
Two thumbs up for Anker suppo

I purchased Soundcore Anker Liberty Air August 2019. This is my story:
    1. They worked well for a couple of months
    2. The left earbud stopped connecting, I reset them and that resolved the issue
    3. After a few weeks, the earbuds(1) would not connect to my iPhone. After registering a call with Anker support, a replacement was sent.
    4. The replacement ear buds (2) had an issue with the left earbud that would not connect. After troubleshooting, a replacement pair were sent.
    5. The replacement (3) worked perfectly for about six months. The left bud lost power and would not charge. After some troubleshooting from Anker support, a replacement ear buds (4) were sent.
    6. The new set of earbuds, has new power information functionality, which I assume is down to new firmware.
    7. Three weeks on, the new buds are working and connecting well.

    Conclusion:
    1. Clearly the has been an inherent reliability issues particularly with the left ear bud.
    2. The latest firmware is working well
    3. An improvement is to include volume functionality on the buds, volume is managed from the smart phone. Not a huge issue, a good improvement
    4. Anker support are always responsive and have always provided good support.
    5. As an alternative to Apple buds, the Soundcore Anker Liberty Air are a cost effective solution.
    6. I am hoping the reliability is now fixed by what looks like new firmware.

I paid 40 for these while they were on sale. They do a solid job, surprisingly good sound quality and decent noise cancellation. The issues I have are minor – the touch controls are irritating (constantly opens the Google Assistant which I don’t want, there’s no clear way to change this), the lid of the container has a weaker magnet than I would like which means if you ever drop it the earbuds are guaranteed to pop out. Also, the battery level displayed by the lid jumps from two lights to zero, with no particular warning about when to charge it – so on several occasions I’ve put the earbuds back in the case, assuming there was 50% charge or so, but then there turns out to have been none and they come back uncharged. I’m happy with the product considering what I paid, they do a good job. For 80 I’d want something a bit more slick though.

Update: I purchased some Comply earphone tips which are made from the same type of foam as earplugs. They have solved the problem of the earphones falling out. I can now use my Soundcore earphones whilst running. Great!

    Original Review:
Having bought great Anker products before, and seeing these earphones on a special offer, I decided to give them a go.

Good Points: Pairing was very straight forward and the battery life is much better than the last set of wireless headphones I had.

Small Issues: The touch controls are far too sensitive and I have to be very careful when repositioning them in my ear – it’s not the first time I have skipped a song or a podcast bad to the start by brushing my finger lightly against the controls. The sound quality is good enough for me (the price indicates it that it won’t be top of the line) but when I make a phone call, the person I’m calling often comments on hearing a background noise.

Problems: the thing that lets the earphones down is that they fall out of my ears so often. I have tried several of the different earbud attachments to find a size that will made them more snug in my ear, but they still have a tendency to loosen after 10-15 minutes. I cannot use these earphones whilst running for fear of losing them.

Big fan of these earphones! Bought them as the audio jack on my phone has finally given up and wanted some cheap(ish) but decent sound quality wireless earphones.

Initially looked at buying connected Bluetooth earphones as figured “true wireless” would be too expensive but these were cheaper than any good ones I found! Sound quality is really good for my musician ears and they stay in without much problem. The touch buttons take a bit of getting used to but are fine once you remember the commands.
In terms of battery life they are getting light but regular use at uni every day and I haven’t had to charge them for about 2 weeks (and full volume is never required due to the nice, passive noise cancelling).

    All in all very happy!

Still expensive for ear phones.. but a whole lot cheaper than known brands. Seem to work fine. Sound good. Bluetooth works well. Battery length seems ok.. I tend to only use for 2-3 hrs anyway before putting them back inside their charging case.

    Small issues are:
Sometimes they will start to fall out of my ears.. I think that is just because everyone’s ears are different so others might not have this issue.
They are glossy so real fingerprint magnets.. in fact only owned them for 2 weeks I think and they have scratches all over them even though I’ve either had them in my ear or in the case. Although have dropped couple times because they fall out.
When I am just able to catch them before they fall out and put them back in you can easily skip track which is hold for 2 secs… Or pause double tap.

Anyway they are fine… However for 60 I’m still not sure they are worth it especially if one day they will fall out and break. Maybe that is the price of wireless ear phones these days.

Great quality sound for true wireless earphones even on the highest volume. Sound does not sound ‘in your face’ if that’s what you like (its SLIGHTLY more of a surround sound type of experience). I’ve experienced lag a couple of times but rarely. Build quality is good and it looks simple, sleek and stylish. Touch controls are convenient although I would’ve liked it to be a little more responsive at times. Only drawback that I find really annoying is that you can’t use the left earphone by itself with the right earphone in the case. Microphone is only on the right earphone. Battery life is good because case recharges it every time you put it back in. I charge the case around once a week and I use them regularly (mostly just one earphone (for my own reasons)

Had these 10 months now (bought in March 2019) and used them 5 days a week whilst commuting and I’m really happy with them. I’ve used them with an iphone 6s, 11, and a macbook and they paired really easily with all of them. Sound quality is great when you get the right rubber tips for your ear and the battery life is good too. The longest I’ve used them for without charging is for around 3 hours and the battery has never run out. I’ve only occasionally used for making calls but they seemed to work well. I don’t use the touch controls much, mainly just to skip track but that works fine.
Overall, really good for the price compared to other models and especially good if you don’t like following the crowd and buying apple earpods!

As somebody who only uses headphones for listening to podcasts walking into and home from work and occasionally for music I’m not willing to spend hundreds of pounds on top of the line wireless noise cancelling headphone. However I wanted something better than cheaper low quality standard options on the market. These were a great alternative! Battery quality is excellent and sound quality is very very good. There’s no noise cancellation but sound quality is good enough that it’s not an issue (for me anyway)!

    Update:
Seems I was mistakenly sent a refurbished pair. Anker sent me a replacement which I had no issues setting up.
As with the previous pair the sound quality is excellent, as is the battery life.

I’ve had these a little under 6 months and for that time loved them, the sound quality for music is great and the battery seems to last forever. On the downside the microphones seem too sensitive as they pick up a lot of street noise so aren’t ideal for outdoor use.

However I must remove three stars as the the left ear has started to drop out at random and on other ocasions the sound begins to warp. I fear as such the left ear is on it’s way out which is disappointing considering it is only 6 months old.
It is not the first time I had an issue with the left ear, the first time I attempted to pair it with the right it took nearly 10 attempts.

So I’ve had these for about 4-5 months now, I personally love the sound quality however there are some issues..
The main one being… these keep falling out of my ears having tried all the ear tips provided, luckily they never fell on a hard surface but it took a while to find in the car! I have tried other tips, but few allowed for the case to close.

When streaming a video on my phone there is a noticeable lag between audio/video meaning I am forced to keep a another pair just for that.

When I first got these I sounded clear, however friends have commented I sound muffled on calls recently.

The saving grace for me is the sound quality, I bought these for music mainly and it’s great …when it stays in the ear!
Can’t complain about battery life either.

Bought these back in July, so have had good amount of time to use them since. Stumbled upon them after watching mumeorus videos/reviews & took a chance, so happy I did. For the price these are superb. Where to start, 1st of they fit great & use them for the gym, sound quailty is good, not too heavy on the base and had no reason to download any extra equaliser apps to play around with sound. Streaming video work fine no probs and never skips or stutters, no syncing issues.

The touch pads take a bit of getting used to i.e left/right ear but work, no need for hard press, but need to give it a good 2 seconds to respond. Works with Google voice but calls works so/so, depending on where you are/how busy environment is. Battery life last about a week, averaging 1hr+ per day. Case is small/discreet, powers earphones on when opening lid & switches them off when inserted back. These are in the in-ear style earphone, once the music is on, you hardly hear anything externally unless you have the volume low. Recharging just plug it in & when all lights are lit up it’s good to go.

Build quality, bearing in mind its just plastic, is good. They’re quite sturdy & will last even with some abuse. There is a battery inidcator that flashes up on screen when they power on, but it’s only for a second or 2 showing the percentage left.

If you’re after an affordable pair, that will do the basics i.e play music, stream video etc then highly recommed these. 5/5 in every area for me – im just an average user not an Audiophile make of that what you will, for me does everything right.

Fantastic earphones. Sound quality is superb, although the first pair I had made a slight buzzing noise on low frequency sound when that was all that was playing. I contacted Anker directly and within hours they agreed to send me a replacement pair which arrived a few days later. Awesome customer service that means I have and will in the future but from Anker. The noise cancelling – which is passive rather than active – is very impressive (good enough to do the vacuuming and not hear the cleaner!). Clear, deep bass that sounds rich and solid. Excellent midtones and higher frequencies that sound clear without being harsh. The earphones fit very well and feel extremely comfortable. Overall these are excellent earphones and I would highly recommend them and Anker.

The fit can be tricky for me. Still not found the correct ear “nipple” / “bud” to get a perfect fit from those provided in the box. Might need to get a third party set with more options.

Overall sound is as good as apple wirless headphones. Bass is even slightly better.

connectivity can be a little flaky sometimes to connect but not too often and so is probably not quite as good as the apple headphones which are very good at connecting quickly and automatically.

Extremely happy with these headphones. Sound quality is amazing, although i thought they were quiet until i found the ‘loud’ setting on Spotify. I use them Monday to Friday at the gym, they do stay in my ears mostly but do require then odd push to ensure they are firmly fixed – i have tried the various ear tips supplied but not properly so this would probably sort this issue. The battery life is awesome, they just seem to on forever! I haven’t tried any of the more expensive options bit did ALOT of research before buying these and from reviews etc they are the best wireless buds for the money!

These wireless Earbuds are fantastic, great sound cancelation and really good sound quality. Music playback is spot on, base and treble are well within balance and phone calls work really well. The touch controls can be a little sensitive but not a major issue at all. For the price you pay for other similar products, these anker Earbuds are unbeatable.

I bought these Earbuds in April and after a few weeks the right ear bud suddenly went quiet. I got in touch with anker customer services, they gave me advice on how to fix the problem however it didn’t work so i got back in touch with the customer service team and they sent me out a replacement, which works without any issues.

unbeatable customer service. Very good support.

I’ve been using these headphones for around 4 months now, the first thing I would say is that the service from Soundcore is superb. I had an issue with the first pair I bought (right bud stopped working) and none of the usual reset methods worked. I exchanged a couple of emails with the service team and when it was clear that it was defective a new pair was sent out immediately – no charge and no hassle of returning the faulty pair.

The headphones themselves are close to perfect. I tried a set of Jabra elite before these but they wouldn’t stay in place (I think this was due to the limited sizes of silicone covers). The bigger range of covers with the Soundcores was a huge bonus as the smallest cover now meant they would stay in my ear. They are very comfortable, easy to use and feedback from people on the other end of the phone has always been that I can be heard very clearly. Volume at the top level is a little low in loud environments and they could offer more bass but this is being very critical. Battery life is impressive; even with regular use I only find I need to charge the carry case once a week max, as the carry case will then keep recharging the buds between use.

The only criticism I have that I can’t figure out a way of solving is that phone ringer volume is linked to the headphone volume when using the buds, rather than recognising the setting on the phone. So if you are listening to music at a high volume the phone ringtone will come through at a high volume, even if you have the ringtone volume on the phone settings set low. It can be a shock and blast your ears when this happens so not ideal. Tried loads of ways to fix this but haven’t been able to figure it out.

Overall I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this and think anyone would be crazy to go for AirPods ahead of these!

Pretty much everything about these earbuds make them great, sound quality, they look great, they do have an element of noise cancelling and the sit comfortably in ear. However they do tend to fall out during anything more physical than a stable jog. They can feel as if they’re going to fall out pretty regularly. You have to keep readjusting them in your ear just to get them to settle a little better. All round great, with that one little compromise.

For the first 6 months I had absolutely no issue with these headphones other than the left one occasionally slips in my ear when running, but that’s probably due to my ear shape and very very rarely does the connection briefly drop in busy central London Underground stations.

Recently the right earbud decided that it would not charge properly or turn the headphones on/off when in/out of the charging case which was extremely disappointing after only 6 months of use. However, I contacted the Anker support team and explained my issue and they sent me a replacement set which arrived in a matter of days. The customer support I spoke with was extremely helpful and the new set work perfectly.

I borrowed a pair of airpods while I waited for the replacement set to arrive and I have no idea why anyone uses them. The Anker headphones are 10x better.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLet’s be honest, when it comes to big names in sound quality, Anker probably isn’t at the forefront of people’s minds – but it should be if these are anything to go by!

    Build:

The case would benefit in my opinion with being a bit heavier…its matte black plastic with a clicky but slightly delicate feeing spring loaded hinge. The earphones feel light yet sturdy, but the gloss plastic finish marks easily.

    Accessories:

You get multiple ear tips & a USB to Micro USB cable to charge the case.

    Bass:

Once seated properly bass is present. It’s well balanced, close to neutral in terms of bass presentation. If you are looking for the ‘DJ’ effect, look elsewhere!

    Mids:

Lacks forward-ness in presentation, sounds slightly recessed but still there.

    Highs:

Lack immediate sparkle, the sound is more rounded off instead of any sheer brightness or revealing treble.

    Soundstage:

It is recessed slightly, if you are listening critically you instantly recognise the diminished soundstage from Bluetooth transmission/compression. The whole sound lacks room, it sounds closer and less airy than a set of good wired earphones. It doesn’t sound two dimensional though, like a cheap set of earphones blending all the sound into one layer!

    Features:

There are quite a few touch sensitive controls, depending on the earphone. On the whole – they worked for me 8/10 times pretty flawlessly! Once you have chosen the right sized tips, the passive sound isolation works a treat – general ambient sound is significantly reduced.

    Battery life:

Okay, it probably depends on the volume you use. I have seen less than 4 hours on a plane to 7 hours+ when chilling quietly. If you are planning on taking them long distance, you will need to be prepared to put them back in their case at some point to charge up.

    Overall:

It sounds like I might have been a bit critical – I compared these to a decent set of in-ear earphones at a similar price (Sony MDR 650). Whilst they aren’t going to really challenge them, these are well balanced sounding earphones in my opinion with useless features. They are not fatiguing to listen to or infuriating to use – Okay the soundstage is a little closed but walking around town, the house or in a supermarket, you aren’t going to care about these things. You will just be happy your music sounds great, is convenient and ultimately, that you can’t hear about there needing to be ‘a member of staff to attend customer services’. Even with relatively flippant battery awareness, you shouldn’t experience much, if any audio downtime!

Anker have done a standup job with these – well done!

I’ve been a fan of Anker products for quite a long time, rather than buying Apple products I prefer Anker for their quality, price and reliability. Before I bought these I was considering buying Apple AirPods, which are double the price of these. I’m really glad that I didn’t buy the AirPods and instead went with these. The price is not only better, but I think they look better, have a longer battery life and do everything that AirPods can do with my iPhone. I’ve been using these for around a month now, there haven’t been any issues at all and I don’t need to charge them often. I really recommend this product.

My first set of buds didn’t work properly, the left kept disconnecting to the right and was an obvious fault – contacted Anker and Soundcore, within a few minutes a replacement set had been sent! Thanks Hannah and Kaitlyn – always fantastic customer service when you need it. One reason I always buy from Anker! When the second set arrived they worked perfectly. May take a day or so to get used them being in your ears. Great fit, great bass too which I was really impressed with. Connects within second, the touch pad were really responsive on the second pair. Only wish you could adjust the volume rather than needed to turn on your Bluetooth device. When I have them in without any music on the noise cancellation is so good helped by them being in ear headphones. Charging doesn’t take that long and you get the battery life. Certainly worth the money.

Second pair of Anker airpods. First pair were Amazon recertified & the battery life turned out to be nigh on unusable. Anyhoo, bought these brand new & got them delivered here in Northern Ireland via my sister in Watford because Amazon won’t allow products like this to be delivered to Northern Ireland. The benefits of being a prime member are lost on me here.

Anyhoo. The product is brilliant. Battery life amazing. Price (52) great. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed.

Still not happy I had to get them delivered myself @ extra cost. Horrific service for a prime member from Amazon.

I’ve own AirPods and wanted something with better sound quality and noise cancellation. The Liberty Airs do both of these things. Also they are much better looking in black although perhaps the headphones in a matte black similar to the case would have been perfect. Battery life is great and have managed ~4-5hours before they need to be charged, and ~24ish hours before the charge case needs to be charged – usb c is a missed trick here though!! They connect quickly to my iPhone XS as soon as I open the charge case. No latency issues when watching on the phone. Highly recommend this product.

LOVE these earbuds! Had these on offer for 52.99 and at that price they are an absolute steal. True wireless earbuds with noise cancellation, fantastic sound, great range on the earbuds.

The only minor issue I had was getting the earbuds to pair with my phone, but after a quick email to Anker they were really helpful in getting it up and running. Have had no problems since! Brilliant customer service.

Even at the normal price these are a bargain. I’m a big fan of Anker products and will be buying again from them in future. Thanks Anker!!

Another great product from Anker! Both the case (rubberised) and buds (glossy black) look great, especially with the simple white leds. Battery life is at least as advertised, touch controls are very reliable. FIVE pairs of ear tips supplied, all sightly different shapes and sizes to ensure a comfortable fit and a good seal. Once you get the right fit (no external sound) the sound quality is amazing, especially considering the size of the buds. I’ve pushed up the bass on my equaliser and these buds produce without any trouble, and overall volume is more than enough. AAC codec too by the way. Love them!

When I came looking for a pair of wireless earphones the key thing I wanted to make sure of was that there would be a noticeable improvement when compared to a stock pair of apple earphones that I used to have. These earphones definitely achieved my goal as the noise cancellation is very good for a pair of wireless earphones, the sound quality is brilliant which is not surprising coming from Anker and the battery life has proved very good so far for me. Also it was very easy to pair the earphones with my iPhone X and are in general very easy to use.

This product stopped working almost immediately. The left ear bud lost connection and won’t reconnect. Anker contacted me after I left my original 1 star review and sent out a new pair. These work well and I have yet to have any issues. Good sound quality, battery is as stated. Seems like a quality product.

I got these Anker Earpods to use with my iPhone XS Max. Firstly, the battery seems to last a very long time (much longer than I expected) and you get 3/4 full charges from the charging case.

Connectivity is also great, and I’ve never had it disconnect. It connects very quickly as soon as you take it out of the case.

The sound is very clear but could be a bit louder, however they fit very snugly in your ears and if you push them in a bit tight, then the sound is really good. Just be careful though as if it is in tight, you won’t be able to hear much of your surroundings.

Overall these look very smart and work great with iPhones.

First off these are my first set of earbuds so I dont have anything to compare these too so take from that what you will. However, I consider myself a bit of an audiophile and as such want the best quality sound I can get from a set of headphones. I’ve owned these for a month or two now and have used them pretty much daily in a variety of different circumstances with generally positive results every time. In the office the passive noise canceling from the ear tips works pretty well and even some fairly loud conversations haven’t been noticable or distracting. The volume level is reasonable and even at higher volumes there is no distortion which is a plus. I really like to automatic connection feature, (when you take the buds out of the charging case) i found this makes for an easy use experience however I did have a connection issue with the left earbud which seems to be a fairly regular user issue but after a few emails to Anker customer support everything was sorted (if this happens to yours try a 4 second hold of the left earbud touch interface while in the charging case a red light should show on the top of the ear bud then the same with the right as this is the new way of resetting the connection * thanks Emily you were a star). The buds hold in your ears really quite well so would suit more active people ( I am not one of these) I did jog to the local shops and back and had no issues are felt like they were even close to being loose or falling out. I can ask for anything more from the charging case as I’ve only have to charge it once so far and the earbuds are always at maximum battery and ready to go when I need them. They are small and light so good for walking around town without screaming look at my headphones which is how I have felt from time to time with my Sony XB950BT however there is no comparison between the sound quality of the two which is understandable given their size difference. Bass is good enough that it will stand up to most music types and I’ve had no problems with music, movies, YouTube and pretty much anything I’ve tried to listen to with them. Overall these are a good quality set of earbuds at a not unreasonable price. Definitely worth the price.

TLDR Buy these and save yourself a boatload you wont be disappointed.

Good looking. Easy to use. Bluetooth connection dropped a couple of times which is frustrating when you’re at the start of a run without the case to restart them with! Generally happy though as this could happen with any true wireless headphones I guess. Would recommend.

With my first pair the left ear stopped connecting to the right but I emailed the people at Anker and almost straight away they sent me a replacement unit – I didn’t even have to go through the trouble of sending my defective unit back! The sound on these things, for the price, is good. Could be a little more bassy but for the most part it handles all types of music pretty well. The Bluetooth connectivity is mostly seemless. Sometimes it will drop out for a couple of seconds but not often enough to be annoying. The call quality, I have found, is fine. A lot of people say that it sounds like they’re speaking underwater or something but I’ve never experienced this. Their design is pretty nice as well – I do wish the earbuds were matte to match the case but ah well, they don’t feel that cheap overall. They hold a good amount of charge, if you remember to put them back in the charging case when you’re not using them. I only have to charge mine every three or four days and I use them a lot. Touch controls are basic and they work most of the time. Overall, for the price, these are a very capable pair of true wireless earphones. Anker prove themselves to be a great budget option once again – and their customer service is always phenomenal. Thanks Emily.

This product seems to be great, if you’re into the style of AirPods but can’t justify the price then this is the best alternative. My experience started of to be really bad, as I could only get the right side to work, the left side would simply not play any music. After 2 days of trying to resolve this, I emailed the manufacturer and they sent over some instructions on how to perform a different reset. This solved the issue, and now both sides work perfectly.

    Pros:
() They fit perfectly, with the adjustable buds. I think this is the biggest advantage they have over AirPods, and they fit tightly and feel like the cancel noise out perfectly.
() Charging case is great, magnetic fit and automatically power on / off the buds.

    Cons:
() Sadly, you can only connect to one device at a time unlike other overhead wireless headphones, so if you want to connect to your laptop and phone, you will have to disconnect one from the settings and connect the other one up

UPDATE: I’ve change the earbuds to a narrower fitting and the bass is much improved. I ended up using one of the small narrow earbud fittings. Surprisingly it sounds a lot better and still fits nicely. So definitely try different sizes when you first get the earphones.

    ———————————————————————

I got this when it was discounted for 55. Normally they are around 100. And for 55 I don’t have much to complain about. I have to admit that when it was 100 I was really leaning towards waiting for a discount on the Jabra Elite 65t and getting those instead. But in the end the Soundcore went on discount and it was a no-brainer.

Let’s start with what I like about the Liberty Air. I haven’t had any connectivity issues and they connect quickly to my Android phone. They also stay securely in my ears using the default ear buds. I’ve used them at gym and they stayed in my ears when I did 30 seconds of jumping jacks.

The sound is good for speech e.g. podcasts. I haven’t noticed any latency issues when using with my my phone or laptop either. However the base of these earbuds really depends on how they fit in your ear. It’s mentioned in the product FAQ and they’ve also mentioned it in response to other user’s questions. For me personally sometimes it’s a bit worse than other times but generally I’m not too fussed about it. I will try the other ear bud sizes but then the earbud may be too lose or tight (the large one is definitely too big for my ear). The noise isolation with the default earbud is really quite good. Most times i don’t hear much noise at all. I definitely have to take them off if I need to speak to someone.

Compared to a wired pair of bluetooth earbuds the sound is weaker. I had a pair of Anker bluetooth earbuds before this and that was definitely the case. That is just the currently limitation of the packaging. But the convenience of not having a wire there when u’re jumping about is really good.

Now a bit about the case. The earbuds are magnetized when sitting in the case so they won’t drop out when you open the case upside down. The case design is also a bit interesting. The case has a rounded “bottom” when the charging port is. But it’s made this way so you can charge the case with it stood up. There are three LEDs on the case showing the charge of the case as well. The case can be charged up pretty quickly and to be honest since I put the earbuds back into the case when I’m not using it I’ve never been in danger of the earbuds running out of juice.

To end the review I would say that this is everything I expected. And having used a whole bunch of Anker products in the past few years I don’t expect to have any issues with these pair of earbuds. I had my Anker bluetooth earbuds for 3 years and although it started to hold less charge it wasn’t unexpected and was still quite useable (until I lost them). So if you have been happy with Anker products in the past I expect you’ll be happy with these as well.

Pretty good for the money. Everything I expected.

After watching what felt like hours of YouTube reviews on Bluetooth earphones I finally settled on the Liberty Airs from Anker – the experts in batteries and cables. From the outset it was quite clear that Anker take their products seriously, including the Liberty Airs.

They fit snugly in my ears which in turn blocks out most loud distractions. Some people like myself prefer this, others like to have some audible awareness of their surroundings but the fact remains that you can’t have both. It’s either one or the other.

I’ve upgraded from a Sony SBH80 – great sound and bass but they’re the type of earphones with the battery stored in a neckband. Occasionally they would slip down my back when working out which was frustrating, and there was the added risk of the wires eventually coming loose, especially with a toddler around the house grabbing at things. Either that or they’d get stuck in between something and you’d risk yanking the wire off the earphone.

With these Anker Liberty Airs I no longer have to worry about accidental wire damage and the battery life is just as good as the Sony. The sound quality is just as good too! And the charging case with 15hrs extra battery life is a blessing as I’m forever having to look for the charger for my Sonys, which is complicated further when I’m out and about and have run out of battery.

With Anker’s charging case I can rest assured that they’re protected and charged wherever I am. The same can’t be said about my Sony despite their excellent sound quality. So another plus for Anker in terms of convenience.

Pairing has been straightforward just like any other Bluetooth device I own – and I own many! It feels strange not having any wires having down from my ears and I’m really enjoying this new experience. Thank you Anker for offering a quality product that definitely gives Apple and their AirPods a run for their money!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve been looking for a decent pair of true wireless in-ear earphones for agaes, but all the ones I’ve seen have been either cheap and rubbish looking or really expensive.
I saw these on offer at such a good price that I just had to get them, and I’ve not been disappointed.
The case feels nice, the earphones themselves are glossy, and show fingerprints, but they’re not as bad as I’d feared from reviews – also, some reviews mention the logo on the earphones looking tacky, well Anker have clearly taken notice of this and toned it down, as it looks fine now.
The sound quality is great, not as good as my Sony in-ear monitors, but they’re wired and quite expensive, but still good clear sound.
I’ve not had chance to test battery life properly yet, but they were still showing half full after a couple of hours listening last night.
Overall, I’m 100% happy so fa

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese are really good the sound is nice good base etc the battery easy last 5hr plus just pop them back in case and there full again in an hr or so and they fit perfectly in my ears with the tips straight out the box all in all love them tbh I use these more then my sennheiser momentum truly wireless earbuds because of how good the battery life is for when I’m working. Only downside is there is no volume control on the earbuds and the touch controls are hit or miss sometimes
