I used this to make sure our Christmas turkey was properly cooked. With the 2 probes you can get the dark and white meat to the correct temperature with no guess work.

So much easier to get juicy med rare steaks on the Bbq, and Brisket smoked too perfection.
Even better stuck to the side of the oven to ensure that Sundays pork is gorgeously moist (sorry) but the cracking is banging!

The fact that I can keep an eye on two pieces of meat at the same time is great, especially when you have some people who like their stakes cooked differently.

Used this for the summer and has been a real boon in improving my cooking. Love the fact you can have each probe on different meat settings, and they’re colour matched to the probes.

Length of cable with the probes is great for BBQ, only issue I have is that I keep getting the cables of the probes tangled up.

Being magnetic is great too since can connect to side of BBQ.

I use this almost daily, it adds confidence in what you’re serving is up to temperature and is a lot more accurate than using timers. The little clip that fits between grill bars is invaluable for tracking the internal temperate of a BBW.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersuse this a few times now and it makes cooking meat so much easier, they take a bit to get use to as the meat temperature will keep raising after you have taken it out of the oven, bbq so need to adjust temperature for that. but would not have known that before getting this great little gadge

It’s a little off temp by around -10 degrees according to a calibrated thermometer it’s a great bit of kit, easy to use, easy to read and simple

I needed a meat thermometer with probes so I don’t have to keep lifting the lid to check the temperature of the meat. This does the job perfectly. It’s a little tricky to learn how to use it, especially if you don’t read instructions properly like me and so we had to remove the batteries to reset it after use but I think that’s user error and not the fault of the device.

I bought this thermometer (as it had a coupon) and the leading more expensive wireless thermometer from Amazon, to test on the Easter Sunday Joint. We’ve been getting tired of over cooked expensive joints of meat as the result of a variety of chef recipes. So we decided to use these to see if the perfect Sunday joint was possible in our home.

We followed the set up instructions for both products. Why is the writing SO small? We ignored our usual recipes with their timescales, except for the oven temperature, and went for the thermometer recommended internal temperatures as our gauge of ‘done’.

Both thermometers were inserted into Turkey and later beef rib joint. Both thermometers agreed on the internal temperature of the meats, and when the joints were done, the thermometers alarmed in unison. The meats were rested and the results were stress free perfection.

So I would recommend either of these products – choose depending on your budget and your ability to embrace wireless technology used with an app (which my family loved watching for ages!!! )
