This is perfect for what i wanted, so easy to set up just plug it in and after a minute or two it finds the cameras and thats it all done, gret picture on rhe screen, you can watch one cam or all 4 if you have that many, it only comes with 2 cameras though, the night vision is great with both the infrared and the full colour at night and easy to switch between the 2. I really would recommend this

he only let down on the cctv monitor is that the batterys only last for 1 hour so at the end i had to connect it to the mains. so whats the point of battery power?
i really liked this item fantastic cctv onlty thing was the power supply failed when i went to recharge the battries. i returned the item this have put me of getting a replacement one but thats me .but i did like it .

Great cameras very easy to set up basically plug and play. Wide view cameras and very clear. Night vision is great and very clear even in black and white. no wireless connection issues that i have experienced with previous wireless camera units.
I bought this system to cover the garage area at the back of the house and am very pleased with the results. Apart from the connection of the cameras to a mains supply socket (a 10m extension cable was a must as the power lead is only about 2m long) everything else is done wirelessly. The NVR immediately picked up the cameras signal showing a lovely clear image and wirelessly connecting the NVR to my broadband hub was as easy as connecting my phone to it.
Motion activation of the cameras is very good too and the clever thing is that the recording starts a few seconds before whatever has activated it comes into view. You don’t miss a thing and recording space on the memory card is saved. My cameras are not positioned in a particularly busy area with little or no activation at night but in 2 days of use I have only used about 1.5GB of memory so that should give about 3 weeks of recording on a 32GB memory card.
I’ve tried out the alerts to my phone too and again I am very pleased with the results. Still trying to figure out how to delete the saved recordings off my phone but that’s a minor problem which will hopefully be solved soon but if not I’m sure Milly at customer services will come to my aid.
31/Jan/2021 – The saved recordings on my phone as previously mentioned are only there for 3 days so there is no problem with them using up too much memory. There is still an option to save a particular clip the “Screenshot/Recording” menu if you want to keep it.
I bought this camera system to replace a Lorex system that my 92 year old mother has had for years. The Tonton system is just what she needs. the camera system arrived with three EU power adapters but after contacting the suppler they delivered three new UK adapters within a couple of days.
Ive not set up the system yet as it will be a Christmas present for my mother. Ill give a product review over Christmas.

This is my second purchase of the PTZ for my TonTon NVR system. The clarity of the picture is very good, its quick straight forward to add to your existing TonTon NVR system. The only issue I have found so far is the adjustment of the pan & tilt is course and delayed. If you can live with that small issue the camera is great value for money.
Once you turn on the machine, most of the settings are pretty easy to understand and the software was extremely easy to use and modify. We bought 3 cameras to cover every entrance plus our car and it only a few hours to setup the whole thing, including motion detect, mobile notifications. The table has an alarm which we’ve now switched off as it goes off every time a car passes. However it’s very useful when we are in the back garden as it lets us know if anyone is at the front door.
Picture quality is clear with a wide angle and the night vision works very well zooming and captures far distances in the dark.
The cameras are weatherproof and I can easily view them in real time on my phone app from anywhere in the world in few seconds. If the camera is triggered the camera has a very good led light that comes on to allow colour video to be recorded. In-fared is also very good and the red lights on the cameras give a good deterrent at night time.
We had a problem with the app at one point and the support was fast and very good and we were backup and running within days.
Wow just added a tonton ptz camera to my system it’s fantastic I can pan left and right as well as up and down also lt can zoom in. The picture is incredible even at night I was happy with my system before but this makes my system even better. If you’re looking for a great WiFi system you should try the Tonton system I would recommend it the WiFi is a great system no messy wires all you need is a power supply.

What swung it for me is the number of reviews saying that Tonton’s customer service was very good.
Being somewhat technically challenged I felt that I might need some advice on setting it up. How right I was. They went out of their way to make sure that even this old duffer was able to iron out the few problems I had. Both Milly and Cassie deserve a special mention for their help. I have no reservations in recommending Tonton.
I purchased this product due to an attempted break in, the camera’s are very sturdy easy to install, the monitor is very easy to navigate. Overall i am very pleased with the quality and functionality of the cameras and monitor and reasonably priced.

I originally bought the 7″ touchscreen with 2 cameras, i was so impressed with the quality, and the easy set up, i bought another screen with 2 cameras, and 4 additional cameras, Milly, the person who is available for any help that you need, helped me buy the right cameras so i could have 2 screens and 8 cameras, i have a screen in the home office and a screen in the living room, i really couldn’t be any happier with my purchase
Replacing an old and tired system, superb monitor picture quality, especially the night vision.
Easy to install – but would recommend purchasing the camera extension cable to ensure easy reach to power points.
Unfortunately one of the cameras would not click over to infrared mode for night time vision. However I had excellent support from Tonton service who went through some diagnostics with me and it became apparent that the camera was faulty. However Tonton service immediately said they would send a replacement and will arrive within a few days.
I cannot praise Tonton enough for their service support.

I bought the single camera system and have also just ordered a 2-camera system because I’m that impressed! [single camera system no longer available on the Amazon UK site] Just to be clear; for those choosing a ‘wireless’ CCTV system; These particular Tonton models are Wireless RF and should not be confused with Wireless Wi-Fi. I.E. This system does not require a network and router to work, hence the term RF or Radio Frequency. This is exactly what I wanted. Each camera transmits the video [and 2-way audio] signal directly to the receiver module/screen. The receiver module can also be connected wirelessly via IP to a router – this is when a smartphone can be used to monitor the camera feed or view saved recordings etc and to receive motion alerts [alerts only received when smartphone is in the wi-fi or connected network vicinity]. Recordings are saved on the receiver module itself assuming the preinstalled 32GB is present.
It really is an out of the box power up and use solution! I have tested the range and was really impressed with no signal loss at all within 10-20 metres through walls and floors. Good coverage was experienced up to at least 40 metres away and through some walls!
The unit is very easy to operate. The receiver options are very intuitive and menu driven. The PIR motion sensor and infrared works very well. It’s possible to ‘mask’ unwanted areas viewed on any camera to avoid unnecessary alerts and recordings. The receiver screen can display up to 4 camera feeds split across the screen or any single camera feed full screen with just a finger-tap on the screen. It’s possible to tap and hold the screen microphone icon option too and speak with the audio being heard on a camera speaker, sound level is quite high and clear too with no distortion.
There are options to ‘blank’ the screen after a period of time or leave on continuously. [when the screen is blanked the system continues to monitor/record etc.] When the screen is left on continuously, I have found that there’s no overheating at all and actually operates quite cool. Recordings are identified by each camera name [pre-configured] and stored in date and time format allowing recordings to be identified easily. Individual recordings can also be saved manually to an external USB when attached at the side. I have found that the supplied 32GB storage has been ample with the one camera system during recent moderate use (i.e. 10’s of daily recordings) I am yet to test how long the receiver will remain powered on [when used on a fully charged battery] but so far have achieved a couple of hours. The receiver has a handy pull-out stand too for resting the system at in an upright angle.
The camera is powered by a low voltage mains power adaptor, so bear this in mind when positioning but it’s worth mentioning that low voltage power extension leads are also available. The camera and receiver are well made and quite robust with expectations to last!
The only negatives I’ve found are when activating the screen once it’s gone into standby mode [blanked screen] and/or when moving from split screen to full screen as just tapping the screen is not precise and I’m still working through this bit! There doesn’t appear to be any screen brightness or contrast controls which is not exactly a problem [yet] but it would be useful having the facility to at least dim the screen slightly at times.
Overall though I would highly recommend this product!
I am very pleased with the system and the quality of it with the remote access and 2 way audio capability a significant bonus.
Follow the instructions carefully to include charging the batteries (especially for the first time) and adding camera’s – it’s not as difficult as it first looks.
Lots of setup menu options too to set things up how you want to.
The recordings are in MP4 format so if I want to keep a recording (as the SD Card overwrites) then I just slot the SD card into my laptop and copy the file over and it plays with a suitable player App – Apple users though beware as straight MP4’s do not play on iPhone – you’ll need to convert them to an Apple compatible video file.
I did a lot of trawling around and reading reviews etc. before ordering this system and I’m pleased I did.
Any queries I’ve made to Tonton’s customer service have been answered swiftly and comprehensively and fingers crossed everything has just worked including remote access to view live and playback via a web app.
If installing through a cavity wall I’d recommend a small IP44 rated or above adaptable box to take the power connection lead is installed either just above or below the camera mount – your choice – as the power lead from the camera is not really long enough to get inside the house to further connect to a power socket.

Does exactly what I needed. Great picture quality day and night and all in a plug n go easy set up box. The added bonus of two way audio made this the right choice for me and I’m now able to see and speak to anyone on my property wherever I am thanks to the handy app.
I did have an issue with the monitor but thanks to some brilliant advice from Milly all was easily and quickly sorted, she was so helpful, it felt like getting help from a friend rather than some corporate unknown thousands of miles away.
I bought the 2 camera system and have since bought 2 additional cameras to give all round protection. As a couple of the cameras are a good distance from the unit, aerial extensions solved the issue. That’s the beauty of a WiFi system rather than a wired fixed one, I can move around with the monitor and if needed easily move the cameras without having to drill holes everywhere.
Love the system, so easy to use and set up and provides the added security for my family and property that reassures.
I installed this system back in June, because I have a good wifi signal I did not need the cat 5 cables that also come with the camera kit and they work very good, I’ve had to reduce the sensibility of the cameras due to them picking up the traffic on my road which is roughly 50 feet away from my front door. The whole kit works perfectly and if you have any faults the back up service team is right there.
This tonton camera system is easy to use once you get the hang of things, it requires quite big holes to get the cable through, I also had to purchase 2 extension cables as I struggled to reach sockets. One thing I didn’t like, using 2 camera’s it still shows 4 segments, it would be better just showing the 2 your using, you see the images of the 2 camera’s your using plus two blank segments, the system works well and I really like it, a power adaptor packed in on one camera, contacted tonton, there was some confusion and a delay sending the replacement, I thought This was poor after sales care, but have since had a few e-mail’s explaining why there was a breakdown in communication, So I’m now changing my opinion, I’m happy to report I have since received my adaptor, I am now a very happy customer, a good system, and like many others have to report a good caring after sales service, so thank you Milly and the tonton team.
This camera+screen replaces another make that failed and this is superior in every way.
It worked out of the box, with the screen connecting to the camera with zero user input needed and it even works without a connection to a wireless router.
Picture quality is very good and the screen has easy to use recording and motion detection features.
Best bit though was the brilliant support from Milly at Tonton. I had a small issue to discuss and she took it away to the engineers and contacted me every day until I was happy. I didn’t think that kind of service existed these days.
I was pleased with the camera’s easy to install, also the app is very handy. Had a question so contacted a lady called Milly at Tonton who was very helpful & answered my question. At the moment happy with Tonton security camera the quality of the pictures are very clear, easy to use the monitor.
After reading previous reviews on this system I took the plunge and purchased it Wow what can I say it was so easy to install I’ve got it through my iPad and phone and also get updates via my watch the picture and video quality are really good the only thing I could fault is the cables from the camera could have been longer and the power supply could be longer but overall I would recommend this system I did have one small issue regarding a power supply though Abby at the service centre rectified this on the same day Phenomenal x

I previously bought the 8 channel for my home and was so happy with it I got this for my sister who is elderly and has mobility issues,
The only difficult part of the install was drilling through really tough walls, once this was done the rest was child’s play. As soon as I plugged it in everything worked like a dream, the monitor is touch screen and is so user friendly that my elderly sister had it mastered in a few minutes, you can select a section of the screen and zoom in with just one tap. You can also communicate with callers at the door without leaving your chair, there is a very slight delay in the communication but nothing of any significance. The video quality is so good it is most definitely HD

Glad I did, the build quality is excellent and works straight out of the box without any issues what so ever. Easy to install and picture and audio quality is great. The app is a important modern must have and seems to basic but functional. I purchased an addon camera and had no real problems with adding it to the system, but had to check something with the uk customer service team and they were very responsive, Milly is really helpful and I have to say went out of her eay to solve my issue. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending Tonton.

Following the suggestions provided by Milly from the Customer Support team, I decided to buy the PTZ wireless IP Cameras with audio and motion detection. I am very happy with this purchase.
I can control the cameras to pan and tilt remotely from my mobile phone through the application or from the NVR. The quality of the image is excellent whether night or day.
I recommend these PTZ cameras if you need to monitor large areas due to their pan & tilt features: pan 180 degrees and tilt 55 degrees.
