J’ai un wc compact (nexo de Roca). Le modle round y va parfaitement. Le plastique n’est pas de grande qualit mais pour le moment, le sige reste confortable.
Je l’utilise depuis un mois, le jet d’eau est bon mais il faut bien se positionner sur la cuvette. Tout est rglable : position du jet, chaleur… Pour le moment, la chaleur est au minimum et le sige chauffant teint. Je suis contente de mon achat qui permet une bonne hygine. Le schage est correct mais long, il vaut mieux prvoir une serviette pour scher…
Estamos muy satisfechos con el producto, funciona muy bien. La instalacin es sencilla para inodoros con la toma de agua como la que aparece en el vdeo y si hay un enchufe cerca. En mi caso la toma de agua est oculta, por lo que tuve que llamar a un fontanero, lo que increment el gasto, pero ha valido la pena.
No le doy cinco estrellas porque el material es un plstico de calidad intermedia. Me gustara que fuera un material de ms calidad, pero lo que es el mecanismo, funciona a la perfeccin.
Installation simple, s’adapte relativement bien.
Attention l’arriv d’eau se fait sur la droite , et le fil lectrique est sur la gauche (si on est assis sur les WC)
La prestation est assez qualitative mais on reste sur un budget Compact pour ce genre de produit.

Resulta muy practico cuando no tienes espacio para un bidet, pero cuando estas acostumbrado a un bidet cuesta acostumbrarse a l. Pero muy contenta con el servicio que da, no me ha defraudado para nada, cumple con lo que necesito
– il materiale con cui fabbricato (come ben rilevato da altri), dozzinale;
– la seduta scomoda perch orientata in avanti (e non in piano)
– tutto … “troppo”: pur al minimo la pressione acqua, sembra di avere una spada d’acqua che si conficca nell’ano, la temperatura di acqua e aria e al limite -specie per l’aria di asciugatura e sebbene al minimo- a rischio scottatura.
Detti i difetti, tuttavia, va detto che il prodotto, nel suo insieme, (come detto) efficiente e risponde ai requisiti richiesti.
Het toilet gekocht op basis van de recensies. Toilet zelf voldoet goed. Probleem hadden we wel, de afstandbediening werkte niet. De customerservice ingeschakeld. Je krijgt gelijk feedback en na een videocall met de technische service is het goed gekomen. Het bleek uiteindelijk een losse connector.
I am quiet impressed about the quality of the toilet. After installing we did have an issue with the remote control. Custumerservice is exellent. The give me feedback right away. After a videocall we solved the problem with the remote controll. It was a connector problem. everything is working now. Special thanks to Kevin from maitenance.

I had measured our toilet wrong, measuring from the cistern to the front of the bowl instead of from the holes to the front of the bowl, which unfortunately caused the seat to overhang too much. I was outside of Amazon’s 30 day return window, I emailed Vovo and they were great, sent out a replacement promptly along with a pre paid return label. What’s more the seat is amazing!

Fonctionne trs bien, trs pratique, demande une petite modification au niveau du raccordement avec la vanne. Je recommande vraiment, beaucoup d’options. Point de vue qualit prix y a pas mieux.
I’ve been using this for a year now. I had to ask an electrician to help do the wiring for my toilet, and also asked a plumber to help connect the piping. After a few days of installation there was a major leak from the bidet. I emailed customer support and got a quick response. They sent me a new unit and I returned the old one. After that I had no issues at all.
Overall it’s a good bidet, it still works well and the fit was good. I wish this bidet had more mode like adjustments to the sprinkle type to be more shower head rather than jet stream but it is still ok for me as I am able to adjust the position and water pressure of the nozzles using my remote control.
Sehr gut verarbeitet. Besserer Preis und dennoch leiser und insgesamt besser als unser anderer Sitz, eines anderen koreanischen Herstellers. Die Optionen fr den Wasseranschluss sind ok, aber die Gewindegren beim Adapter sind eher untypisch. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhltnis.

I’m really happy with this seat. It does everything it says it does. I do have position myself and sometimes re-position myself to get all the parts washed and dried but that’s not a problem.
While the plastic of the cover itself is a bit flimsy so you cannot sit on it, the other functions are spot on.
Had an issue with the water not warming up, contacted VOVO (they replied with an email to my ‘text chat’) with steps that I can take. After following them now everything works perfectly.

La instalacin es sencilla, el nico problema est en que hace falta una T que conecte la llave de paso con el WC y la tapa Vovo, pero la que trae tiene unas medidas que no son comunes en Espaa, as que yo lo solucion pillando una llave de paso nueva que 2 salidas y para la que va al Vovo le puse un adaptador de 1/2″ ya que ambas eran de 3/8″.
He leido alguna resea de gente quejndose de que la tapa es de plstico… Y he de decir que todas estas tapas (si vas a japn lo puedes comprobar) son de plstico y ninguna te permite sentarte encima. As que por el tipo de material no tengo pegas.
Llevo pocos das con la tapa, pero en general el funcionamiento es bastante bueno, aunque el cambio de modos de limpieza es ms lento que la de smartmi, sin que esto llegue a ser un inconveniente. El modo de secado es una novedad para mi y es algo que se agradece.
I’ve always been curious about getting a bidet and reducing the amount of toilet paper I’ve used. After my old toilet seat broke I decided to try one out.
I love it, it takes a little getting used to and finding what angle/settings work for you but once you do it’s fantastic. I love the turbo wash with the higher pressure to really clean everything.
The only thing I use TP for now is drying off. The dry feature of this bidet isn’t that good, but it helps in combination with TP.
The Fan is good, deodoriser really works&Def worth paying that Bit more, water instant warm, pressure is fantastic, why anyone says it’s not??
No complaints, why anyone could? Packaging was brilliant, product was quality everything from the instructions(laminated) to the fittings.
It was easy, painfree(apart from my own pipework). Followed instructions, only I put metal lipped bracket wrong way up so seat moved. Turned other way &sturdy as our Bemis.
The fittings for this are good quality & better than other seats. They proved 2 different bracket fitting options, 1for normal loos,screw attachments& 1 for hidden loo,where can’t access bolt hole underneath. Where a plug in bracket included.
The only problem I had, was my pipework was rigid&angled,so I had too move the actual flusher in cistern, up out way to get the t attachment on. Then screw cistern flush attachment back.
Did take little while for my brain to think what to do with this. I did also stupidly try to remove the bottom main nut from pipe,(what idiot wondered y not coming away, glad it didn’t gulp)so please don’t touch your main pipe nuts etc..as if you would.
Anyway was all simple pipe to loo seat, plug in & way to go.
The lid is not rigid, but it’s strong, though I put pressure on it tightening the bolt behind the Pipework& the seat lid made a scary I’m going to break noise, lucky thankfully didn’t.
So no pressure on it please. As because it moves each side up down, it has play, it’s not going to support a solid mass on it.
I can’t see it breaking although at first I thought was really low quality and would it’s not really tbf
The seat is thick no probs there . The only thing is the hole to the bowl, where your wee etc goes, is rather small compared to UK loo seats. So it’s noticeable at first, and tad squashy, (I’m not huge, obese,but yes I am not a slinky either).
So everyone has noticed the smaller hole &men have noticed there private area nearly touching the bowl, 1 is is bless it’s nothing to do with the seat positioning, it’s perfect. But no one really complained about it not working for them.
I do at times struggle to get the water position right, so I’m not sure it’s really designed with us Brits in mind. But you get it to work for you, no problems. Though I get water sprayed on back seat a lot. And have had shoot out the front.
However it’s a life saver for 2 family members, with severe M.E. who went through hell& sheer exhaustion& time, trying to clean themselves. Made them crash a lot& loo 2 was a burden& misery..
Not anymore, it takes mins to get to the stage took hour+to reach, as they have to have breaks between wiping due to fatigue & exhaustion, from doing the loo& trying to clean.
So this is a godsend & also for member family, has problems with no 2, the turbo mode , got them from severe pain, to needing ambulance, thinking it’s kidneys,to sigh of relief, messy loo.
So this is extremely important for disabled people. It’s brilliant &so.are the sellers they are astounding service after care. Xxxx love love love love love. Xxx
Been using it for about 4 months now: It works well, no issues so far. The only bad thing is that you can feel it’s a light and rather cheap plastic, just with nail removing something stuck from the top lid, left marks.. (I plan to buff it out).
I asked the seller if it would fit on Laufen pro H8669570000001, and it did, there is a small overhang, but it’s not too bad.

Installed a second unit and it’s good so far but I would request the supplier to mention what is the minimum water pressure required for the unit just in case case for different applications
Not the straightforward installation as per video, but reasonably easy. A very welcome addition to the household though and probably a must have for the elderly like ourselves. Possibly at risk from children as the lid, being rather thin plastic, is particularly vulnerable. This is it’s only failing otherwise it is excellent value for money.
The remote control feels very robust and well made with all functions easy to find and operate, I have wall mounted mine next to the loo so it never leaves its holster.
The first few time used I was a little worried about the water temp being correct i.e. not to hot but up to now no problems what so ever with the temp being the same every time.
The LED light would be handy if it came on automatically but it has to be switched on manually so I never use it. The toilet seat has to be lifted manually as opposed to being automatic.
Power consumption is very small and according to their technical department its 10 watt per hour in saver mode and 1100 watts when in full use ie water heating etc. While on the subject of technical department I had a few questions regarding fitting and use, they got back to me very promptly and were very helpful.
In summary, the vovo is a well made piece of kit with lots of features and it certainly does the job it is
designed to do, I have recently had a hip replacement and found it a great help in maintaining personnel hygiene. Has it been a good purchase or just a fad, put it this way, I would hate to go back to the old method.

Had this now for about 6 months. I can’t tell you how nice it was, in the depths of winter, to park my bum on a warm toilet seat.
Cleaning part works great, remote control to adjust temperature, pressure etc.
you really do feel clean after using it.

I don’t normally edit reviews as they are what they are, but in this case, I feel I want to. 14 months into ownership, the seat developed a fault. a bit annoyed at having to back to old-school paper, luckily not the IZal from my childhood, that stuff is evil. I messaged the seller. No hesitation, no questions asked for an address and within 3 days of contact, a brand spanking new seat arrived. Fantastic support from this company and my poor old bum can go back to pure luxury cleaning. Maybe a bit too much information, but sellers like this deserve a public “Thank you”.

Excellent product, much more modern looking than our previous, 10-year-old, bidet. The reason for this review is the excellent Customer Service. Although only available through email the responses were very quick and helpful. I believe that next to quality of product, Customer Service is the most important and the Customer Service I received from VOVO was excellent.

Easy to fit. However you need an electrician to connect it to an isolation switch as you can’t plug it into a normal socket in the bathroom.

The seat is easy to fit ever for an amateur. It work very well and simple to operate. We feel much cleaner now we have bought it. It is an a1 product but is very expensive.
I had an issue with my unit and it was swiftly investigate by Kevin (their technician) and then swiftly replaced. Customer service is 100%!
I now have 2 of these units and I couldn’t be happier with them. When a new product is released, I will certainly be upgrading.

After living in Japan for a few years, this was an essential purchase on return. It’s Korean but all the instructions are in English, unlike a lot of Japanese units I looked at.

Es war nicht wie beschrieben ein Panzerschlauch dabei. T-Stck hat bei mir auch nicht gepasst, kann man aber fr insgesamt 20-30 Die passenden Teile auf Amazon mitbestellen.
Turbo Wash ist stark genug, wobei leider die Strke des Strahls nicht fr die nchste Benutzung vorgemerkt wird.
Ansonsten super zufrieden.
Il prodotto mi serve per aiutare mia madre ad essere autosufficiente. E’ semplice da installare ma sono necessari interventi elettrici ed idraulici. Nel mio caso ho dovuto installere una presa elettrica dedicata (attenzione alla normativa per di sicurezza). Per la parte idraulica necessaria una derivazione a cui collegare il flessibile che alimenta la tavoletta. Io ho utilizzato il bidet che vicino alla tazza. Ho dovuto in ogni caso allungare il flessibile di collegamento. Il prodotto nel complesso sembra efficiente e adeguato alle necessit. Non semplicissimo da utilizzare per un anziano ma con un p di pazienza si pu spiegare come utilizzarlo.
I saw one review complaining about lack of service after 1 year and the guarantee having run out , I think you will find there is a 2 year warranty on the VOVO units , I can only suggest you reread your paperwork before complaining

I needed a little plumbing doing as old pipes with no local isolator, but with isolator would easily be a DIY job
I wanted a Japanese one, such as Toto, however they cost 2 or 3 times the price of this one.
It’s very good value. Made in Korea, which is good. (not poor quality, such as the China made ones are).

Funktion ist durchaus als gut zu bezeichnen. Die Temperatureinstellung sollte fr alles auf dem 1.Punkt gestartet werden.
Transportverpackung war leider stark beschdigt, aber das Produkt gut gesichert.
Fr das Geld, absolut top. Ich bin zufrieden. Und wenn man die Gebrauchsanweisung liest,
luft die Sitzheizung nicht bestndig.

Installer les piles de la tlcommande (fournies) et …. rien ne se passe ! Pour la mise en route, appuyez sur le bouton ON du panneau de commande sur le cot de la lunette pour la mise en route.
Je ne vais pas m’tendre en dtail sur le sujet intime, mais quel confort !! Sentiment d’tre toujours propre et net. Il ne s’agit pas d’un simple accessoire mais d’un vritable “dispositif mdical” tant cela apporte en bien-tre.
Temprature d’eau, pression, temprature de l’abatant, tout est rglable pour un confort optimal. Mon seul regret est peut-tre, une notice un peu sommaire et en anglais, un schage laborieux, mais surtout et avant tout, de m’tre pass jusqu’ maintenant d’un tel accessoire par ignorance. N’hsitez pas un instant, vous serez conquis !
A very good toilet seat, easy to install and use. Everybody in family likes it. The only defect is that the hardness of plastic material is not enough high and easy to produce scratches, affects its cosmetic looking. Strongly suggest to improve the quality of its plastic material.
In use it’s great, the water is plenty warm enough, and either the motor is very quiet or it’s running of mains pressure, but the pressure is great for me. Drying is ok, but I do with paper because it’s faster. We’ll see how durable it is as time goes by.
As for the product. It is one of the the best looking electric toilet seats on the market. The overall lid is a little thin but this is a minor issue – explained later. The seat is very easy to fit assuming that you have measured correctly and have electricity and water close by. None of these types of seats are easy to fit to an existing UK bathroom unless you are completely refurbishing. If you are, it’s worth the effort.
As for the customer service from VOVO. WOW. It’s fantastic. Shortly after fitting the seat I had a minor accident when an object was dropped on the toilet lid causing a small crack. As it was new I enquired from VOVO on the cost and shipping for a replacement. The Customer Service team at VOVO could not be more supportive, immediately sending a replacement lid free of charge. No questions, no quibbles just great customer service. There should be more companies out there like VOVO.
It’s a darn good bidet.
The only downside is that unlike many the stream of water is quite small. It does the job but takes some getting used too.
This is extremely easy to plumb in. Not sure why it comes with a UK plug as that isn’t allowed in bathrooms, but the cable is long, so just cut it off if necessary. It did develop a small leak from the body after a few weeks. I contacted the seller and was offered a new one immediately. Completely hassle free. I would definitely buy this again knowing that there is such fantastic backup. And the bidet has made a big difference to her quality of life.
Was in two minds whether to buy the seat or change the entire toilet unit. Good that we went for this.

I have used the Viva toilet and they are little bit less noisy when you use bit nothing too much to worry about.
With 2 year warranty should give peace of mind.

They vovo bidet seat was excerlent it arrived on time and has proved really good in use, I have found only two problems when received the connector flexible water pipe proved too short for purpose and I had to get an extension pipe from B &Q so it would fit and the other fault was the internal light failed very shortly after fitting with no instructions how to fit a new one otherwise ok

The features are one of the most plentiful.
It deodorises any smells.. which I thought was a gimic… it acutally works!
All the wash features works great. Especially the turbo function. If you are reading this and you are one of those people who sometimes struggles with “pooping” then this is a must have feature!!!
The drying is.. ok. And I say just ok because the one I tried 10 years ago worked much better (if my memory serves me right)
The remote is real smart and looks and feels well made. The whole unit does.
Do yourself a favour… if this model fits your toilet (measure twice), then buy this model.
I also like the fact that the jets are retracted and hidden until you use them, so they don’t get contaminated.
It was easy to fit as a DIY task – there were some issues there but VOVO were very responsive and sorted them out…
Firstly the plumbing kit supplied with it was for 22mm piping and most loos in the UK and Europe at piped in 15mm fittings. The very next day an additional parcel arrived containing the correct 15mm piping without me even needing to point this out. One of the seat fastenings was missing; I reported this and cannibalised a piece from the seat that I was replacing so that I could complete the fitting. VOVO responded immediately and shipped the entire set of fittings again – when they arrived then I switched the missing piece back in again as the VOVO ones are more sturdy than those on my previous seat.
Once fitted the seat has a quick release button so that you can easily remove it for cleaning purposes. It is piped with flexible piping so that is quite practical to do.
I find it a pleasure to use. Although it was far more expensive than changing my loo for a combined bidet/loo, I find this a much better solution all round and would recommend it.
The only hesitation I had before ordering it was that when you size up which seat to order the sizing information doesn’t say how far apart the bolt holes must be for it to fit. I started my search with a competitor product and they did specify the distance range of the bolt holes and their seat definitely would not fit my loo. The VOVO seat gave me all of the dimensions except the bolt holes so I had no choice by to order it and hope it would fit. As it happens the design of the mounting bracket is such that it caters for a very wide range of bolt hole positions – so no problem.
Installation was surprisingly easy – it just tees into your normal cistern connection for plumbing, and the mounting bracket gives a good amount of adjustment. Do make sure you get the right size. You will need an electrical socket or wiring point near your loo, please talk to a qualified electrician if you need advice on that.
The quality is excellent, with a great range of functions. Each of these is adjustable; e.g there are 5 levels of water pressure and 3 levels of temperature. You can also adjust the position of the nozzle via the controller, so easy for households to change setting to suit individual. It does everything you could possibly want; cleaning, deodorising, drying, heated seat.
The controller is clearly labelled and easy to use. It comes with a magnetic mounting bracket that can be fixed to your wall for convenience.
Since these are a relatively new thing in the uk it’s worth pointing out that they really do work. You probably still want some loo roll handy, but you’ll use far less. This seat specifically also does a great job of keeping the nozzle clean – it will self clean automatically when it retracts, though you can extend it fully (as in pic) if you want to do a more thorough job. So no hygiene concerns.
The quality seems excellent, though obviously I haven’t had it long. It’s made in Korea, home of Samsung, Hyundai, LG etc so you can expect high standards of manufacture. All the instructions and buttons are in clear English. You are also ordering direct from the manufacturer, so expect the best prices and service.
Overall great product, highly recommended. A fully functional seat without having to spend a fortune on a new loo.
Also please do not judge my bathroom, I am in the process of redecorating!
