We have had different weather stations for a while but this is the best yet. Clear easy to read information and so easy to set up. We had a problem with the outdoor sensor but company was great to deal with and new sensor was sent in a few days. Excellent service.
To begin with I had some problems with this purchase however Newentor were absolutely brilliant in helping to fix the issues. I would have no hesitation in promoting this company and their products which not only look good but are very accurate and so easy to set up.
I found the initial set up was slightly difficult in getting the clock to stay on the correct time-but it eventually adjusted and has been fine since. Readings seem to be accurate when checked against other devices. Overall – so far -so good.
I’ve had this weather station now for a few months and it is working very well. The display is super bright and seems to be accurate. One point is that the outside contact is not considered water proof which is a little troubling but so far so good. Recommended.
Great product which was easy to set up. Nice touch with the welcome note and customer service support inside the box. If the device is not plugged into the mains, the screen goes into sleep mode to preserve battery and you need to touch the top to illuminate. Would have preferred an option for always on, even on battery power.
Very easy to install. The only thing is that I want the lights ON all the time and after a while, it goes dark. Please tell me how to keep it ON all the time soi can see it 24/7. Appart from that small issue, great weather station.
As far as I am concerned it is a great product for the money.
Very bright though you can dim it instantly, and actually like a light, enough for popping out of bed in the pitch black.
Very easy to read the various measurements, with the digital time and date updating automatically, though taking a day or so, and the time showing as well as pressure, temperature etc.etc. My eyesight is not good but this is great with such good clarity.

The reader isn’t waterproof so has to be under cover. We have ours in our porch, but I think this area may be protected from the cold to a small extent, so external reading may be slightly higher that actual temp, though there’s probably little in it.
I’d have liked a visual representation showing that the reading on the left is the external one.
Clear, easy to read display. Very easy to set up. Outdoor sensor placed about 30 metres from base unit and through 4 brick walls. Full signal. Works great, very pleased with this weather station. Would highly recommend.
I bought this to monitor outside temperatures in various parts of my gardena and greenhouse as these can vary quite a bit. Now that I’ve bought the right external sensors (with assistance from helpful Anna at their customer services) that pair with the control panel, it works faultlessly and was very simple to set up.
She also was helpful in advising me on the best protector to buy for the external sensors. I recommend the TFA Dostmann 98.1114.02 Case for that purpose – which is also very easy to install and is just the right size to contain the sensor comfortably.
It looks great, the screen is large and the colours bright. The weather predictions so far have been very accurate. The manual states that the weather station is 75% accurate in its predictions. I have been using the mains plug supplied and left the screen on the low light setting. There is a choice by pressing the top button if the screen is on, low or high lighting. I would recommend, but I would have liked Bluetooth connectivity.
This item appears to be accurate in the readings but one small niggle is the day and date setup ie Month/Date/Year (US setting) would have prefered Date/Month/Year Europeon setting otherwise OK very easy to see readings in all light conditions including bright Sunligh
Arrived ahead of schedule in a simple package with no extraneous protection material.
Had the system up and running within minutes using mains power, with the remote sensor sheltered in the garden arbor.
The instruction manual could be a bit more explicit but is manageable.
My wife and I are delighted with the clear, colour display which tells us all we want to know.
Setting up this weather gizmo was as simple as I could ask for (once I put it somewhere it could actually get a time signal). Display is clear and bright (so bright I always change to the dimmer of the two settings) and can be read from right across the room. The remote sensor is a tad large for convenience, but I found somewhere to place it just fine. Seems accurate enough, although I don’t have anything to check it against.
It’d be nice if I could change the ridiculous US date format to something a bit more sensible, but if there is a way to do that I haven’t found it yet.
The first one I ordered I set up as directed with the comprehensive instructions. Sadly there was no way I could get it to work. It could not pick up the Beacon for the various settings. Also it would not pick up the outside sensor. I reported this to Newentor and they were most helpful and sent me another one. This one works perfectly and I am pleased to say. I am very pleased with it. Also Anna at Newentor was very easy to work with in sorting out the problem and sending a replacement.. it’s great now and I think it is also very accurate. Three cheers for the company!
A very useful gadget. Nice looking, easy to read and reasonably accurate considering that it does not have the technology available to professional forecasters. It is excellent value for money.
I like the screen. It is Better than another similarly priced unit I bought earlier. Seems to be accurate.
The only criticism I have is that I would have like the moon phase image to be more colourful. Apart from that I am very happy with this weather station.
Very easy to set up basically it’s plug and go system.
This was delivered end of august and worked perfect until near end of October,when I got up early one morning sensor gave -1-6 outside checked my mobile phone which said +8 and no frost on my car,tried for several days to rectify problem with no success so on front of information booklet is an email address,so emai sent and responded in 24hrs from lovely lady Anna,this gave me instructions on how to try to rectify problem,but alas all failed,after all failed Anna arranged for new sensor to be sent to me which arrived in 4 days super service,started from beginning again set up and put new sensor outside and has worked perfectly since,you hear many problems with customer services but this company were excellent and thanks to Anna all working well and happy bunny,wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and company,many thanks GM
All round it’s great. I emailed Newentor to ask some questions about the Q3 which was given as a birthday present, and they were very helpful. They even sent me my Q7 model to review because I had asked if I could adjust the barometer setting to read sea level pressure, rather than ‘pressure at home’. So if that’s important to you, you need this one, the Q7.
The supplier has been terrific! And I now have two. One for the front and one for the back!

I bought this for my mum and the display is very bright and clear. Also seems accurate with the outside temperature. She had a problem with the outdoor sensor, but all resolved brilliantly by their customer service. Outdoor sensor links easily, unlike other brands we have tried.
This is the first illuminated one Ive bought, I was put off by all off the different ones on amazon sharing the same generic sensor on the photos, suggesting they are all from the same factory. This one seemed to be a definite upgrade and it is. It’s a solid unit, not cheaply constructed and works well out of the box. Barometric pressure is able to be calibrated which is a big bonus. The sensor has a better signal range than my others too,reaching from my fake Stevenson screen, thru the house to the kitchen.
Plenty of support available. This is the unit in my kitchen with sensors side by side. Remarkable.
My only criticism is that there doesn’t seem to be any way to alter the date format, from US to European.
But generally very happy with the purchase.

Having looked through a number of these sort of displays, this is by far the easiest to read. The images are clean and clear with the information you need displayed in perfect clarity.
The unit is REALLY well built, it is strong and solid. This is NOT A CHEAP, FLIMSY device, but well made and well thought out.
The controls on the rear are simple and well spaced, meaning you don’t push more than one thing if you have large fingers. The outdoor/remote sensor has it’s own smal display allowing you to check the basics whilst in the garden and not having to run back inside the house.
This would be perfect for someone with a greenhouse, allowing you to keep a check not on just heat but the humidity in the environment also.
So far comparing the device against other displays, the temperature is giving me the same reading for both the internal and outdoor sensor.
Will happily keep coming back to this brand and can’t wait to see what other products they have. If they are all of this quality for the pricepoint it is WELL WORTH IT.
Reasonably accurate weather forecaster. It wouldn’t be 100% accurate, as it isn’t connected to an outdoor barometer etc, but for the price, I am very impressed with the information presented, the colour and size of the display. This is the first mains powered weather forecast device I have purchased, personally, I feel it is better than purely battery powered. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
I spent too much time looking for a replacement for our 17 year old model. I made the right choice with this product, which albeit just over 1 week old, it is great. Large easy to read display, which remains on when plugged in to the electrical supply. The only issue that today (21st June) which has been brilliant hot sunshine all day, the weather forecast was and remains inaccurate rain.
Simple installation, automatically connected to the outside sensor. Handy to know what the temperature is outside. Replacement for a different model that kept failing to see the outside sensor and having display and control problems. Very pleased so far, recommended.

I had one for Christmas. Love it. Looks smart in our lounge and I enjoy monitoring temperature inside and out in garden. Every thing i was hoping for. And I got very prompt and helpful response from their tech team when i had a query.
The outdoor sensor on my previous Newentor failed in the cold weather and as it was still under the 12 month warranty Newentor have replaced my old Q3 with the Q7. It’s working well and is very accurate. I prefer the display on the Q7 as the atmospheric pressure is easier to read and nothing on the display is flashing or constantly moving. It was very easy to set up, has lots of features and I am very happy with it. The customer service and advice from Anna at Newentor was excellent.
This item is the updated version of the previous model and it is much simpler to use and a clearer, well thought out display which can be permanently illuminated. The readings for outdoor and indoor temperatures appear quite accurate. The date and time on this model are far easier to see than the previous model.

Because the sensor needs shelter, the readings are inaccurate. The station will show 8c when it’s actually 3c because the sheltered sensor is not picking up the correct temperature. Thus is the UK – 80% of the year has rain and or wind ..????
Excellent customer service following a recent issue with an outdoor transmitter.
Set up took no time at all, once the outdoor sensor had calibrated its self it worked perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for.
The weather station looks smart, is bright and colourful and is easy to set up. Newentor customer services is also excellent. Anna helped me out with good communication and resolved a problem that occurred quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with my purchase and hopefully it will give a long and accurate reflection of current and future weather conditions.
Unfortunately, a purchase of a previous Newenter model in November had a defect with one of the external receivers. After contacting Newenter, they have been very helpful and got it sorted. This was great service rather than me having to send the old one back etc.
This newer model has a much clearer design and I am happy with the level of accuracy based on other temperature sensors I have around the house.
using it on electric or battery power . The package arrived very well packed with easy to follow
instructions that made it easy to setup. I prefer my self to use it on electric all the time were you have a choice of three settings (on dim or off) with a very handy switch on top of the Q7. I like the stand you have more choice of were you have it in the room rather than just one place on the wall, also the alarm is very useful allowing you to set it for two different times a day.
