Product arrived on time. Easy to set up as promised. Ear piercing alarm. Very happy. After one day one of the alarms started beeping every minute so I turned it off and contacted the seller by email. All they asked for was my name and address and two days later I had a new replacement alarm. Would highly recommend. Five star service.
Liked that they were easy to set up and install. Detectors themselves small and unobtrusive.
So easy to install around the house either with screws or extra strength double back stickers. I certainly now have peace of mind that my family and home are kept safe.
Had bought the system a couple of months ago. Installed it Thursday. Problem with smoke alarm.
Phoned supplier, who was astonished that there was a problem and tried to troubleshoot in a calm and professional way..I.e. I didn’t feel like a idiot.
Dan, initial talked me through, then sent pics to confirm my understanding and accepted the fault.
Asked me to return the package and he would send me one out as soon as he recieved them.
I have a tenant with children and said I needed them sent out immediately. So I paid for the replacement units and he will refund me when he receives the faulty ones back.
The units arrived Saturday even though there was industrial action.

Prompt delivery, good quality product, very easy to install. The CO alarm sticker not great quality and kept falling off the wall so ended up screwing it in but works great as a system.
So far so good, easy to install and perfect noise level. It arrived before the date.

Excellent quality, easy to read instructions and fitted within 15 minutes of opening the box.
Box said the alarms were pre-linked but when I tested only 2 smoke and the heat alarm went off. The pre-linked info was on a label stuck to the box and wasn’t exactly clear on how to solve this. Inside the box were fuller instructions but they didn’t relate to solving pre-linked issues. In the end I just reset all the alarms and started from scratch, and then they all linked and tested fine. Watch and follow the video, it’s much clearer than the written instructions. Overall very happy with the items though.
Absolutely great very simple to install had it all up and running in less than 5 mins.
I replaced two hard wired smoke detectors and one hard wired CO detector in 45 minutes. I also have the added bonus of an extra smoke alarm and a heat detector in the kitchen. This is a very slick kit, easy to fit and just works out of the box. It couldn’t have been easier to install.
Only problems I found are 1) The labels where you write installation and replacement info was covered by a manf sticker and the surface is plastic and won’t take a biro mark. 2) The video does not accurately describe the process for linking if you buy 2 prelinked sets like I did. To link 2 identical sets, all alarms in set 2 need a long press for 4 green flashes to unlink them before following the process to add them to set 1.
Instructions are through YouTube and very easy to follow with all fixtures included.
