Nothing to dislike except the time taken to assemble the units.
These ink cartridges from Hallowlux seem to be no different in quality and yield to that of the original brand.
The colours are sharp and reliable.
I decided that seeing as we are in the midst of a financial crisis I would save money where I can and it seems to have been a good call.
I do think it’s a misconception that branded ink is better than 3rd party ink. A well known consumer magazine printed an article recently with the same opinion.
To my eye they look no different.
I would say that I don’t always take the latest updates as I’ve heard they can create issues in your printer accepting 3rd party cartridges, that said I didn’t experience any.
I just press to continue and enjoy the saving.

Good quality ink cartridges, you’re getting 4x cartridges, 1x Yellow, 1x Magenta, 1x Cyan and 1x Black. They work fine with my printer and I’ve had no problems. The prints come out vibrant and the ink colour is full. I haven’t printed enough to know how long they will last, but it states in the description that you can expect about 825 pages at 5% coverage per coloured ink and 960 pages at 5% coverage per black ink.
You are paying a little bit more than other similar products. But I think the ink is slightly superior so I’m happy overall.
In the box you get 4 cartridges: 1 black, 1 cyan, 1 magenta, 1 yellow. They’re all XL size, meaning they should last longer than regular (non-XL) cartridges. Note that that cartridges are still the same physical size, they just contain more ink.
I’ve seen some people say these non-HP inks won’t work with their printer, but 90% of them have worked fine for me. Apparently having up-to-date printer firmware can allow HP to block unofficial inks in some cases.
Great value for money, as long as they work! Quality of the printing is top notch.
Full set of ink cartridges for the HP 903 compatible printers. These inks arrived in good condition and packaged well for storage and shipping. They each arrived individually sealed until they are needed for use and in the set you get 1 black, 1 yellow, 1 blue and 1 pink cartridge. Installed without any issues in the printer and after printing about 150 sheets, I have faced no problems or issues at all. Literally mirror that of official cartridges just without the logo.
I have never used HALLOLUX inks before, so I was a little nervous ordering them. I was pleasantly surprised!
When they arrived, each ink was individually sealed inside the box, which has a 2-year warranty on the outside. The inks look and feel the same as the OEM, they just don’t have the original branding.
Upon installing, the printer booted up and printed a test page. After this, I was ready to print. It has been about 1 week since they were installed and I have not had a problem at all.
The colours are clear and the black ink is crisp. Overall, I am a happy customer of HALLOLUX despite my initial reservations. Would recommend.
I often use my printer to print out stickers and art, So i need high quality inks to do the job. This pack of 4 inks contain all the colours needed to create vibrant prints that are photo realistic and decent quality. It comes with Black, Cyan, Magenta and yellow.
The only negative i could find is the price is quite high, But this is a good quality ink, So it’s worth it for colour accuracy and definition that’s second to none.

Great alternative to branded inks. If you print as much as i do- bunch daily. Then you will know how pricey it can get with branded products. Got this to try and i can not tell the difference, apart from price . Streak free, clear prints and easy to install. Highly recommend.
100% recommend this very decent value set as save a lot of money on the official ones but they work just as well with very good print quality and a similar page yield but much cheaper. Fit just the same and just as easy to change over and no issues so far so would happily get again.
I use an HP Office Jet 6950, which is heavily used. I used the set I am reviewing with the hope that it will last a long time and be of good quality. As most know, the running costs boil down to the price of the ink cartridges. I have tried all sorts of economical options to keep things affordable, but usually, there is some degradation somewhere, e.g. weak coloured ink that fades quickly.
First off, the cartridges were securely sealed. On opening and installing, they fit perfectly. There were no issues with calibration and ink recognition. The quality of the ink was good, and there was no mess during printing. So far, I have used all the colours during printing, and I am on to my second ream; so far, so good, no signs of running out. Specifications say you should reach approximately 900+ pages, I can’t say for sure, but ink indicators show there is a lot left.
I recommend this package; though it is a bit pricey, it does what it says.

With the equivalent HP OEM product currently retailing at around 90, this 903XL 4-pack (1 black, 1 cyan, 1 magenta, 1 yellow) from Hallolux is good value at its present cost of 48.99 (down from its RRP of 59.99). The cartridges install easily and deliver print results comparable to those of OEM ink. Bright vivid colours, defined lines and crisp black text. From an ecological standpoint, compatible ink cartridges are inferior to remanufactured cartridges (which are recycled OEM cartridges that have been fully refurbished). Remanufactured cartridges, however, tend to be more expensive than compatibles (a situation that doesn’t make sense – it should be the other way around). That’s your three choices when it comes to ink cartridges: (1) OEM products which usually come at an unfeasibly high price; (2) remanufactured cartridges – the most environmentally friendly option; (3) compatible cartridges such as these ones (usually the most cost-effective option).

Prior to installing compatible cartridges in any printer, make sure your printer’s firmware is at its earliest version. Also ensure that the printer’s automatic-update checks are switched off. This prevents your printer from downloading and auto-installing so-called “firmware updates” which are actually compatibility downgrades designed to block the printer’s recognition of non-OEM cartridges. Keeping your printer in its original untainted state ensures that you’ll be able to use compatible ink cartridges or remanufactured cartridges without any issues.

These were so easy to install. I have absolutely no issues with the ink cartridges whatsoever. Very impressed with the quality of the ink. I’m printing school documents for my children, and the colours are bright and vibrant and absolutely beautiful.
Highly impressed with ink Cartridge set. The price was great and the quality of the prints have been fantastic. Furthermore, the you getting an XL size which means the Ink last a lot longer than regular cartridge sizes. Just as good as the official HP cartridges. I would definitely recommend.

Ink is all good, prints like the original thing. The colours are great and the blacks are deep and crisp.
No smudging or tears or anything. The only negative is that the printer doesn’t show ink level. But you’ll know when it starts printing funny.
