Brilliant recorder and software. Bargain price. Simple to setup if technical but like all things those without any technical knowledge might need a bit of help. But it is an excellent product. Love the alerts.
We purchased this to replaced a failed HDD which had served us well for over 5 years. The cameras are also a step up from what we had previously, technology moves on. As we had all the cabling etc already installed, fitting the new drive and cameras was simple. I replaced the rubber grommets in the soffit board so insects don’t gain access to the house easily through the holes – just use electricians blanking grommets and remember to warm them up a little if you’re installing in winter.
Overall a good system for the money.
