he Avalla air conditioner is superb for cooling a large room within half an hour. If running it whilst in the room it does not interfere with sound from a tv. Great product.
Great air con unit. Purchased during the very hot week in August and kept our room at a nice cool temperature. The unit is fairly quiet and easy to manoeuvre. Would highly recommend!
On purchasing an air conditioning unit we researched a great number and decided on this one since it seemed to be a sturdy unit with two year warranty, with the slight negative of the noise when it first starts. Well within a very short time the noise was acceptable and the room remarkably cooler, I was very impressed with the speed and effectiveness of the cooling. To the level that even in the heatwave we put the unit on one hour before bed and then turned it off and slept well all night with no discomfort. The saving on electricity is also important at this time.
Love the air conditioning unit! Not bulky and suits my interior decor of my lounge. Not as noisy as my previous portable AC which was a different brand.
Well it came early than expected. Took it out the packaging everything there not much in the way of instructions. Had someone come and fit it to an outlet. The pipe is not very flexible so can’t move it much otherwise the pipe comes out. Can anyone tell me what the strips of rape on either side are for don’t want to come off. Otherwise a happy custome
The unit comes well packaged and easy to set up, comes with all pipes and fittings needed to get it up and running quickly.
Only used it on cooling mode (A/C), it dips down to a 16c setting and for a unit of its size it functions quieter than expected, I could only hear a slight hum from next room while it ran.
The remote control is simple but works well. Best for use in a larger sized room.
Good if slightly expensive unit, initial issue with delayed delivery and amazon telling me unit was lost in transit, after which I cancelled the order and lo and behold delivered 2 hours later, vendor could have updated with tracking information for new delivery or told me it was on its way after the initial delay, however being 3rd party seller, would have needed to return at my own expense initially. Decided to keep it and it works well, starts up quickly, good exhaust pipe if a little short, comes with decent remote and window vent which is fairly awkward but will suffice until I source a better solution. Product is great, and I appreciate courier issues are not the fault of the vendor, however if you buy something on prime delivery, you do expect it quicker, thats why you pay for it. ***Update, Avalla contacted me by email, have planted a tree as per their eco policy, recommend the product and the company ethos, just let down on this occasion by the courier experience****
Product does what it says. Ideal for the larger area.
There is some noise but the benefits far out weigh the fan noise.
Easy to set up and use.
We really needed this and comes highly recommended. Really cools the lounge and dining room down and the noise level is low and this model has wheels for easy moving around

The unit is company and well made and really is an excellent all Round purchase
Brilliant tool, works excellent. My only criticism is the fan only has 2 speeds. Supersonic and very fast. Once the room has cooled it would of been nice to turn it down a little more so it’s a little quieter. However still managing to get to sleep fine with it as is, and the sleep timer works perfectly. Don’t be put off it’s still a great air con unit.
My first purchase ever of a portable air conditioner unit, using it in a Loft, works really well and keeps the room nice and cool, I would say switch it on before it gets hot and vent it out using the window venting kit.
Would happily recomended it anyone, was actually thinking of getting another one for my office.
Easy to use, keeps the room fresh and cool. Better than the last one I bought that broke down after 6 months. A little bit pricey but worth the money.
Two design issues. The finger grips each side of the unit are sloped so only one finger is each side is taking the weight, 25 kgs or so. Should be horizontal. Grips unusable. Second point, individual to me maybe, is the window panel is narrow compared to the pipe diameter. When used on a sash window there remains a one inch gap in the window under the pipe. I would need the blanking plate to be 2 inches wider.

Me long and not Just 1 season and haven’t had the opportunity to use it . I however have tested this and it does work well in cooling the air . I will update with time as to how it performs when it is really hot weather . For
Now I can’t fault it and features are great .Update :: Hot weather is here and this has been a saviour . Cooling is good but noise levels are a bit high which Is with most aircon.
Few Things that could be improved :: LED light from the control panel is way too bright and i have to place an opaque object to cut that out . There is no auto /remote controlled swivel of the cold air vent and if you wish the air to blow around the room . Now relying on physics of cold air sinks and hot air rises and have it permanently facing up though one can manually move it .
