I ordered this product for my Dad as a gift to just let him know I love him. The product came fast and was a nice surprise as he loved it. He has had it on display in his living room ever since he got it. I would definitely make sure it is out of reach of rambunctious animals and children as it is not a hefty light and would break easily if knocked over. I would recommend this product.
It came from the delivery safely and although it had some white dots in the glass, it still looked beautiful. However the sticker was really hard to take off
Edit: The company messaged me and there is a very secure brown paper film that needed peeled off. You may need something sharp to get it started but with their direction, I got it. It isn’t like the clear film with a tab like the video. Product is as advertised with good customer support. I apologize for the original bad review.
My daughter got this for her best friend and cried when we got it because it was etched on the wrong side. The words are backwards when put in the stand and so blurry you can’t read it from the other side. Very disappointed. Now I have to return and get my money back and she didn’t have a gift for get friend’s birthday.
Update: There is a brown paper film that is difficult to get started but can be pulled off.
