Bit worried about the quality as the price reflects a much cheaper product.
Upon opening the box I was so pleased as it was as good as anything I had seen in B&Q or Homebase at twice the price.
Main concern was the spout retraction but as you can see from the video , with a little push at the end it stays in the spout securely.

Nice tap, Installation ok. 2 screws used to tighten up the tap assembly unfortunately 1 of the screws is almost impossible to get at but just managed, very little room to get a long bladed screwdriver into. The pressure on the clod water side is good but the hot water side of the tap is very slow to run. This causes occasional problems trying to get the spray option to stay on. Is there a way to increase the water pressure, Pressure was ok on the old tap? The tails are long, about 60cm so enough length to reach the hot and cold outlets.
To early to say about reliability but hope it is ok. So far so good. Allowing for the problem trying to tighten up one of the screws the job took about 1 hour. I am not a plumber.
Very pleased with this tap, easy to install with very clear instructions, however there is just one problem you need to be aware of, when you operate the on off lever be careful as it is easy to pinch your skin between the lever and the tap body, which can be quite painful! But like me I suspect you’ll only do it once!

I’ve been shopping around lots for a black pull out tap, before settling on this one. Looks like a big brand but for a fraction of the price. I was apprehensive about the quality, but was pleasantly surprised.My partner who installed it moaned about how fidelly it was, but once he passed that and sorted out the water pressure (by removing the filter it comes with) even he had to admit that its more than ok.
Bought this and fitted it ourselves – neither of us had ever fitted a kitchen tap before. Just needed some spanners. Great quality and a great price. It’s a fantastic tap for the kitchen.
Very pleased with the tap (so far as I only have had it for a week now). Got it installed by a plumber so hard to say if easy to install or not (easy for him). Overall matt finish looks great, hope it will last. Seems sturdy, great water pressure, good value for money.
It’s brilliant in operation, and looks stunning. Don’t get ripped off by the kitchen sales room, buy this (if it’s the style you want that is!) Absolutely recommended without reservation.

This replaced a cheaper tap, and it has better sturdier buttons and a better moving nozzle, the superior quality is evident.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.
Easy to install if there is space for manoeuvring but unfortunately the hole for this tap is in the back of the sink Bose so I couldn’t fix the second screw.
Also this kinda tap work very well if kitchen is on the ground floor or you have good warm water pressure . my kitchen is in 1st floor the the water tank is on th second floor so warm water pressure is lower that cold water. So with slight touch to turen tap from warm to cold it become cold because of high pressure of cold water pressure.
So this kinda tap is not effective if your kitchen is above ground floor.
If you want be clever than me and think the water pressure is good in your house then its a dream because its UK standard . you live in UK not EU
Other taps with a similar look to them were around 200 so this was a steal and does the job perfectly. Could not recommend more.
does seem to of slowed the hot water down though, and have tapped skin/finger in the gap when stopping water, very painful.
This is an excellent kitchen tap and does the job perfectly. I didn’t rate the installation as my plumber didn’t say how easy/difficult it was.
