Ich habe den Feuerkorb gekauft, weil unser Alter kaputt war. Gefallen hatten hier dran, dass man nicht eine zustzliche Unterlage bentigt und dass die Fugen nicht durch die Gegend fliegen. Da unsere Terrasse aus Holz ist, mussten wir bei dem alten Feuerkorb immer eine Unterlage verwenden, das ist schon sehr praktisch. Aufgebaut ist das Teil in 5 Minuten und es gibt auch keine Probleme dabei. Dann habe ich es einfach mal angezndet um zu sehen, wie das Teil brennt und ob das auch mit den Funken so funktioniert. Alles sehr schn, ich kann dieses Produkt nur weiter empfehlen.
Zur Qualitt und Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nicht viel sagen. Es ist nicht mageschneidert, kann man fr diesen Preis aber auch nicht verlangen. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nicht sagen, da ich wie oben beschrieben des Teil gerade erst eingesetzt habe.
Aussehen ist sehr gut. Gefllt uns. Haben es noch nicht benutzt. Fr uns sehr wichtig, dass die Seitenteile und die Abdeckhaube mit Drahtgeflecht zu ist. Wenn mal eine Luftbewgung ist, wird die Glut nicht so einfach rausgewirbelt.
Hoffen, dass durch die Hitze keine groen Formverbiegung entsteht.

Used this at a rugby weekend for a fire pit and also as a bbq in the garden.
Very sturdy and easy to put together, any engineer that has struggled to put this together needs to go and get a job in McDonald’s. My youngest lad could put this together without instructions ffs.
It is a cracking fire pit and does what it says on the tin. Get one and enjoy.
Contrary to the images, this item is not mosaic tiled. I was worried that, being completely metal with a loose for bowl in the centre, that the entire firepit would become red hot. Surprisingly it doesn’t. It’s even possible to pay your bare hand on the ’tiled’ surround and struggle to warm it on the metal.
Fiddly to put together but the end result is Fabulous. Can’t recommend this as a BBQ however, unless you are a fan of eating charcoal. Far too close to the flames.
I feel it was a good purchase buf as Im not tbe owner of it I cannot fully expand
Lovely barbecue and fire pit just tried it tonight first time , little barbecue then a little fire only down side is you need to use an extra rack on top of of the one supplied as gaps are to big but well worth the money and looks nice .

I bought this fire pit mainly because I have a lot of available wood and I liked the idea of long balmy summer evenings and being warmed by it. As well as the barbecue option. The reality is that old seasoned hard wood still produces some smoke as well as a very intense heat for cooking purposes. Adapting to this new style of barbecue takes a little time but is worth it whereas the smoke still heads in my direction.
Only lost a star because one corner leg slightly out of alignment so needed drill to sort. Otherwise easy to assemble sturdy and does the job
Not used it yet, just put it together. One of the 8 countersunk screws was missing and i had 3 left over dome head screws. I did sort the issue rather than send it back
We were very excited when it was delivered. Proceeded to assemble it only to find that the crucial steel plates that hold it together were missing. Fortunately my husband is a retired builder so made his own from bits he had in the work shed. If he hadn’t have known what to do we would have wasted 80 odd on something we couldn’t put together. We couldn’t return it as the packing had been damaged when we unpacked it.
It looks very nice now it’s in the garden but cannot comment on its functions as we haven’t used it yet.

Really surprised with the weight of this Fire pit, I have just screwed it together and its quite solid and sturdy.
Looks good too. I will write another review once I have had a fire in it but i am presently surprised with the quality of this Fire pit as it wasn’t really expensive. I saw the same type of Firepit in B&Q for 199 and I only paid 85 for this one. Used the Firepit over the weekend. Work brilliantly, cooked some jacket potatoes inside, tested gorgeous. Not so good using the griddle as a barbeque as the griddle is a bit wide, sausages fell through. When bought a disposable tray which worked fine. Still it is Firepit and not a barbeque and works brilliantly.
It says you can use charcoal on the product info on Amazon ‘ when u get the product paperwork ‘it says you can not ‘u can use only wood

Easy to assemble on my own. Family loved it. Plenty of air flow to keep the wood burning and easy to fill up. Nice and deep, so you can really get some heat going and allow the embers to throw out plenty of heat.
Amazing fire pit , perfect depth for cooking just add a wire rack over the top, nice and lightweight, great purchase

Keeps you very warm as several people can sit around it until late. Esp handy if having a bbq late in the day.

Easy to put together . Don’t over tighten the lid hoop handle as it will snap as it’s very thin and not designed to lift heavy things .

Bought this for my husband as one of his birthday presents. He absolutely loved it as did everyone who came into the garden that day. Lovely shape and although it burns quite a lot of wood did not look too bulky. Great gift at a good price for how it looks

Very easy to assemble. Feels a bit flimsy but quite a nice looking fire pit. Not sure if it’s worth the money due to the build quality. Still a nice fire pit though.
For those who struggled to assemble this – I’m really not sure why! Having assembled many flat packs I can honestly say that this was no more complicated than any others! It’s slightly fiddly to get the screws in but Instructions were clear and it didn’t take longer than 20 minutes! Once assembled it looks lovely and from a quality perspective it definitely stood the test of time! We made a HUGE, massive fire (5 bags of wood and 5 hours burning time) and the pit held up (and astoundingly was still warm the next morning). Yeah there was slight warping and paint chipping – but surely people expect that? It’s a fire pit after all! And then cleaning was super easy because the pit comes out so you can just empty the ash into a bin bag. Overall I think it’s great – my only criticism being that the side panels don’t fit very well and constantly fall out if you move the fire pit and it does altogether feel a bit flimsier than I would have liked. The panels are not essential for the use of the pit so could just be left off – but it is a shame because they add to the look! It’s for this reason that I’m giving it 4-stars!

As for letting the ashes out – there is no way to open the bottom of the tray in the pit. Instead, you can take out the tray separately from the fire pit and pour the ashes out when cool. It is very easy.
We saw some mixed reviews about the waterproof cover but ours was fine and reached around the whole thing well. The only negative (which is why I gave four stars instead of five) is that the 4 side gates at the bottom of the pit are loose and fall out easily when moved but it doesn’t affect the overall pit once it stands still.
For reference: the instructions said it would take a short time to assemble but it took my brother and me 1 hour. The tool they give you screw the screws does not let you move in a 360 angle because you hit the side of the leg. You can only turn it 90 degrees each time. You’ll know what I mean when you try it – this is why it takes longer to assemble.
