I am using this machine as I have very lazy legs so I am using every day fo r 20mins only. its very esy to use and light enough to move about with. S it’s my first week of using it I can’t say any more than that.

ot being able to walk for very long. saw this and decided to try it out. can happily sit in chair and go on this for an hour and feel I am getting the benefit, time will tell.

Purchased this for my Dad as he has mobility problems and was concerned that his legs were losing strength. He said after using it his legs do feel as though he has been walking. So hoping long term that strength will increase and swelling will reduce.

This was bought for my father-in-law, he is 88yrs old and has circulation problems with his feet due to restrictions in mobility.
So after a few days using the exerciser he thinks it is having a result, if nothing else it is actually getting movement back into his lower joints and he has a goal now to aim for.Really easy to set up and easy to move with no heavy lifting. He is very happy with his purchase.
