The grooves all over the machine are pretty damn sharp, so it HURTS to put your hands on it after 1 minute of use and it really hurts your feet if you use it bare feet, so you’ll have to wear shoes to use it. For hands you’ll need to wear padded gloves. I just wish the grip groves were not sharp spiked grooves.

I’ve only just received this, and have used it for a week. I love the product, can feel the benefits already. It is very good quality for the money, clear instructions, and I am very pleased with it. It is early days, but I don’t see any reason why it won’t be durable and last a long time. It is quite heavy to move around for a retiree like myself, but I can manage it. For someone frailer, it would need a second person to help them manage it. All I can say at the moment is that I am delighted with it.

I bought this to add to my exercise regime and to improve my circulation. Within weeks my legs were more toned and now after nearly 2 months later, all cellulite and lumpy thighs are completelygone. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day alongside my normal half hour daily exercise bike workout. I doubt this will make you lose weight and if you didn’t exercise I don’t think it would be as effective but together it really does improve your muscle tone and circulation. I don’t bother hooking up the Bluetooth thing so I can’t comment on that but as a good, sturdy vibration plate, I highly recommend this product.

Really pleased with this purchase it is compact and light but stable, feels as good as previous vibration plate I had. Much easier to move store easily. I bought it mainly to help my aching joints after a long day at work.

Got this as I wanted to tone up. Been doing about 10 minutes a day and it makes me feel like I’m doing some exercise. I ache afterwards but the machine does all the work. I’m going to carry on using it and hope regular exercise will give me the toned result I want.

It’s much quieter than I thought it would be, so you can watch TV while using. Small and compact so doesn’t take up much room.
