I’ve been sleeping funny on my shoulder for years, but this has made a huge difference. I have it on top of another pillow and it’s just the right hight for me, and it’s really comfortable. It’s stopped me sleeping with my arm up in an awkward position. The only downside is that I can’t use a pillowcase with it.

Very surprised but ultimately delighted that this is just so comfy. No more neck and head aches. No propping up surrounded by pillows of various shapes and sizes. I’ve put a pillow case on mine just for extra protection, but case comes off and washes nicely. Definitely recommend.

Bought for the hubby as he suffers with a bad neck. He finds it really comfy although he said it was a hit weird the first night or two, as he’s used to sleeping on two pillows, but once he got used to it, he loves it.

A silly thing like a pillow changed my life, didn’t realise I was t sleeping well, got this pillow and I have never slept better. I’m having really vivid dreams, feel less achy. Will now buy some for the rest of the family.

Been using this pillow for months now. I bought the smaller one. It was easy to get used to, it’s soft and comfy and holds your head perfectly when lying on your back. When lying on your side, it’s also comfy. The biggest problem with this pillow is the pillow case. The WORST design I have ever seen in my life. I want to slap the idiot that designed it. Imagine putting a stiff thick mesh in the centre of the pillow case where your face naturally lies… it leaves a grid pattern on my face that you could do a crossword puzzle on and the marks can last over 3 hours and NOTHING works to get rid of them only time. I have put my silk pillowcase over the stupid one and it has helped soften the feel of the bad pillow case, but the marks will still get through, so I have to make sure I pull the pillow to the extreme left or right so the softer parts are under my face, and not the harsh centre part, if that makes sense – side sleepers need to sleep on the edges of the pillow, back sleepers will love it. I am a side sleeper most of the time and honestly, I would not sleep on any other pillow now, I bring it when I stay with family or to hotels!! I keep meaning to stuff a little hollow fibre into the silk pillowcase, in the centre, but haven’t’ gotten around to it yet, as I am afraid it will just slide all over the place and not do what it’s intended for – to block the grid marks from getting to my face. Occasionally I still get a mark on my face if I’m not careful, but the foam is sooo comfy it’s worth the risk! I still want to slap that designer though…

I got this having had a stiff neck for weeks, along with good osteopath, this seems to be helping. I’m mostly a side sleeper, and like a firm pillow, this is perfect. I got the large firm option and it’s the right height and perfect firmness for me. It does not help with snoring according to my partner!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered this pillow after looking for ages. I am a front/side sleeper and was looking for a pillow with some shape to it. The first couple of nights it felt odd but I soon got used to it. It was more expensive than I usually pay for pillows but is very different from your average pillow.
Overall I am very happy with this pillow.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have been suffering for months with my neck, always feeling super groggy when I wake up and stiff.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this pillow, and it has not disappointed! I fall asleep now super quickly and do not wake up during the night with a stick neck and pain going down my spine. I wake up feel rested and that my neck & back have had the support they need whilst I sleep.

I couldn’t recommend this pillow more, it is definitely worth the investment!

I was sceptical, was I gonna find this uncomfortable to sleep on, would I end up just going back to my old pillow?, well let me put your mind to rest this thing is bloody AMAZING, my sleep is now pretty much unbroken, dont wake up with the back of an old man and a neck like I’ve been lifting weights. Totally recommended, what a fantastic product !!

I’ve tried a number of pillows, but this is the best of them.
I have broad shoulders, which has meant pillows can’t typically give me support for both back and side sleeping. This one manages to provide support in both positions.

The only down side is the pillow is very large, and takes up a lot of room at the top of the bed, and has a tendency to ruck against the headboard.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI saw this pillow 6 months ago when I was looking for something to help relieve the punched nerve in my neck. Even though I saw the ratings, I thought “nah, there’s no way this would work” and I went with another pillow.

I can say now that I should’ve just gone with the most reviewed pillow! The people seem to know best!

I cannot tell you how nice it is to not have to suffer a pinched nerve!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have chronic arthritis & a spinal condition effecting my cervical & lumbar spine. The worst is the neck pain, usually I wake 1-3 times a night in horrendous pain that takes 30 mins to an hour and a ton of medication to become better enough to sleep again.
Last night I still woke a couple of times but wow the pain was at least 70% less & I was able to lay back down immediately. Also the pain in my lumbar spine is also reduced. I could cry, thank you thank you thank you. The best 40 I have ever spent. Please thank the designer for me.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHaving had mri and finding out had lordosis and bulging cervical disc, I decided I need to correct my posture, I had been having terrible headaches and neck pains for a while until I purchased this pillow, immediately after the 1st nights sleep I found great relief, my pains had got a lot less and with each night my neck was feeling a lot better, previously I slept on a raised pillow and I hadn’t realised how much that had forced my neck forward laying in unnatural position, the spine is designed to sleep flat and this pillow lets your neck muscles relax at the position it’s supposed to be in, I very highly recommend this to all that suffer neck and head pain you will be surprised at how much sleep has to do with it, I am so thankful this pillow was made as it makes my life so much easier and will for many others too!

I originally bought this for my partner who has slipped disc’s in his neck however, I find I use it more than he does! I myself suffer with tension headaches, migraines and trapped nerves in my neck and shoulders, probably stress….this pillow is absolutely brilliant for these complaints!! Admittedly I do sometimes have it on top of a pillow to heighten or deepen it’s support but I don’t see this as a negative. The cover comes off so you can wash it, the manufactured smell soon disappears! Bit pricey for what it is but im glad i have it….100% recommend

I’ve tried a number of Neck support pillows over the last few years, with little success, but thought i’d give this one a go. I was sceptical, but impressed by the level of detail in the product description. I generally wake up each morning with a stiff neck and very bad headache, which goes away after a few hours, once I’m upright. From the very first time I used the pillow the stiff neck/headache the next morning just didn’t appear. I thought that maybe it worked just because I wanted it I’ve had the pillow for just over a week and am super happy with it. For me it’s made a hugh difference. I didn’t have a odour when I opened it. It’s taking a little time to get used, but gradually getting better. Personally, I think this “does what it says on the tin” and I’d recommend 100%

Ok, so first of all, I always thought these pillows were a bit of a gimmick and Ive purchased ordinary memory foam pillows before and found them horribly hard and uncomfortable. That said, I was getting desperate because every morning I was waking up with a stiff, painful neck. Ive been using a fairly expensive goose down pillow for a while now and would often toss and turn during the night trying to get comfortable and some nights I could only sleep with my head on one side because my neck would feel so sore. I read the reviews and decided to try this pillow and I am so glad I did. Its literally the most comfortable pillow Ive ever had in my life! Your head kinda fits gently into the indent of the pillow whilst keeping your cervical spine in the best postural position. There are even little grooves at the side for your arms/hands if you enjoy sleeping with your hands up near your face. I swear this pillow is like sleeping on a cloud from heaven and the best part- since I started using it, not even a tiny bit of neck pain, it has disappeared completely and I have got full range of motion back. A tip- if you generally find memory foam pillows too hard and unyielding, opt for the “soft” version of this pillow, this is what I have as I dont like a pillow thats too hard/firm. The soft version is the perfect combo of softness but also good support. Try this pillow- especially if you suffer from neck pain, you will have the best sleep of your entire life.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI’m not one for writing reviews, but felt this was definitely worthy of one.
I’ve had this pillow for over a week, but to be honest using it from the first night and continuously, it has given me the neck an shoulder support that I have been seeking, which in turn has given me full nights sleep which I haven’t had in a long time. I have x2 bulging discs in my neck from a previous car crash and have to have regular treatment to release the pain and tension, every morning I would wake with aches and pains but, since using this pillow, I have been waking up pain free. This pi.low is brilliant as it gives the correct support on my neck and I love the side flaps on the sides that support your arms both if you sleep on your back or on your side.
The pillow keeps your shoulders in the correct position also.
It takes a few days to get used too so expect to have a few nights withal of shifting around until your head and neck shoulders gets used to it,
I used to toss and turn and got pins and needles in my arms from the way I was lying.
Since using this pillow I no longer get this.
I also use a pillow case over it and it still does the job.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBeen having a really stiff neck and shoulders over the last couple weeks that got progressively worse to the point where it would disrupt my sleep and I’d get up in the morning with a lot of stiffness and pain in both the neck and shoulders… I was a bit sceptical but seeing the high number of positive reviews I thought I’d give it a go..

I spend many hours sat at a desk and I’m sure this has contributed to the recent pain.

I’m writing this review the morning after the first night of use… To put it into context, I was at a level of 10 previously but today I’m at a 2. I don’t think its a fluke or placebo but I do feel that it was what I needed…….. Id say if in doubt give it a try and if it does help you’ll be glad you did..

This was an odd shaped pillow that I found very hard to begin with. However I have got used to the firmness so you do need to persevere. I would say it has lessened my neck pain probably by 50% which is brilliant. I do miss being able to plump up my pillow, but again that is something you have to get used to and of course you can’t turn it over in the middle of the night to get the cold side if that is something you do. I would say persevere and it gets better.

I have tried soooo many cervical spine pillow and this one seem to please my neck the most. I wasn’t sure about this pillow at first because of it’s funny shape and how firm it is but I must say it has reduced stiffness in my neck and shoulders a lot. It took me quite few days to get use to it and for first couple of mornings i woke up with headache and painful neck but I think it was my body telling me it’s adjusting. I wanted to give up at first but i stuck to it and I wake up rested and with lot less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I would say, give it a go and stick to it for a week or so .

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI got this pillow as Id been having serious neck pain from poor sleeping positions (on top of generally bad habits with my posture Im sure) – the result being a feeling of extreme tightness and tension on either side of my neck; a dull, constant and noticeable pain that wasnt relieved with any over the counter product; difficulty turning my head without discomfort; and the only “comfortable” position I could hold my head in was to have my chin practically resting on my throat, which only made it worse for the brief moments of respite it gave me!
I knew the core of the issue though was my pillow, as I kept waking up with my head at awkward angles, so tried this one to see if the additional and specific support would help me train me into better sleep posture.

It takes a few nights to get used to for sure – but the relief was immediate: my head and neck were fantastically supported – the issue for me though was getting used to the body position/s that I needed to sustain to keep the comfort on my neck. I pretty much had to re-learn how to lay in bed!
I did though, and the result is that after roughly 10 nights, the neck stiffness is slightly still there, but its no longer remotely painful – I can turn my head in its full range of movement without any twinges or tension straining, and crucially Im sleeping better.
The best (though perhaps still inaccurate!) way I can describe it is to say the pain faded within 3 days from “excruciating all the time”, to “only painful toward the end of the day” – to no pain at all: The stiffness is taking longer to go, but in 10 days feels like Ive gone from having a neck made of solid rock to one made of soft clay – that is its still not completely gone, I still have a feeling of tightness that isnt “right”, but theres so much more comfort and mobility, and this increased mobility has allowed me to comfortably do regular neck stretches and exercises which I couldnt manage before, and is loosening it up further.

My only gripe (and its a fairly minor one considering how good the pillow is) is that while it will fit in a standard pillowcase, it doesnt look good, and the case prevents you utilising the notches to comfortably position your hands/ arms (hence why I had a bit of trial and error finding the right body position) – but without a case I found it quite unpleasant as a surface texture to sleep on.

All in all though, a learning curve worth persisting with, and I’ll take a silly, lumpy looking pillow on my bed to spending my days and nights in agony!

I’ve had this pillow for a couple of months now. I was pushed into purchasing something that looked quite ridiculous in an attempt to reduce or eliminate crocked neck muscles due to awkward sleeping posture. Reading reviews, most people were very happy with this product and I’ve had it long enough now to say that I agree with them.

It looks odd and if you’re used to feather pillows as I was, it can feel bizarre initially. However, you will soon find that your concern about aesthetics fades when you wake up with the ability to move your head and shoulders without pain.

I’m mainly a side sleeper and it has worked beautifully. I notice the difference immediately if I sleep without it, and it’s ever so relaxing at the end of the day to feel your neck fully supported as your muscles ease towards sleep.

I definitely recommend this. It’s made a huge difference to my quality of sleep and I’m extremely appreciative.

I wasn’t sure if this pillow would help my sleep posture and relieve tension and stress in my neck and shoulders? But it really does!
You may be initially a bit unnerved by the shape of the pillow and have to work out which way up is the right way up for you but it’s obvious from the first time you lay down that it’s going to help.
I’ve always been a side sleeper with 2 pillows (and I get it now, that’s the worst thing you can do for your back, neck and shoulders). So moving to one pillow was pretty radical for me. But I’m converted.
The shaped wings allow you to nestle your arm/hand in as a side sleeper. The indent to the middle and curvature to the neck area is placing your head just how and where it should be.
The bonus is I don’t snore anymore (my other half thanks you!) and I’m getting more restful sleep. Overall my whole spine feels better aligned, I’m less achey, my neck and jaw are less tense and it’s been 3 sleeps!! Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 44 From Our UsersIt’s been over 2 months since my pillow arrived, but I wanted to test it well before reviewing.

I feel like I’ve been on a never ending quest to find a good pillow I thought I had with the Eve Memory foam pillow, which in fairness was the best I’d tried, but after 6 months I noticed new and worse pains

I was actually researching Anti Wrinkle pillows, which are a ridiculous price, but a weird shape, like this. If I’d not read these reviews, I would not have bought this as it looks too strange.

I admit, I bought this hoping it would help save my face over pain relief However, I was impressed with the reviews and the reasons on how it helps.

When it arrived, it said to wait an hour to have it regain its shape, but it took closer to 3 hours. Having the pillow arrive so tightly compressed was a positive, as I know only good Quality memory foam could recover from a tight compression.

The cover is well constructed, an excellent fit with a zipper, soft, padded and a good thickness.

I tested it out by looking at the photos on the listing to learn how to use it. I must admit the first night was very weird and I messed about for a good 10 mins before getting comfortable. I was worried I wasn’t laying on it correctly.

I positioned myself on my side and I woke about 4 hours later. I was completely stunned, I’d not slept more than 30mins at a time in over 2 years. I noticed I was still in the same perfect position as I went to sleep, on my side with my neck and spine perfectly aligned.

Over the next few days, it was still weird to get comfortable, but it’s mainly because we are retraining our muscles to align correctly and not because of the pillow.

I also found even from the first morning I awoke that my neck and shoulder pain had dramatically improved

I also suffer regularly from sleep paralysis and dread rolling on to my back, but this pillow holds you securely and you don’t roll over.

I came across an article to say even with these types of pillows, you are unlikely to experience sleep paralysis. It’s a recent discovery and the last 5 nights I’ve slept on my back deliberately and they’ve been the best nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I’m sleeping longer for on average 6 hrs at a time. It’s also relieved my lower back and hip pain. As an added bonus, I’ve more energy during the day.

I used to toss and turn for hours before falling asleep, but since my new pillow, I’m asleep within 15 mins.

However, I’ve recently introduced wearing a sleep mask and between that and this pillow, it’s blissful sleep

Tip: After a short time you will know how to lay on the pillow, the side sleeping is the only position that feels weird to being with. I suggest laying on your back and rest your head in the center of the pillow and then simply roll on to your side. This is a quick and simple way to find the correct position.

As far as anti-aging, it works in the same way as the expensive beauty pillows. Because the pillow has the dip, when you lay on your side, only a small fraction of your face is pushed in to the pillow. On an ordinary pillow, your whole face gets crushed against the pillow and therefore causes friction and micro damage to the skins structure, which can lead to wrinkles and sagging. This pillow is a huge thumbs up for anti ageing

Overall, a phenomenal pillow. The best I’ve tried in 50years. My quality of sleep is better, I’m sleeping far longer, my neck and shoulder pain has greatly improved, as has my hip and lower back recently. And of course the bonus is that it is a beauty device for anti ageing. It’s good quality, it’s excellent quality memory foam and the price is fair when comparing to other pillow on the market.

    Would I buy again?
    Absolutely! And so should you!

I am very mixed on this review and product. On the one hand and the most important point after about 3 weeks of much worse next and shoulder pain tham usual which was interrupting my sleep and hurting in the day I bought this pillow. For the first 2 nights I couldn’t sleep much but the pain basically cleared durong the day. From the 3rd night I did manage to sleep and the pain is much reduced. The negatives of this pillow and why I don’t think it’s necessarily the long term solution for me is the pillow is very hard and has a hole/dip for your head (which I’m presuming is what helps relieve the pain). The problem with this is it’s harder to sleep and when I switch sides in the night I have to move the pillow or my head to line my head up with the dip again. However, there is no denying that this has alleviated the pain which really is the most important thing. I’m very glad Ibought this as I think I will bring it out anytime I need to sort out my neck or shoupain but I can’t imagine using this as my pillow forever! It’s too hard and makes my bed look like an old people’s home! I would howeber definitely recommend buying it to use as and when you have triggered neck or shoulder pain and need to sort it out.

Golden Review Award: 261 From Our UsersI bought this pillow a few months ago and decided to wait for a while to see if it would alleviate my neck pain on a continuous basis.
I had been suffering from ongoing spells of neck and shoulder pain due to chronic arthritis. The pain and stiffness was always much worse in the mornings and I realised that I would need to replace my pillow which though comfortable, was not providing enough support to my neck. I spent several months and a lot of money, buying and trying out different types of pillows but to no avail. Eventually, I read the reviews on Amazon for this pillow and decided that as all of the other pillows had not helped in alleviating any of the pain and stiffness, I had nothing to lose amd bought it. I experienced some relief almost straight away. The months went by and I continued to have a lot less pain in the neck and shoulder from the arthritis. I will always have to manage the arthritis but at least I know now that this pillow holds my neck and shoulders in a good posture when sleeping and has resulted in my having alot of relief from pain and stiffness and especially so in the mornings. I was at my wits’ end by the time that I came across this pillow and as I was influenced by the reviews of other purchasers , I decided to post my review of my experience with a view to help other people who suffer from ongoing neck and shoulder pain.
I am delighted with this pillow and as anyone who suffers from arthritis knows, there is no magic bullet to treat it but this pillow has helped me enormously in managing the symptoms that I have described. At last, some relief for which I am very grateful.

Golden Review Award: 451 From Our UsersSo I’ve had this now a few weeks. The reason I bought it was due to existing pain in my neck I wanted to try to reduce. I read the reviews on a other products and decided to go with this one. So here are my pros and cons, please bare in mind I have nothing but conventional pillows to compare it to.

    Pros
Firm support on my neck when I’m sleeping.
    Reduced neck pain in general.
More mindful when choosing sleeping positions.
Pillow adapts to any position of sleep.
Once you’ve adjusted to sleeping on it you get a good night’s sleep.
Well made product that you can return if you’re unsatisfied.
Fits in a normal pillow slip.

    Cons
    The removable cover isn’t replaceable.
It had a smell about it that’s taken weeks to disappear or I’ve grown used to it.
You’re meant to sleep without a pillow slip on but the make up of the pillow catches on ear piercings. OUCH!
It takes perseveration to adjust to sleeping on it as it’s a lot lower than what I used to sleep on but once you crack it it’s good.
As it has memory foam in it, it can become too warm.in hotter weather.

Overall I would buy it again as it’s doing what I need it to do. Hope this helps
