Previously I have purchased a handvac and a robovac by Eufy and been very happy with performance and customer service. This stick vacuum does the job required exceptionally well. Although I have no experience of other similar cleaners, so cannot compare, I would have no hesitation recommending this.
Works well around the house, shame about the battery life of max suction, but overall very happy!
Have a Dyson and bought this as a gift for an elderly relation. Helped them put it together and start using it. I was very impressed. Reviews had been good and this device lives up to them. The amount of dust that it sucks up from a mat is very impressive. It’s easy emptied and comes with all the head types that’s needed. The only improvement that I would suggest is that the docking station could be made better by having the power supply plugged into it rather than having to plug it into the device.
..advert was wrong, there is no additional battery included in this model….however, customer care resolved for me by sending me an additional battery, which was great, would have just returned again. item seems sturdy and quite well made, with a couple of handy attachments. bought for elderly mother, and seems quite manageable for her, weight and manoeuvrability wise, so quite pleased/satisfied at the present. not sure as to battery longevity, early days, which is why a second battery is a must. suction seems half decent for a battery powered stick, have had a couple of mediocre stick vacuums previously, so it is stacking up well up to now. so in all would recommend at my price poi

Having used a Dyson in work I bought this for the house. Much prefer this one. Better suction and battery than Dyson but slightly heavier.
For the value this is perfect for me. Has enough power for one floor at a time and does a good job of cleaning. Used for a few months and can’t fault it.
Excellent battery life, lightweight and great suction power.
I use it daily, mainly for the entire ground floor (Tiled kitchen + two rooms + hall way), to keep house clean and dust free (I have a baby that crawls everywhere) and can easily manage it with battery to spare.
I use it as my primary vacuum, and think this is enough for a house that is relatively clean to begin with. Good job Eufy by Anker, great produc
Fantastic eufy hoover. I’m really pleased I brought it and so far haven’t regretted it yet. Very easy to use and all the attachments will come in handy when needed. Top seller as well.
Great little vac. Very well made. Good suction and battery life isn’t to bad.
It’s a decent secondary vacuum if you want to quickly pickup all the dust and bits from your hard floors daily. It’s not great on carpet, certainly not as good as my Shark mains powered vacuum, but then I wasn’t expecting it to be.
Theres a couple of annoying ‘features’. You have to hold the trigger to operate it, would have been nice if it was on/off instead, I guess it depends how long you’re going to use it for. It doesn’t remember the power setting either which makes the trigger operation even more annoying! You have to press the button each time you pull the trigger to get full power.
The tools are of average quality, mainly the brush parts are a bit naff by comparison to more expensive models.
The power cable doesn’t integrate into the wall holder which is a bit of an oversight in my opinion, I’d have liked to see it plug in when you put it in the holder, as it is you’ve got to plug it in separately (and remember to do so), not a big one though. You can remove the battery, put the vacuum in the holder, then charge in a different place than you store it, that’s good.
Battery life is decent, I can do my kitchen, dining room and living room easily (all hard floors) on one charge which is what I purchased it for.
Overall it’s a good purchase for the price.
Bought this product in Sep’20 and since then the suction had reduced to when it was bought new. However, the team at Eufy replaced the whole unit straight away, and the new unit is working perfectly. Great aftercare
The packaging was very good. Delivery excellent It is very easy to assemble and comes with several useful tools. It charges up quickly and is very light to use. I’ve not had a stick vacuum before so I can’t compare but my experience with this one makes me wish I’d got one sooner. It makes cleaning stairs an absolute doddle.
