I love these mats, I’ve used them over and over again and they still look good, easy to clean ( just a wipe ) and the cookies, pastries or whatever you are making slide right off.

I bought these to try and reduce my use of grease proof paper (if I have it in!) and they are perfect. I really recommend them for ease of use and quick to clean.

Much better than previous silicone baking sheets I have tried before. Very strong, great colours and design, durable and easy to clean. Perfect sizes for my oven trays too. Highly recommend both product and seller.

Have used the largest for kneading bread dough – but while it worked, it was too small for me, so I had to get a bigger mat. The other sizes have come in handy for lining trays and other baking. Have used the 2nd size down for the halogen, but keeping the temperature below the 230 degrees. Have cleaned up no problem so far. They’re really bright and cheerful looking too. Love them!

I was getting fed up with using tinfoil/parchment paper to line the bottom of baking sheets when cooking in the oven. Using these not only saves me money but by cutting down on waste it’s a green option too. I’m already noticing the difference. And when not using them I roll them up with an elastic band and pop them in a drawer.

Arrived quickly and is as described. Dead easy to clean with no sticking. Really good value as four different sizes, I haven’t used for baking yet (only roasting) but I’m sure it will be brilliant for biscuits/meringues.

Really good & easy to use . Saves hassle of using grease proof paper cut to size & bsking slides off easily when cooked . Only reason didn’t mark durability high is because I’ve only just got them so can’t comment until I’ve had them longer . Excellent buy otherwise

Saves wasteful ,throwaway foil and parchment. I have uses it for sausages, bacon, kievs etc. I wiped the worst of the oil and stain off promptly then put in dishwasher. It’s come up as good as new

Bought these after watching a programme on helping the planet. Used them in grill pans and baking trays to eliminate the use of tin foil. Found them to be perfect size and wash well. Highly recommend. Amazon however need to address their packaging as these could have been posted through the letter box instead of the house sized box they sent them in.

I was very impressed with how good these are. Even my scampi and battered fish just slid right off and I actually got all the batter to eat not just what wasn’t stuck on the baking tray. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a set for over a year and been so impressed I’ve recently ordered more. The sheets are perfect for protecting baking trays, prolonging their use massively. In the past I’ve had to throw out for recycling many trays that have become encrusted with stubborn, burnt on food but since using these the trays are hardly dirty at all. The older sheets I have are a little greasy looking but still perform well. Food just slides off silicone and fat can be dabbed off with ease. Honestly, I would not like to be without them.

Love the variety of sizes of this set of mats. The imprinted markings and measurements on the mats are useful. I have used them many times since purchase and they are very robust. I have also used them on occasion at 200c oven heat without any detrimental effect. Food just slides off and no more scrubbing of trays. They clean up very easily and don’t even looked used. Certainly saves on tin foil and baking paper. Really satisfied with this purchase and would recommend.

We’ve been using mats like these for years. These ones are better than most – they’re thicker, more robust, last longer and really do shed even hard-baked and/or burnt-on grease and food. They can be cleaned in the dishwasher, although we’ve found that chemicals in dishwasher tablets do gradually degrade the non-stickiness. If you can, scrub clean with a dish brush. Somewhat oddly, the non-stick surface of these mats feels slightly sticky to the touch – don’t worry; they really are good at not getting stuff stuck on them. They do eventually discolour and slowly become less effective, but they should last you for several years.

Easy to clean, food doesn’t stick. Had them before they keep my oven and oven trays really clean. Only replacing because I left my last one in the oven and forgot to turn it off. It didn’t set on fire or melt or even disintegrate. Just got browner and more brown and more brown. Just didn’t like the colour so decided to replace. NO odour either. I love these oven mats and you can cut down with scissors to fit all different sixed over trays etc. They don’t fray when cut.

I wanted to reduce the amount of greaseproof paper etc that I was throwing away after cooking. These mats have been great – I’ve been using them for about a month now, and I’ve used no disposable greaseproof paper in that time. The mats are still looking in great condition. I even cut one of the larger ones to fit 2 of my smaller baking trays, and that has been fine.

I love that there are four different sizes and marked out if making macarons. It washes beautifully with just hot water and washing up liquid. I bought two packs so I can use one for just baking and the other for different things such as roast potatoes etc because most of my trays aren’t non stick but they’re so easy to clean I probably only needed one pack. I think using these is eco friendly because I can use them over and over. I was using a lot of foil on the base of my trays before so it will end up saving me money in the long run. I’m really happy with my purchase

Tested these mats for the first time since I received them and I’m pleased to say they work! My hot wings which normally stick to all the oven dishes I have (and take ages to clean off) now have a wonderful, genuinely no stick mat to protect them – the cooked food just glides off. In addition to that, the mat itself is a breeze to clean – simply wash down gently with warm soapy water in under 3 seconds! Would highly recommend 🙂

For years, the doughie stuffed crust pizza has stuck to baking trays. I’ve tried oil, baking paper, special pizza trays. Nothing works. Until now.

These little baking trays are perfect!! Pizza slipped right off (baking tray underneath for support in the oven). perfect. No mess. No sticking. Brilliant.

Haven’t baked with them but will use for a variety of things and see what works. Probably all of them!!

A must for every kitchen. Don’t be fooled by the price, these things feel vastly more expensive.

Got these mats that arrived sealed in a pack of three. The three sizes are really useful if space is limited for a job. Posted a couple of pictures that shows them.

Found them really easy to use and clean. Very easy to roll out pizza dough on and kept my surfaces clear of flour. Feel like they would last a long time as they are well made. They also grip the worktop very well which make rolling easy.

Easy to roll and measure pizza, love i

I can’t comment on durability as I’ve only had these a few days but they seem good quality. They are a reasonable thickness, wash easily and the various sizes are really handy. As well as using them on baking trays I’ve also used them to line my Ninja grill to save on washing up, I used foil before so they are more environmentally friendly. They also come with a little pastry brush which is an added bonus.

  33. Terry Walsh says:

I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to discover these. They have replaced my need for parchment paper when baking cookies and they’re also excellent as a non stick mat for when I’m making fondant icing models for cakes.
I have also used them to catch fat drippings off of bacon to help make the cleanup quicker and also roasted veggies on them all without problem.
Food bits slide off the mats so easily and it is proper non stick.

The only minor thing I’d like to point out is that if you don’t scrub them properly (not too harshly though) with hot soapy water afterwards then they do leave a greasy feel as if it’s not been washed properly.

They’re slightly wider than my baking trays but it’s not much of an issue and I think I’ll just purchase different sizes in the future.

Not only do these work really well, but they look nice. They are robust and the markings on them are really handy. This product is great and easy to use. I’ve had them several months now and they are very durable. They stain a bit with use but that’s normal. Depending on what you cook on it, will dictate on how easy it is to clean. So worth the money and great for cooking and reducing oil content in food.

I used the large blue sheet for the bottom of the oven for splash.
I pre heated my electric oven 220 for 10 minutes. When i opened the oven smoke was coming out then the smoke alarm went off. Shet burnt lucky i got it out.
I’m now worried using it for cooking on baking tray.UPDATE I have used on my old baking tray. They work so far nothing got stuck . don’t use it for the bottom of the oven.

Bought these for choux buns and macaroons. They work great for this and baked grounds don’t stick. Couple of downsides: largest mat doesn’t fit in a standard oven tray and macaroon guides are incredibly small.

Really happy with these tray liners. I bought them for baking home made pizza with my niece. The largest one was great for rolling out the dough and the smaller 2 fit into my oven trays like a glove. Love these!! I read a lot of reviews about a lot of different mats. These were the best. I used them yesterday for the first time. No smell, no smoke( like some reviews). I made seed biscuits which are very good at sticking to whatever paper I put them on, I put them on the mats and hey presto they just lifted off like magic! Later I cooked chicken wings and again NO sticking! Thank you!!

I love these mats, they take all the stress out of a sticky bake! I have used them for cookies, brandy snaps, biscuits etc. They fit well into the bottom of baking trays and they all have different shapes on them as guides; my previous sheet had ridges which ruins your pastry. The only thing I would say is just be aware that your baking times are affected as they don’t conduct heat as well as the metal trays and things will need to go in for longer. The grease is another issue, actually cleaning the mats is slightly painful as the grease does not want to come off and the mats are more awkward to wash, I think I’ll have to work harder at finding a cleaning solution! Overall I would highly recommend these, especially to those of you that are fed up of eating parchment paper!!!

I’ve had these baking mats 3 weeks now and so far they seem great! They appear to be woven inside but are encased in silicone so I’ve been able to cut them up to fit my baking trays (as they are huge!) with no ill effects; I was concerned they may disintegrate with regular use and washing but they seem pretty well made so I don’t think that will be a problem. I’ve used them for tons of different things, roasted veggies, cookies and frozen potato products. Haven’t used them for anything messy or saucy like roast meat because I’m lazy and I prefer to use foil for easy clean up but I’m pretty certain they can handle it. Kept one full size so I can use it for rolling out dough, works well. Fairly easy to wash too.

I wanted to reduce my use of tin foil so thought I’d try these and I’m really pleased. They are easy to use. They take a bit of extra muscle to clean as they can remain a bit greasy if not done properly but if your using them for baking only, you prob won’t have this problem. I cut one of mine in half so it fit one of my trays and it’s been fine too.

Used for Macarons the guides for size were so much easier than drawing lots of circles on baking parchment and then flipping to avoid the ink getting into your cookies. Easy to use, easy to clean Macarons came off with ease and great customer service from seller received a follow up asking if the product was suitable for me.

Had enough of using foil and parchment paper for all oven needs. Didn’t know much about silicone mats until i stumbled upon them after a few baking videos and decided to give them a try. Glad i did as these things are great. Bought these about 2 months ago and have been using them for various things from baking pastry to cooking marinated chicken and so far no issues (I don’t use my oven at higher temps than 220 degrees C).
Very easy to clean, no issues with heat and ever since using them I haven’t had to lather them with oil or butter in order to release food after cooking (so health benefit too).

Mats are easy to use and clean, I let it cool scrape into bin then wash hot soapy water. This is not for cooking with lot’s of oil ideal if you want to stop using butter/oil to line baking tray. The brush is nice free extra but very flimsy.

This was very good for my baking purposes, I’ve been making cookies with them. My only issue is that they feel somewhat difficult to wash up (as are most baking mats), and they still feel a bit “greasy” after a good scrub with Fairy Liquid and a washing up brush. Not sure if I’m washing them up wrong though.

I measured my baking trays before I ordered these to make sure they would fit. Unfortunately, these Baking Mats are larger than the size stated in the advert, so don’t fit. I have used one of the smaller mats on a larger baking tray and the results were very good. The food did not stick and the mat was easy to clean. I am now trying to find baking trays that will fit these Baking Mats. Other than the size being too big, they are very good baking mats and work like magic.

Tried this after getting fed up with so called “non-stick” – wow, why did I wait so long? Totally fantastic to use for so much, easy to clean, non stick. Have one in the bottom of the oven too, over some tin foil as I have a fan oven – catches drips/spills and a darn site easier to clean. Cookies, scones, kneading dough, mixing bowl on top to prevent slip – these mats are so useful and versatile.

  64. M. Lance Lusk says:

These are so easy to clean it’s unreal. Because of this, trays actually stay cleaner for much longer as this protects them. They’re good value for money too as you get 3 of them, meaning you can choose what to use them. My only complaint is I wish these were a little smaller to be a universal size as I find these don’t fit any on my trays. However that’s more my fault for not measuring them out before purchasing.

I previously had silicone matts from Ikea and thought that they were great. After a while they started to change colour when I used them at high temps so I thought I would give these a go as they had good ratings. Only used a few times but what a difference. I don’t remember the other ones i had being this good, the food just slides off after being cooked. I haven’t tried above 200C yet but they are working well so far. They are super easy to clean, just some washing up liquid, a little sponge down and rinse and they are ready to go again.

    Pros:
    -Genuinely non stick

    -Right size for most ovens

    Cons:

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent purchase. Perfect for keto cooking. Gouda/Edam Crackers slid onto the serving plate, Fat Head pizza dough ( minus egg) was an easy rather than traumatic experience. Pressed out to a thin crust directly onto the sheet, great with the rulers along the side. Baked for seven mins and easy to flip using another of the silicon sheets. Toppings added, returned to oven and the whole lot crisped up and wizzed off the silicon sheet. Delighted, would recommend.

I find these easy to use and they do the job. One question asked was “Do you need to use a baking tray or can you put them on the oven shelf?” I always put them on the oven shelf and have had no problems, however, when these people say they are non stick they mean they are non stick, so if you put them on the oven shelf with four people’s dinner on them be very, very careful getting it out of the oven or you will find all your dinner sliding gracefully onto the floor!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersAbsolutely love my silicone mats. I have wasted so much money buying foil and actually my food would stick to it anyway and I’d have to use oil to try and prevent this from happen (which wasn’t always successful).

First use – I washed all the mats with a little soap on a sponge and gave them a gentle scrub.

How I use the mats in the oven or grill – I place the mat on the rack directly or in the tray and place my food on top with NO OIL. Cooks perfectly and does not stick. So far I have cooked pizza, halloumi, cheesy jalapeo bites and pitta naan bread.

Cleaning tip – as soon as you take your food off the mat wipe it down with a wet cloth whilst it’s still hot. The stains wipe off and no scrubbing is required later with the sponge. Once the muck has come off the mat with the wet cloth I just lightly wipe it down with a soapy sponge. Careful when touching the mats after they’ve been in the oven/grill. Initially they are quite hot so use oven gloves or a cloth. They quickly cool down though once you’ve take them out the oven/grills

Pack of 3 (different colours) – it’s perfect that they have 3 different colours and it comes as a pack of 3. I use the green one for veg food, blue for chicken or fish and red for rolling out chapatis/dough on and baking cookies. Obviously you can chose what colour you use for what or mix it up. This is just what I do.

Storage – I sometimes roll them up if I have limited space in my drawer or keep them flat.

I will definitely not be buying foil again. This is a must have for everyone. To add I have also made my second purchase for my best friend as she absolutely loved using them when she came to my house.

Both times nothing stuck and I just popped the mat in the dishwasher and it came out lovely and clean! Baking tray only needed a wipe off, so will also help them last longer.
Easy to store – the big one lives on a baking tray in the cupboard while the others are rolled up and tucked in a drawer. They look like they will last too.
Measurements marked on the mats will come in handy, and the little pastry brush included is nice with soft silicone “bristles”.
    Would definitely recommend!

These are brilliant. I’ve used them on baking trays to cook crackers, sourdough bread, roasting chicken portions, coking homemade chips, base lining a lasagne dish, rolling and chilling herb butters, in fact anything one would usually use baking parchment or foil for. They don’t stick, wash brilliantly, and seem to be very durable. The set has a good range of sizes to suit most uses. So nice to not have to throw away parchment and foil! I was so impressed I bought another set for me and one for each of my adult children.

If you love baking paper but hate the waste of throwing it away and also risking a nasty cut whenever you tear some off – get these! Get them straight out of the drawer, stick them in the baking tray, nothing sticks to them, clean in the dishwasher, back in the drawer. No waste, no fuss, love them. Would buy more but the joy is, you don’t need more! This pack comes with size guides and circles and are nice colours too, highly recommended.

What can I say? These are majorly impressive and delivery was second to non! Ordered gone 9pm on the Friday night and they arrived before noon on the Saturday! They’re fab for roasting potatoes, veggies, cooking scones, biscuits. Use them daily for one thing or another, easy to wash and dry too. No issues with anything sticking at all and use i good minimal amount of oil for roasting veg and potatoes so perfect for healthy eating

I bought these mats to cut down on cleaning of my baking trays which soon seem to accumulate burnt on food and become scratched easily as well. Also it is better than constantly using greaseproof paper or baking parchment which adds to the large amount of household waste we are all dealing with these days. So far I have cooked things like chicken, sausages, chips on them with no problems. They are very easy to clean with washing up liquid and water, and I have put them in the dishwasher a couple of times as well and they came out fine. I have yet to try them for baking things like scones or pastries but am sure they would work well for that. As for sizing, one of them perfectly fits one of my baking trays, the others are a bit big and one slightly small, but it isn’t a problem when cooking. It would be good if you could buy the sizes individually, say a pack of two in each size, but that is a minor point and I am very happy with them. Would definitely recommend them.

This is an amazing product. It makes cleaning baking/roasting trays so much easier. The Product is also really easy to clean. Tends to get oily but I just soak in some warm soapy water for a few minutes and it does the trick. I wouldn’t recommend using with spiced food as it tends to hold the smell.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersI have always used baking parchment which is expensive and throw-away, so these mats are the perfect substiute. I haven’t put them in the dishwasher yet but they clean easily enough by hand with washing up liquid. I would have preferred a choice of sizes as the smallest is a little too small and the largest a bit too large, but I plan on cutting one to see if it will fray, and if not, then I can adjust the largest one to fit my largest baking sheet. I made a foccaccia on one and it lifted off the tray beautifully. I have aIso cooked biscuits and meringues, all came out and lifted off perfectly. I also used one on a large tray underneath the rack on which I was cooking something that I thought might spill over: it did and the mat caught the mess and was easy to clean up. All in all, so far I’m extremely pleased with these.

Amazing. Didn’t know I needed them! Absolutely no stick whatsoever. Only thing I dislike is how floppy they are, have to place food on them when on shelf in the oven rather than using them as a tray but I’ll adjust! Also have a bit of a smell when cooking but nothing majo

Mats are decent quality but thinner than the usual silpat mats. Lower price than silpat too, so reasonable value for money. Non stick surface works well.

I wish I’d bought these earlier! They do a fantastic job. I’ve used these for pizzas (no more burnt on tomato sauce!) and various desserts, like biscuits and cinnamon buns (no more burnt on cinnamon sugar!) and they work like a dream. I had to cut these down to size to get them to fit on my baking trays. The only downsides are that they do seem to keep a slightly greasy feel even after washing, and they do still smell of cinnamon, though I haven’t noticed any of that transferring to the food. They have also started looking a little “toasty” lately, but maybe I used them at too high a temperature (I did use them under a grill a few times, which is when I noticed the browning). Regardless, they haven’t lost any of their non-stick properties.

They’re easy to clean, and I just roll them up when done and pop them in a drawer. Highly recommended.

These mats have been in daily use since I bought them a few months ago. They are ridiculously easy to clean & very durable. The size markings make it really easy to roll things to the right shape/size. So much better than single use baking paper or foil, & so much better than ruining baking trays with things getting stuck.

These are more flimsy than expected but it doesn’t detract from their quality. I’ve only used them once and it took quite a bit to clean them however I’m going to try popping them in the dishwasher next time. I definitely intend to use them often. Think they are better for using when baking cakes & tray bakes rather than oven chips etc.

These have been good so far. It’s easy to use them on a daily basis and they don’t wrinkle from heat in the dishwasher or oven.

*Edit* Have used now for a few months and the clear parts have stained brown from use but I still think it is a good buy. The little orange brush is very useful and I’ve used it almost every day.

saw these on This Morning tv programme so I thought I’d give them ago . Very impressed and easy to clean plus don’t have to buy foil so much these days. Good value and they come in 4 different sizes which is convenient. Definitely worth a try plus worth the money. Really glad I’ve got them now . Plus delivery was fas

LOVE these. I’ve used them on top of a tray & also just straight on the oven rack.

Saving a fortune in foil which I used to use to line trays. Nothing sticks, so no more food sticking and tearing up.

Stick them in the dishwasher & they clean fine. Make sure there is space for them not to lean on anything else tho as they won’t clean properly. Have also just washed with the tap and that works too.

They do get very hot, so wait for them to cool before touching

I bought these mats simply for macarons, so haven’t used them all for anything else yet.
The macarons stuck a little to the silicone, but it may have been the macarons were slightly sticky. Will try them out on a slightly longer bake nexttime.
But as far as I can tell, the mats are a good product. I like the circles, helps to pipe evenly.

My husband does most of the cooking and said they were good but as most of the time there are only 2 of us, even the smaller one is too big for our tins. A few smaller sizes would be good.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersWithout a doubt a solid purchase for me. I bought this to replace a Teflon reusable baking sheet you might have seen elsewhere on Amazon. After 5 years that old black sheet was starting to fall apart and had cracks in it, allowing oils and liquid to leak through. This silicone sheet though, it is definitely solid and durable with a nice weight to it. Just please don’t forget it is NOT a cutting board and avoid using sharp knives on it!

It also has a surprisingly good thermal quality that I did not expect. Comparing the results I have had cooking frozen pizzas, frozen croissants and oven-bake fries on this new silicone sheet and my old Teflon sheet, this silicone sheet has better heat transfer to the BOTTOM of the pizzas and fries, making them “drier” and better cooked. The silicone sheet is definitely too hot to pick up straight out of the oven, but it does cool down quicker than a metal sheet.

Silicone also has great resistance to both water and oil making it very easy to clean.

Just what I needed. Nice variety of sizes, and love the circle markings and measurements on them. Tried them for the first time baking biscuits, and nothing stuck, making them easy to clean. Rolled them up and put them in a large sandwich bag for storage, and they take up very little space. They are strong and well made – I would buy again, but probably won’t need to.

These are great! I live that they are different sizes colours and have some baking outlines on them. They are very easy to clean and unlike baking paper, there is no sticking at all from the bakes. Also no grease goes through and so keeps tins clean reducing amount of washing up. Plus reduces need to keep buying more baking paper so is more sustainable in the long run. Great value item!

I have used these three times now and do not know why I haven’t bought before. Roast potatoes, lamb chops and tray bake and so given a good roasting test. They passed these with glowing colours. I know my pans will now last a great deal longer and so have thrown out all the old “non stick” ones, bought new ones and with the help of the mats, confident I won’t be buying again for quite a while.

The mats arrived quickly, and as described. They seem like good quality, and wipe down easily. My only minor issue is that some of the larger circles on the macaron mat are quite lightly printed, so it can be hard to make out if it’s on a dark background. Every other aspect is great though, even including measurements along the side in cm’s and inches.

Golden Review Award: 28 From Our UsersWanted some of these for baking vegan macarons and these have been great so far. Excellent size, they basically cover my largest baking tray and three of them means you can bake huge batches of macarons in one go, maybe 30-40 in total which is great for leaving them overnight. The macarons come off easily, with just a tiny powdery residue left to clean. Simply pour boiling water over them and most of what’s on there will come straight off anyway. They retain heat surprisingly well which is ideal for cooling things slowly, yet they never really get so hot to the touch that you can’t move them around once you’ve taken them out the oven.

Incredibly functional, more than happy to recommend these to other bakers and patisserie wannabes!

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersI bought these baking mats so that I could stop using disposable baking paper and also because it can be frustrating to roll pastry out on baking paper as it rolls and can rip. These mats are perfect! More than big enough to either roll out pastry/ dough or to bake cookies on. They’ll come in handy very often and seem to be really well made. They roll away for ease of storage which is another plus. The only thing I would say is they have a sticky kind of rubbery texture so they do tend to pick up dirt when stored away in the draw but I just wipe down before use and they’re fine! definitely worth the money for me at least!
