Various Features
The Futura Floor Fan comes with a 20″ Steel Frame and 18″ Heavy Duty Blade. Is also comes built-in with a handle allowing you to easily carry it to wherever you want.
Rubber Feet on the bottom protects from scratching and damaging surfaces, and the 1.5m cable grants the freedom to plug the fan in and place it a fair distance away.

Does what you’d expect moves a lot of air isn’t too noisy considering its size. Very impressive ideal for moving a lot of air round hot rooms or even for the gym etc. Been ideal over a very hot summer trying to keep a pregnant lady cool and comfortable.

I got this as my current fan was just blowing hot air. This was bigger and better although fairly noisy.
Bought to move air around the top floor in the summer and does a great job adding circulation around a stuffy upstairs floor. It is extremely loud and vibrates the floor so not ideal to have on when sleeping. Saying that, it’s worth the price, the size is excellent and the power is immense. Exactly what you need to cool down.
Good looking and effective, but could use a slower, quieter speed setting than it’s lowest, which is still too noisy.
Not good if you want to use it in a bedroom.
I like the wind factor from this as on number 1 it’s enough and usually in this heat I’m on number three .. it’s not that noisy

I don’t like the fact it has an exposed wire through the cage
And I don’t like it that the motor is getting hot ? Or is this normal for a gym floor fan ?
Apart from that it keeps cool but there is cheaper out there if your will ing to wait for delivery

The ONLY criticism would the extension lead could be longer, as obviously it has to stay pretty close to the plug socket so there isn’t much freedom to move it.
Well worthwhile having this unit over a cheaper/smaller uni
A decent fan, very pricey for a fan but I needed more powerful one.
Very happy with the product. I use it for cooling me down while I’m on an indoor trainer. At full belt it blows a gale. Really impressed.

produces a lot of cold air, and circulates the room very well! the only downside could be the sound since it’s quite loud when on full blast. It isn’t really a con for me but for some people I may be. But I highly recommend this fan for the summertime if you want to keep cool!

This fan is far larger than what I would usually purchase. It sits in the corner of our self-contained unit and keeps the heat and humidity under control easily. With a very hot summer on the cards, it makes sense to grab one of these, quickly.
I don’t know what the worry is about around these fans – no fault with mine and it can really move air at 3, so this thing in a sweltering hot apartment is a god-send. As for the noise level, it’s a large fan…so of course it’s gonna make noise, just put it in another room with an open door and point it to the ceiling, the air will cool down in a matter of minutes.

Provides a great blast of air when working hard in the turbo trainer. Not the quietest but I imagine it’s difficult to shift that much air silently. Perfect for my use to keep cool during exercise.
I use this when on spinning bike and it’s great, keeps me sufficiently cool in my living room.
A little noisy, and the blades aren’t balanced so it bounces a little, but overall it’s decent value for a high-flow ventilation fan.

Great size fan. On high makes a pretty hefty gust and does seem to cool the air a bit more rather than just blowing hot air round. It is pretty loud though, but who doesn’t like a bit of white noise. It is loud even on the other side of our living room and we even when just on medium we find we have to turn our telly sound on full blast, but it is better than roasting in the humid heat. Not a bad price at 49 but have gotten similar for less, however I needed this one fast.

This fan was a lifesaver during the latest heat spell. It’s powerful enough that we can put it on our kitchen counter and feel the air circulation anywhere in the room, which is roughly 12 feet by 25 feet. Being a more powerful fan it’s not super quiet, but it will definitely keep you cool!
OMG…this fan is awesome. I have a large living room and the room thermometer is showing a temp decrease of 3C…and it’s on the low setting!!
Assembled ready to plug straight in , gives a nice cool breeze , is slightly noisier than a table fan but does give a more powerful breeze.

I have had one of these fans for over two years. It’s got a good airflow. We have it in the bedroom. On the floor and angled upwards, it sends air up and over us rather than directly at us when in bed. It’s not the quietest fan, but the noise is a steady level so it’s not annoying. We both go to sleep with it on.
It has three speeds but except on the warmest nights we have it on the lowest speed. I don’t think we’ve ever run at at the highest one.
Of course it doesn’t cool the air like air conditioning would but it does move the air about and helps keep us cooler in the night. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this model.
A good value fan and quite powerful. However, it does give off a loud enough “white noise” – if you are sensitive to this then perhaps not for you. For my purposes, this is not an issue and as such suits me perfectly. I could not justify the excessive price of the likes of a Dyson when this fan is a fraction of the cost. This type of fan would be perfect for the likes of a gym or a place where there is other background noise.
Great investment for these warm days and nights, really good quality made well. On a personal level it is working really well in the space we have shifting dead warm air out around the room, regarding you have sufficient windows to draw air through. Very in pressed, I highly recommend this product if you need to get cool around the home or office.

The fresh breeze you get from this thing is amazing. I struggle to sleep at night without a fan. Usually, as I’m sleeping, I can’t feel wind. This fan is absolutely beautiful and I can feel the breeze coming from it. I absolutely would praise this more if I possibly could. This is definitely something I plan to buy more of in the future. And also, don’t listen to the delivery time, mine arrived 5 days before planned! Absolutely amazing!

Great way to keep cool in the really hot weather. You get used to the noise, which reminds me of the hum of being on an aircraft. If you hate the hot or humid weather this very effective and is the thing for you. It has 3 speed settings. If you want something quiet it is not for you but you may not find anything that is quiet that is as effective. I have 3 of these around the house and would not be without them in the hot summer weathe
It really does pack a punch. I use a pedestal fan but it does’t cope well sometimes but now I have a big gun to bring out when needs be. Just trying it out now and I know it’ll be well wort it.
Noisy? Sure, but id rather have the gentle white noise of a fan blowing than sitting in a pool of my own sweat during the peaks of summer.
wouldn’t be without these fans when its hot . They are powerfull and blast you with cooler air that will lower the temp of your whole room .I’ve got two of these and find them very effective at cooling things down indoors to a more comfortable temp . They are quite loud when on full blast i have to say BUT personally i can deal with that far more than being too hot and uncomfortable. If you get too hot indoors in the summer i recommend one of these bigger fans ,it’s well worth it! .They do make a difference and work better than the smaller size fans or pedastal fans to keep things a little cooler indoors

Have to give 4 as it is VERY good at blowing air around. In fact a few together could probably change the climate of a small country.
Next time I need a new engine for my Cessna, I’m sticking a couple of these on the flippin wings.
But, for crying out loud, give us a low and quite setting. If this is for a lounge and you want to watch tv or have a conversation…. Forget it.
Good fan – larger than expected, very stable. A little loud but better that than something quiet which doesn’t do the job.

We are all more comfortable, industrial fans are a better choice if your home is large or exceptionally warm, make sure it tilts just like this one, quite weighty will not be knocked over easily now we can enjoy the warmer days, will buy again. Thanks amazon.
