We took this for 6 days of off-grid camping and it powered our external battery, three smartphones, and smartwatch.
We never ran out of battery. Just a few hours in the morning when the sun came up and by the time we’d finished brekkie everything was charged.
It was so easy to move around when the sun moved and easy to fold away overnight (I could see other campers’ envious eyes looking at it)
Can’t recommend this product enough. We now never have the need for a powered site!

Used for a weeks camping and was very impressed. Kept my portable poser station charged and would charge 2 phones and vape batteries at the same time when in full sun. Good selection of cables and adapters and all seems well made.

Was slightly skeptical as this is one of the cheaper folding panels on the market but I didn’t want to pay the earth for an official jackery one.
Well what can I say I’m very very impressed with the golabs panel, it’s compact well built and comes with a great selection of accessories, just testing it out on a moderately sunny day with some cloud cover it managed 41 watts which is enough to still charge my jackery whilst it’s running an alphicool compressor fridge! Brilliant bit of kit for a van or festivals ect.

Initially bought for charging my Jackery 500. They’re not too heavy and come with many different connectors. The in built controller allows charging of multiple USB products, ie power bank and mobile phone.

In ideal sunlight, this 60w panel was charging my Jackery at 27-29w.

This afternoon I put in the panel under the Sun and then plugging my mobile as you saw on the picture. Initially I put in a penalty in the house facing the Sun outside of the window, it was a charging but it was making sounds on off on off. My phone was 6% charged then it went empty (photo on the left). Later I moved the panel outside of the house directly under the Sun then the noise stopped and it started to charge without any disruption. I started at 6:02 pm then by 6:54 pm I noticed the sun already disappeared then I saw my mobile 41% was charged (right) Since I was charging my another phone with normal charger inside the house, I noticed, with the same time, that phone was charged nearly same %. It proved that this product works and somehow is charging faster than I though

These 60W GOLABS SF60 solar panels are super easy to set up and lightweight enough to carry around, making them incredibly handy if you already have a portable power station/battery bank and you’re either the type to go on adventures where you also want a non-grid power source, or you’re simply preparing for the inevitable apocalypse and want something lightweight and portable.

The solar panels kit is super easy to set up, basically just unfold it and pull out the support/stand to angle the panels towards the sun. The weight is around 5kg and combined with the carry handle, the kit is lightweight and comfortable to carry around. We use our panels connected directly to a GOLABS power station/bank, and connecting the two together is so incredibly easy that it is basically just ‘plug and play’, and together we can power/charge a variety of devices without having to connect to the grid!

This is a solar charging panel that I am very satisfied with. Its design makes it easy for me to lift it. During the period of time I used it, I also fully felt its practicality. It gives me the feeling that as long as there is light, it will I can power up my power station, which makes me feel that when I am camping outdoors, I don’t have to worry about the source of electricity. Of course, it is difficult to achieve this wish because of the cold weather, but I am looking forward to it now and I I feel like I have them now as long as I have them for a long time and they will save me a lot of electricity bills. Since energy is really getting more and more expensive now, it makes me feel like I need them even more.

Cuz now it’s winter so there is less sunshine but it still catch some power at morning time, it’s still does great job, I use it to charge my power bank and my charge station, it tooks about two days when winter time, It will much effort when work in summer.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m using it with a POWEROAK 400Wh power station and it charges that when it gets full sunlight. I’m using it inside so behind a window and probably not at the optimimum angle for the November sun. The PowerOak has registered a maximum charging rate of 35w when it gets full sun across all panels. More typical rate is 15-20w and if the sun goes behind a cloud it drops to 0w. I’m hopeful I will get better figures in summer and outside. Works fine for charging smaller items like phones directly though.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI already purchased the Golabs power pack which is a
superb bit of kit with many uses. I planned to use it to power awning lights and also TV in awning via the 3 pin plug socket. Site electric is now being billed separately and quickly racks up so it’s been good to have a completely independent source of power that bar the outlay of initial purchase means future power is effectively free. The panels kept the powerpack charged up perfectly. Connected together using the lead that came with the powerpack. Unzipping the case on the rear of the panels it contains USB ports (USB A & C) and a long flex with the connectors to plug into the powerpack. Open the panel, use the pegs to secure them down and stop them blowing away and it just worked. Pack starts charging and keeps you in power for as long as you have light. It wasn’t particularly sunny during our week away but it still worked perfectly. Such a neat solution and one I am sure we’ll use the most. It may even encourage us to go off-grid caravanning. I would recommend buying the same brand panels and powerpack as you know they’ll work together. It also comes with crocodile clips to connect directly to a leisure battery and a whole host of smaller connectors. It’ll literally connect to anything to charge or power. The handy zipped bag keeps all the leads together to prevent them getting lost.

Perfect accompaniment to the Golabs power pack

I bought this to use with my CTECHI 320 power station, I bought both to use together. Works great and charges my power station with the DC cable – although I did need to buy a 5525 female to 5521 male adaptor https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004HTFCYY to be able to use the cable supplied. The panel is very well constructed and easy to use being portable when folded up. Overall I’m very happy with this panel.

I finally got round to getting these solar panels to go with my 120W power station. I know it is a bit late in the year I know but at least I will be fully prepared for next year. However, the panels do work well even in the autumn sun. I would recommend buying the power station and solar panels separately as I think you will save one to two hundred pounds doing it that way rather than buying a combined setup. The panels connects to the power station with no issues. I opted for 60W but I could upgrade in the future if required. At present it should provide more than enough power for 2 of us in our campervan or camping. With the price of electricity nowadays, living off the grid feels amazing.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersThis solar is constantly pumping out raw 17 to 18v current. If you use it to charge a portable power station then it should be fine assuming that the power bank has a built in regulator. This was not told in the ads so if you connect it directly to the 12v battery you would damage it .This is because max charge voltage for typical AGM bat is 13.6 or 14.7 for lithium. Seller should somehow indicate this in their ads so the buyer can avoid killing their 12v battery by adding a solar regulator/controller.I learnt it the hard way. Luckily i had a battery monitor connected else i would have fried my 12v battery.

Product is great for portability with the sturdy material and handles. Came with lots of attachments. Charged my power bank as it should. Only reason not 5 stars is the zipper pouch isn’t big enough to store all the cables and attachments. Be great if they had a pouch for the electronics and a separate pouch for all accessories.

It is useful for outdoor battery charge, especially in backcountry camping. Not very heavy and the foldable design makes it easy to carry. But some times not stable to continue charge my power station even the sunlight strong enough. Need to find the reason to get rid of it. Generally it is good enough and helpful when electrical power not available in backcountry.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBeing new to solar and panels, I’ve been doing quite a bit of research to find the best way to power a 12v fridge and maybe more during a outdoor bbq events, or shopping to keep my food fresh while I shop at multiple stores. I’ve landed on one thing, get LiFePo4 cells to ensure safety and longevity. Which led me to purchase a EB3A.

Secondly I’ve been on the hunt for some panels to ensure I can keep my fridge running if I were to lug it to a bbq. I found these panels on sale and picked them up. After playing with them for two days, I’ve got a max of around 40 watts on sunny summer days.

I wouldn’t pay over $100 for these panels for the low output. Build quality is good, but pulling in 40 watts is pretty slow. It’ll probably keep my battery topped off since fridges generally don’t run continuously. But, if I were to transport ice cream it probably would run almost 100% of the time being in the trunk on a warm day.

I can’t give this more than 3 stars because of that.

Good if you got it cheap - low outpu

I bought this to go with my GOLABS power station, bought back in March, for when we are at our holiday caravan and reduce our electricity bill. However, I’m also using it at home to trickle-charge my car battery (which is being a little temperamental). This comes with an array of leads and attachments, so you can charge pretty much anything you can think of, and it has a lead with positive/negative clamps to attach to a battery. The design of these panels is really clever and they’re simple to use. Just fold them out – using the supports behind each panel – and fold back in again once done. The power output is kept within a sealed bag (which is waterproof) and has multiple output ports including DC power – which I use for the car battery lead – and two USB-A ports (1 normal, 1 fast-charge). Really impressed with these panels!

Great design, lightweight and easy to use and carry

If you have a portable battery like myself that you use in beach days or when camping then you really should have a solar panel to match it.

We have a 600W battery with this connected to it which trickles through enough power to keep it topped up even when using it all day as long as its not too cloudy.

Surprisingly a little bit of cloud doesn’t do too much and you can still get 10-20kwh from it even on a bad day, although 50+ is normal in Nice blue skies.

Using it simple, unfold it and plug it in, as it comes with loads of connector ends its easy to make sure you have the one you need too.

A simple add on but worthwhile

Chuffed to bits with this. Had a long think about spending 200+ on a portable solar setup and did a lot of research. We needed something that worked straight out of the box and wasn’t complicated! It had to be well made as it will be used a lot and moved / carried / packed up etc. This looked really smart with sturdy carry handles and 100w was ideal for our needs. When I looked into the spec I liked the multiple cables that were included in the price as well as 4 output ports so we can charge multiple items at the same time. This simply explained works immediatelysoon as it’s in sunlight it’s producing power. As I have shown even at 7.45ish PM is still charges my iPad! It can be used to charge multiple talents and 12v appliances / batteries. I will be charging my powerbanks using this so I can have 24/7 power. We do a LOT of camping and may be starting a summer job on a campsite and this will easily power a 12v fan, charge my mobile, iPad and when needed my laptop. It’s 5.2 kgs which seemed heavy but it’s actually not that bad. It’s robust which was more important I know it will be thrown around the car when we travel or in our caravan so a delicate panels not going to last. It’s waterproof which with British weather will be useful because if I’m working I can leave it up outside the caravan and not worry. Really happy we took the plunge. Solar is the way forward and this is FREE energy so worth every penny as an investment. Will def consider buying one of the portable power stations that can be used with this and if our needs change we can also buy more panels and simply plug them into this one to create a bigger string. If you look at the start of my video I did a close up of the panel and the handles/finish. It’s really well made. Attention to detail etc. Love it. Brill. EDIT : postage said it would be 2 wks but it arrived in 3 days.

Incredibly useful. Brilliant love it. uncomplicated and worked straight from the box.

The MC4 cables are nice and long making it easy to connect them in series, I’ve also just used the panel to charge iPad and iPhones off the ports off the back with no issues.
I did have a shipping issue and seller was prompt with good communication and sorted it straight away.
The panels are very compact and very sturdy resulting in a heavier weight, you wouldn’t want to be carrying them around for periods of time.
These are great for family camping trips in a car or camper.
If in doubt check out USA reviews for this panel.
Pluses lot’s of connectors and ports, well built and compact.
    Con’s slightly heavy.

    Most feature proof portable panel

This is a good solar charger that can charge at a decent speed. It does take up a lot of room, but that can’t be helped. I plan on taking it on road trips or camping where there are no power supply around.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery pleased with the panel. Got an impressive 56-58 watts as long as the clouds didn’t screw things up, that’s mother nature for you. Light clouds still got me a wavering 38-41 watts, not bad at all. I’m using it to charge a Golabs i200 power station among other things and the combination of the two seems to be a perfect match.

This thing is awesome!! So many different options for plugging in devices. I was surprised how compact it is. I love to go car camping in remote places and this device is perfect for doing just that.

When I plug my device in this dollar panel has no problem charging it up. Also with how compact it storage is so easy.

I am looking forward to my next trip with the family!!

    Perfect for remote camping

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersPurchased the 60w solar panel to compliment the R300. This is my first solar panel and portable power station, so I don’t have anything to compare with it but it looks and feels a quality product. Instructions are not clear as to how to hook it up to your portable power station but a quick look on Google and all is fine. Once I knew which cables to connect, it was quick to set up and started pulling in 30-36w at 9am on a bright spring morning. Managed to increase the battery by 20% in 90mims before the clouds came.over and the input dropped to 6-8w. Bought this for camping and using at home to charge family’s phones, tablets etc. Brilliant products and very happy with it so far.

    Excellent value

Super easy to setup and fairly compact. On a super sunny day I was able to see up to 40w of charging but haven’t seen any higher. I am pretty happy with my purchase!

If you are travelling into the countryside in a 4×4 then these are ideal..combine with a good oowerpack and you have your own portable ‘power station’ ..portable but only if your a travelling by vehicle..comes with pegs and multiple charging connectors so can be used alone to charge a variety of electronics..seems to work well in UK spring sun with charging with an avergag of 65w over a few hours so can charge most powerpacks..best used if you can lean up against something solid IE fence/vehical etc..

    Ideal for outdoor power..

As it is getting warmer and sunnier outside I have many photo shootings in the open space and this solar panels are helping me to charge my batteries. Before, I used to carry 7-8 batteries to ensure that my cameras will work properly and now I have no worries at all. I am using the solar panels to charge my phone, my power bank and my 6 batteries for my camera and for my outdoor lights.
So far I had no problems at all, the panels are very handy and easy to use, they come in a small, lightweight and easy folding design that allows to set up in just under 1 minute.
I have tested it in different type of weather and it is definitely waterproof which gives me the confidence that during my photo shootings I will have enough power to charge my batteries (mind to protect the pouch though because is not waterproof)
Functionality wise is very convenient, it has MC4 cable and controller included with 10 different attachments which is convenient for different types of devices.
Overall, a very good experience so far, recommend it.

We have a bunch of batteries and such stuff for when the zombie apocalypse happens (or snow storm power outage), but our old solar charging panel broke so I got this as a replacement. Honestly, I was expecting these panels to be bigger, but even though they are not as big as I thought they were going to be, their size doesn’t affect their functionality. These panels seem to be well made and sturdy and they produce a nice amount of power. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality and might actually be ordering another one in the near future.

Danke!

    Realistische Angaben, gute Verarbeitung

GOLABS 60W Portable Solar Panel is not a good solution during winter.
Even in direct sun, the panels were not able to reach the promised 60W.
So far we’ve been able to charge at 23W.
Besides, the charging efficiency is significantly affected by the slightest shadow, so the input wattage drops considerably.
As we see it, the best is is on the full sun summer day, when the sky is clean and heat is blazing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery easy to use and set up. You can connect to your power unit in seconds. My own was charging at almost 80 watts at one point. When finished you can simply disconnect, pack the lead in the pouch provided and store away. I keep mine in the box it arrived in for protection when stored in the motorhome. Excellent product, strong recommendations

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this 60W solar panel together with a 200 kwh Golabs power station, and the two coupled well. The connection cable is easy to link the two devices together. Normally it takes only half a day (in summer) to get the small battery to fully charged.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI’m new to solar power, generators, etc. My first impression is quite good although I didn’t manage to get 60 watts out of the panel in full sunshine, even at noon and with perfect orientation… but I’ll try again when my GoLabs power pack gets really low in remaining energy as I believe that it might help obtaining a better energy flow as the resistance of the batteries might be lower. Nonetheless, the panel is quite light, looks very well constructed, has many outputs alomg with lots of wires and adapters. I tried charging a full size iPad directly from the panel without trouble (as long as it’s 90% sunny). The panel will not produce more then 1-2 watts if used inside an atrium, even with very big windows well oriented. They probably absorb or reflect too much of the Sun’s energy. I certainly wouldn’t leave the panel unattended if there’s a chance of rain. I did manage to get about 20 watts on an overcast day. Overall, I would recommend this unit.
