My daughter who has sensory issues absolutely loves this. Easy installation. There was a slight rip in the fabric near the zipper when I tried to install the blowup cushion after inflation. I recommend putting the uninflated cushion in prior to blowing it up. Great product.

This is the best thing I have ever bought for any of my children . My oldest son is 19 and he also loves it so easy and straightforward to put it up . My youngest child got this for his 8th birthday he said its the best present ever he uses it as a chair chill out time a den and swing .
Amazing quality and customer service, warranty, etc. Harkla is such an amazing company. I love this and my son does as well. He doesn’t spend as much time as I would like him to in it, but when he does he is very happy.
This swing was easy to hang and all 3 of my kids love it! It is very calming for my child with special needs and definitely helps her to relax, quiet down and regulate her emotions. We had an issue with the inner cushion not staying inflated, but contacted the company and they sent a replacement quickly. I have recommended this product to my friends and would definitely purchase other items from Harkla again.
Provides hours of play for all kids and provides calming therapy for kids with sensory needs. This is a great product and a great value. It’s well-made with a lifetime warranty. 7-year old was so excited when it arrived. Couldn’t wait to start using it. When friends come over they all take turns in this swing even though there’s a complete playset available with 3 different swings like you’d find on a playground. Two thumbs up!

The cushion keeps going down disappointed had I expected more
This is a very durable swing. My kids love it!! I was unsure how much weight it would hold but even my larger 11 yr old swings in it and it holds up just fine.
Only thing I wish was different was the blowup cushion. It would be more comfortable and probably last longer with a foam cushion.

Perfect for young children! Initially, the blow up cushion that came with it didn’t hold air. However, the company sent a repacement right away, hassle free! I would recommend buying a swivel hook for it so your child can rotate freely while they swing. Great product!

Great swing, just what I expected. My last one lasted six years with much abuse and daily use and the only reason we replaced was some of the stitching on the bottom ripped. My son with Autism absolutely loves it!!!
Bought this for my grandson and He loves using this chair. It is hanging in his room and when we can’t find him we will find him in the chair having a snack or looking at a book. His older brother also like to sit and swing in the chair. I would buy this agai
Installation equipment came included. Unfortunately, our house is old and has plaster ceilings, so had to attach a block of wood to the studs and get longer screws to ensure it would remain stable.
Service is tremendous, lots of support as needed.

I have a 7-year-old son with autism. We bought him a pod swing for Christmas 2016, since then we have had to replace the swing 3 times due to tearing. We received the Harkla swing a week ago and so far so good. The quality is great. I have high hopes that this swing will finally be the one to last!

There’s a little bit of effort installing the chair into your ceiling but the rest is cake. My wife and I make sure our son gets some chair time when he seems a little flustered and overwhelmed. He sits comfortably and enjoys hugging a blanket. Swings quietly w/ his iPad. Amazing product. It literally saved my marriage.
My granddaughter loves this swing. It took about a week for her to master getting in and out and now it is part of her everyday play.
The pod swing has been a great addition to my special education classroom. The students love being able to swing, sit, and lay down in it. Would definitely purchase again.

It’s a fabulous swing/pod/nest. My 4yo enjoys swinging in it or being spun. We love it.
My son has been using the swing for half an year or more now. He loves it and plays everyday in it. The Pad is inflatable so it is easy to adjust softness as needed . It has nice space for young kid to sit in even reading a book and calm down during emotion period. The size of swing is not designed for kid weighted 50 pounds or more.
The seller customer service is awesome . communication as emails are surprisingly quick. Any issues we found like a leak pad have been resolved in a day and gotten a replacement .
My daughter loves this swing! It’s made of durable fabric and we were able to use the hardware that it came with, unlike some other reviews I read. The air pillow that it came with worked best for us if we didn’t blow it up but about halfway. Otherwise she couldn’t get in the swing. We were happy with the swing and customer service was great!
My kids love this swing. It is sturdy, and easy to install. I wish it had a piece that would allow it to spin without twisting the fabric, but we can easily buy that separately. All in all, a great purchase for my 2, 7, and 9 year old. Most importantly, the customer service is top notch.

I purchased this for my son with autism for Christmas. It took us a while to figure out how to securely install it on the ceiling. We ended up using a 6 by 4 piece of wood so the plate will not be outside the stud. My son loves it and requests for swing. The customer service was great. They gave us suggestion on how to install it. They also sent missing pieces free of charge and were very responsive.
The swing was very easy to install, and it works great for our special needs child. She is able to find her special place and duck out of stressful situations in it.
The company provides amazing service from the second you purchase this product! I received several emails regarding installation and even some tips on helping kids w special processing needs (nice touch).
We have zero handy ability so we had a guy install it, didn’t take him any time at all once he found a beam.
The swing seems very sturdy and well made, be sure to hang it at a height that your child can get into it.
My daughter is not a huge fan of it, NOT because of the swing. It is kind of like a “hug” inside, it’s cocoon like in design to give certain feedback to the child. Once we get her in it she likes it ok but it may not be the right type of swing for her. Anyway, thank you for the great service and product!

Product is great. Just wish I got the color I ordered. My niece was so excited that we didn’t complain, but it would have been nice to get the pink we ordered instead of the blue.
Wonderful swing and great shipping time arrival! My son is on the spectrum and suffered daily with gravitational securities and from the day I got this he has gotten better each day! Nothing means more to an autism parent then progress and thanks to this wonderful swing my son has a chance at using a normal swing one day!
What an awesome product from an awesome company. This swing was affordable, easy to install (even with a pitched ceiling) and works perfectly. My son just loves it. Customer service from Harkla was great when I needed a replacement part. I can’t recommend this product enough!
My toddler loves it and he is rough with it and it still works perfectly. I don’t like the blow up pillow in the base, would rather have some sort of cushion instead of a big blow up as it makes it easier to fall out of. I purchased different attachment to connect it to ceiling bracket and it works better.

Product has been in use for about 2 weeks our little guy is getting a whole lot of use and enjoyment from it. Changed my star rating from 4 to 5 because the company was more than prompt at resolving our minor issue about the ASD book which I didn’t understand is a digital download, not only did the respond promptly but were very appreciative of the purchase, rewiew, our input and are sensitive to the needs and situations that the parents, children as well as the special needs child faces. Thanks again for the support and making a product that truly helps us parents do a better job at raising their special little guys!!
Sturdy, fun, durable. My son who is 9 loves this swing in his bedroom. Swings on it daily and it was really easy to set up.

We ordered late and her birthday was just the next day, yet we received the chair in time to make her birthday wishe come true. Speedy delivery! Love the bright colors. I didn’t realize I couldn’t hang it from our school ceiling because it would require additional hardware that is difficult to find. I had to order a stand. Overall, I can’t wait for my kiddos to try it out.

My son absolutely loves this hanging chair, and so do his friends! I must admit that I’m now jealous, as it looks comfortable and I wish I had my own adult sized one. Only issue is the inflatable seat inside is like sitting on a balloon. There’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s not what me & my son prefer. Easy fix, we swapped it out for a regular pillow we already had.
Installation was pretty straight forward after making a trip to the depot. The chair includes the mounting hardware, minus the lag bolts and rope/chain. I used 1/4″ x 2″ lag bolts (only two). Be sure to locate the studs and attach the mounting base as close to the center of the stud as you can. The last thing you want is for your child to fallout and never want to hangout inside the chair. Both of these are a must; the rope/chain is crucial if you have high ceilings (this particular room is about 10ft high). Take your time and do it right!
The chair came quickly. It came with easy instructions. My kids really love it.
I was so happy that my husband hung this up a few days ago, the boys love it and I’m convinced that it’s helping my sensory seeking son!! Thanks for a strong product!!!
Lastly – buy/use a hook/chain system you are comfortable with having in your ceiling, you don’t need to use the plate that comes with it. Just make sure that whatever you buy has a load weight greater than the load weight of the swing so you don’t risk it falling. Finding the ceiling stud/joist can be challenging with a stud-finder if you have popcorn/unflat ceilings… but stick with it, it will work eventually.
Exciting Good for children Hook is very short so I had to add a rope so my five year old can get in it Hangs Pretty high Does not come with screws lots of fun but now they keep bugging me to push them
My 8yo daughter and her friends absolutely love this swing chair. I added a swivel to the latch as the kids love to spin it.
My dough is Autistic. I have bought many swings for inside including a little treehouse type. This is the only real hit. She likes it because she can sway it gently or really get it rocking. Great quality. Came with a pump but I just blew the cusion up like a beach ball. Excellent investment. When she wears this one out, I will buy another. Love it!!!
We received two (2) pod swing chairs last week, one for our 7 year old girl and one for our 4 year old boy and it is very hard to get them out of their pods! They LOVE them!!! The pods are very well made and have taken a beating this past week and look like they are straight out of the box! We did not use the hanging hardware that was included as we already have hardware in place for swings and bars.
Ot therapist told us to look into these swings. We purchased one and my two year old loves it. Great purchase very happy with it.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for sensory swing or just a hanging chair for kids. here is my top reasons:
1. This thing is sturdy. It’s definitely not going to fall down or need re-hanging.
2. My little cousin loves it.
3. I came with all the parts I needed. I was expecting to have to run to home depot, but it has everything i needed included in the packing.
4. Solid customer service. They even followed up via email to ensure I was happy and/or needed any additional support.
