Love this maciene…very quite easy to use its got lots of programs for different washes very roomy I usually always worked with 9kg washers but had to try this and I can certainly say its not a disappointment whats so ever…very highly recommended specially for larger familys. I would say its a very heavy maciene so would need 2 full grown men to move this product.

This washing machine was purchased on a monthly basis payments, however the machine is faulty And sound’s as if it’s going to explode.. is it at all possible that I can have a replacement as this is a lovely machine I have seen working in my cousin’s bungalow. Please Advise Thank you Susan shepherd

Had this washing machine for 3 weeks now and used every day. Its too early to say how reliable it is. Suffice to say that it has worked well so far. If i had any criticism, it would be that the quality of the parts seem to have taken a fall compared to the previous hoover washing machine that I owned. The door and detergent drawer are a more flimsy plastic and they feel as if they could easily break if too heavy handed. Also the wifi connection is a bit gimicky. Its ok to let you know when your washing cycle is completed but it seems pointless to be able to start the cycle via a mobile device, when you have to be with the machine to load it and put the detergent in. Easy to install and set up and the drum size is great.

The washing machine works really well, very quiet and I’ve had no issues with it. The installers were very friendly as well and did a fabulous job installing it.

There is only one con: The door can be finicky when closing it. You have to lift the handle and give it a firm push.
