Really pleased with the camera it was easy to install and download the app, I like that you can talk to people if your at home or not which is ideal if you have a parcel, the only thing is it would be good if it recorded a little longer but I don’t think you can beat the price for the peace of mind of knowing you can see if anyone is lurking around your property, so I would recommend it.
I’ve tried a few different security cameras and out of the different ones I’ve found the two Howiray ones to be fantastic value and performance.
The cameras are both great quality, offering good picture and video capture, clear enough during the day to make out vehicles plates and individuals walking past, although a little lacking on an evening which is a shame.
Both cameras were easy to install, only taking a couple of minutes. Once installed setup was simple and as expected for a modern app based system. The software is easy to use and navigate with most things obvious and where you’d expect them to be.
So far we’ve experienced no drop outs or sync issues, and both are still on their original battery/charge from when they were installed.
Overall a great set of cameras.
I bought this to go at the bottom off my garden.i found that it was really easy to connect to my WiFi, to set it all up did not take 5mins.i have a good WiFi connection. The battery charge last quiet a while.i like how it learns,sending pics on weather you know vechiles that are common to you.the night vision is good and the camera light does flash.its a really good camera day and night too and it connects to your phone too.

I have been looking for an easy to install practical and versatile security camera for monitoring the house. I have had a look at and even own a few different cameras, but have not really used them due to one reason or another. This camera is different in that it includes a solar panel for charging up so once its installed in a place of your choosing thats it no more taking it dow to charge. With a PIR motion sensor to trigger the camera. Recording can be either to a SD card (not included) or cloud storage, with free options. The accompanying app you can quickly and easily monitor the camera, however I feel the app could be improved to add more functionality. Overall a very good maintenance free easy to install security camera at a great price.

So its easy to connect with an app. So accurate and great to catch all what you wondering in a video. Video can be saved and downloaded.

Currently priced at around 70 and comes with a USB cable and a solar panel which has a cable fixed to it, so the camera can be powered both ways, also comes with 2 mounting brackets, 1 for the camera and 1 for the solar panel. Set up is easy, and the connection is through the wifi and all the view is on your phone. The picture quality is decent, and the camera is perfect for security purposes. Motion detection works well. Worth considering in my opinion.
This solar powered outdoor security camera was relatively easy to set up and I’m pleasantly surprised with the picture quality. Good value at the current price of around 70.
I do like this camera a lot – we set it up in our house when we went on holiday and it was reassuring to be able to check to make sure everything was as it should be. But we set it up inside because I couldn’t see a way to use it as described in the description. Battery powered and outside is a poor combination for anything other than security theatre – you’d need cameras watching the cameras to make sure that people didn’t simply unscrew it and remove the battery. Perhaps I have been watching too much Burn Notice but it just seems like a very insecure kind of security unless you can very tightly control the approach to the device.
It is good though, just not a one-size-fits-all solution to your home security needs.

Good start with the deluxe box quality packaging, immediately you can tell this is a quality product.
Camera and solar panels are very well made, strong and robust.
Set up good not be easier, just scan QR code to pair unit into Vicohome app and then fit camera to where you want it. Able to adjust angle and tilt after fitting it into desired position.
Good connection to WIFI using 2.4Ghz network only.
Everything you need in a security camera, works exceptionally well.
Overall, this camera looks a great quality modern product. It delivers on all counts, actually works better than my branded wire in doorbell camera. Solar panel feature perfect for keeping costs down and easy installations.

his is just fine for the money – it works as advertised and is relatively easy to setup. it has some very nifty features. the hardware is solid and very well made. the app however is a little clunky and not very intuitive. i think with some updates it might improve. another slight complaint is the picture is not super clear, perhaps only 1080p at best but i suspect this is software as opposed to hardware as the camera appears to be decent.
