I wish I would have bought one of these years ago. Having all the measurements on the mat are great rather than pulling out a long ruler. Silicon easy to clean and folds or rolls for easy storage.
Doesn’t slide on the counter when rolling; super big; product you’re rolling doesn’t stick (pizza dough, sticky green onion cakes batter, various baking items. It’s the best. Easy to rinse off in my kitchen sink, washes great in the dishwasher. Doesn’t hold food smells like garlic. Highly recommend
I bought this for making pies and breads. It sticks to the counter top and doesn’t budge. It’s easy to clean and it’s excellent quality. I am very happy and would recommend this highly.
I have been baking for over 50 years following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother. I used parchment paper to work out a droll the dough!
Flour always managed to end up beyond the parchment paper leaving a counter clean up.

I now have a thick nonstick pastry mat! Biscuits, cookie dough, pizza dough, and pie dough slide, turn, and roll easily on the silicone pastry mat while the mat itself grips the counter top and does not slip. Markings on the mat help roll the dough to the desired size. It is advertised as dishwasher safe, but using warm soapy water to clean was quick and easy.
